I was at Kentucky Airmotive on Saturday 10/12/13. Kevin was working - the service was great. I have flown in to KIOB several times over the past three years. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and the fuel prices are always some of the best in the central Kentucky area.

Danny Hill and the folks at Kentucky Airmotive proved once again what a special fraternity we have in General Aviation. On a recent trip we stopped there and were treated as if we were really special. I highly recommend to anyone traversing that part of the country to stop for fuel and say hello.

My comments will echo all the previous accolades. This FBO is excellent. I arrived and was immediately met by Kevin who provided what I would consider world class service. Fuel prices where great, followed by hangar service at no additional charge. According to Kevin, its standard policy. The next morning, Josh handled my fuel request after a round trip to Knoxville. I chose KIOB because KLEX has obscenely high fuel costs. It's very refreshing to experience treatment like this. When in the area again, I will use Kentucky Airmotive.

I called ahead and spoke with Danny. Told him I would be overnight and needing a top-off for my Baron. He offered his courtesy car free of charge to take to the hotel. Fantastic service and reasonably priced gas, couldn't ask for more. By the way, I chose Mount Sterling as an overnight (going and coming) because of the comments I found here on AirNav. I stayed two nights in the local hotel and went out for dinner and drinks both nights. To the elected officials of Mount Sterling: The money I spent in your town was brought to you by your local airport.

We arrived after Kentucky Airmotive, Inc. would normally be closed. However, they were tracking our progress on FlightAware and stayed open another 2 hours just for us. They took great personal care of us and our needs. Our flight schedule called for us to leave the next morning before they would normally open for business. The next morning, they arrived very early to service our aircraft with fuel and were waiting for us as we drove in from the hotel. True southern hospitality at it's finest! Thanks everyone at KAI!

We linked at Mt. Sterling on an Angel Flight. The staff was there to help as soon as we landed, directed us to parking and moved the luggage for the clients. The folks at Mt. Sterling were appreciative of the Angel Flight effort and provided a discount from the truck, which is already a low price. Thanks for everything!

2/24/13 Arrived here late morning. Pulled up to a smiling face who guided me to a stop. Offered fueling and a courtesy car. Filled myself and my plane with fuel (at a great price) and was on my way. Nice people, nice airport, nice approaches. If it's on your way, it's a great place to stop!

We've stopped in twice now for quick fill ups in our Citation. Kevin and the guys take great care of us. The service is quick, the facility is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Fuel prices are competitive. We will be back!

One word - FAST! Before I could shut the door on the aircraft, these folks were driving by in the fuel truck to take care of my needs. This is a GREAT place to stop.

We had a quick trip in here on a Saturday afternoon and the service was fantastic. We were met enthusiastically by Devean who was working the line service. He had us quickly refueled and set us up with the courtesy car and even pointed us in the right direction for some lunch. We will definitely use this airport and FBO again if we are in the area, top notch service!

We had to land at KIOB due to weather ahead. Robert Hiles immediately offered to put our plane in a hangar for protection from the storm. We were also offered a courtesy car to keep overnight if needed. They made our stay quite comfortable. The airport is clean and well run. We will be coming back soon!

This is our 2nd time here and it is always a pleasure. Kevin treats us royally, is very eager to help and you cannot beat having the bugs cleaned off your canopy. The facilities are great and the courtesy car was nice and gave us a quick ride into town for lunch. I would recommend this as a fuel stop anytime.
