We made an unplanned stop at KINT to avoid building storms. Line crew was quick and very helpful. Margaret at the desk was very friendly and quickly got us a rental car and a reservation at a hotel in a converted cotton mill that turned out to be very nice and an interesting change from the big boxes. It also had a nice restaurant next door. We are thinking about going back to the same hotel to go visit old Salem, which is within a mile or so.

Claudia is efficient, and excellent as customer service agent. She had the car ready for our passenger. Since we are here for such a short visit, she suggested the Piedmont Snack Bar. That too was excellent, and fast. Landmark's line crew are great too, safe, and vigilant, and quick to see to our needs. Overall, fantastic visit. We are really looking forward to our next visit!

Made an urgent landing after alternator loss on a Saturday. They were friendly and helpful in renting a car. Hertz at FBO. Called maint on Monday am and discussed issue. They checked and I was ready to be hosed. They replaced alternator at my request. This was done expeditiously and at reasonable costs. Returned in a week and test flew. All ok. Paid the bill and fueled up. Waived fees due to maintenance done. All were courteous and prompt. Tower is also nice and helpful. This is run as a business with fine customer service. They get it. There are many choices in aviation (except emergencies). My experience leads me to recommend them highly. It is close enough to charlotte and other airports close by to drive if you have to leave aircraft. Hotel close by to airport is fine too.

Landmark informed me that for a single engine plane, a $40 facility fee would be charged plus $17 overnight. The $40 facility fee would be waived with a 7-gallon or more fuel purchase. Not sure if the self-serve pump qualifies for the fee waiver, but I assume it does.

It's our first visit to this particular Landmark. I was very impressed and pleased with this FBO. Line Service was courteous and prompt with the passenger’s rental car pulled right up to the door of our Citation 560 Excel. We purchased the minimum fuel to waive the 'facility fee' (I get the whole concept of a facility fee..... If priced reasonably.... They were). Claudia (the CSR person) was very friendly and accommodating... Washed our dishes, help with directions to take the crew car for a nice lunch. All in all, a nice FBO, especially considering the fact that they are the "only game" on the field.

I flew in on a cross country as a student pilot. The clerk at the desk informed me I had to pay a landing fee. She said it was between $40 and $70. I was flying a C172. She saw that I was not prepared for that news and waived the fee. She told me to make sure I told my instructor that the fee would not be waived next time. I will not be back to KINT.

Excellent service received at Landmark! Had some Mx issues with our little single and they took care of me every step of the way with a smile. Thanks very much Landmark!!

Top-notch service for me and my Cherokee when picking up a passenger a few weeks ago. Let me use the courtesy car overnight when storms prevented my planned departure. That was a terrific convenience and a real cost saver. Line service was attentive and fast. Very happy with this operation.

It was after midnight when we arrived at Landmark, the fourth fuel stop on a Cessna 150 ferry flight which originated that morning in Dallas TX. Before we could even get situated inside the FBO, the linemen had relocated the aircraft a short distance away and tied it down. They extended (and we accepted) a courtesy shuttle ride to our hotel halfway across town. Sometime during the overnight period, as space became available in the corporate hangar, Landmark had tucked the C150 in between a King Air and Citation, allowing for a leisurely preflight inspection the following morning. The plane was pulled out and topped off within five mins of asking. First class treatment, first time there, regardless of what you’re flying! Kudos!

My experience with line service as well as Claudia was excellent. Both were professional and courteous as well as attending to our needs during our stay. Thanks! Furthermore, I would like to comment on facility fees and ramp fees from previous posts. It is extremely expensive to operate an FBO. Imagine walking in a restaurant sitting down, drinking water, not ordering food, using the bathroom, monopolizing a table, and leaving without paying.... It's no different than using an airport or FBO.

See my comments from last year. The only difference is now a charge overnight fees no matter how much fuel you buy. A real bummer in my opinion. However, the staff remains courteous and helpful.
