My 9-year-old son and I flew from KSPG in our Saratoga II HP on a school conference day to go to EPCOT. There was little traffic at 10:00 on a Thurs. morning and Orlando approach put us straight into a left base for 33. "Nice landing, ' my son says and we taxi over to Ranger. Lineman is waiting and we taxi to a spot in their second row with the rest of the piston pounders. I had called ahead only 45 minutes earlier. A black Ford Expedition pulled right up before I had the engine shut down. Told the lineman to top off my nearly full tanks, made a quick visit to the office and off to EPCOT we went with Natalia of Easy Way. $40 to EPCOT seemed reasonable enough to me. But it became even more reasonable when Natalia saved us the $14 Disney parking lot charge by taking us to the Disney Boardwalk (sneaky!). From there it was an easy 5-minute walk to the "secret" rear entrance to EPCOT. My plane only took 27 gal. Still no ramp charge. Only KSPG and KCHN have cheaper gas. We'll be back!

We love Ranger. It is like our home FBO away from home. The service is excellent. We would not go anywhere else when visiting central Florida.

We have only had positive experiences with both Ranger Jet Center and with Easy Way Ground Transportation. The folks at Ranger have always been friendly and courteous. We visit the Disney parks frequently with our kids, and we consider Ranger our home base away from home. They work very closely with Easy Way to coordinate our arrival, so that when we get there, our ground transportation is waiting there for us. Natalia and the folks at Easy Way take such good care of us. They find a way to be available, even with only minimal advanced notice. They treat us as if we are part of their family. No cab ride has ever come close to the service and hospitality that Easy Way provides. Ranger Jet Center and Easy Way is an award winning combination that we will be using over and over again!

Used Ranger a couple of times already when visiting Parks for a day or two. They recommended Easy Way Transport and they are great. Professional, courteous and always on time. The great people at Ranger coordinate them to always already be waiting for us when we pull up in front of the FBO and whisk us away. The folks at Ranger always serve us with a smile and are very, very helpful. Definitely will continue going there and recommend them to anyone!

Today was my first time flying in to KISM and I am so glad a fellow pilot advised me to go to Ranger. Nick at the desk and the other guys there were phenomenal. I was treated like a celebrity. The staff at Ranger is very eager to be accommodating and hospitable. I had called Nick the day before to get some information and I was impressed and could tell that Ranger is completely service-oriented. I grabbed some of their business cards and will be telling all my pilot friends that Ranger is the place to go when flying to Kissimmee. One word of advice though. If they offer to call a taxi for you, be sure they call a taxi company other than the ripoff company they use called Easy Way Transportation, who charged us $45 to go less than 9 miles into town. For our return to the airport, a local restaurant called a different cab company for us, who charged us only $29.

This was my second trip within 2 weeks.... First time I went to Kissimmee Jet and was totally underwhelmed.... So this time I came to Ranger Jet. Completely different experience! Before we had even shut down they had the rental car pulled up w/the air cranked on. When it was time to leave, instead of walking to the farthest parking spot, the plane was pulled up front, rug at the door, with ice-cold waters ready! My family and my plane were treated with respect and excellence. Totally worth the few cents per gallon price difference.

Fantastic experience with KISM and Ranger. Flew in with the family for a few days at Disney and Sea World. KISM was a great choice for our trip: friendly controllers, easy in-and-out, and more convenient than other Orlando airports to all the Disney parks and hotels. Ranger was great. We arrived after 9pm on a Tuesday night and, after an easy taxi from Runway 15, the line crew was waiting there in a golf cart to marshal us to our tie-down spot. Rental car was already there waiting at the parking spot and, before we could get out of the plane, they had repositioned the car so the headlights would light up the unloading process. Line staff helped pack the car and, after 2 minute sign-in at the front desk, we were on our way with bottled water and detailed directions to our hotel. Terrific experience on the way out as well. Plane was fueled exactly as requested and, after taking the car right up to the plane to load it, line staff came out to get it. Will be back!

Arrived on a Wednesday for vacation and they had our rental car waiting at the tie down spot, unloaded my baggage, and fueled the plane before we drove away. Very helpful with directions and friendly service. Will use Ranger on my next visit to FL - highly recommended!

Excellent service. Called ahead for a rental car and it was waiting for me in the tiedown spot. Service was just as good on the way out. Fuel was as quoted here and I was charged $7/night to tiedown a Cessna single. Don't mind paying for that when I get this level of service.

Arrived on Sunday, March 12th for a few days vacation from Massachusetts. The line crewman met us at the ramp with our rental car, waited with us and helped us load our baggage into the car. When we left, our plane had all four tanks filled exactly to my specifications. Top-notch service and I will use them again. Very pleased.

Great folks, good service, clean facility. Our Hertz rental car was waiting on the ramp when we arrived. I have used the other FBO's on the field in the past (including a couple that are now gone). Ranger Jet is the best.

Having flown into KISM many times, I had used every FBO except Ranger. When the competition's fuel price spiked, I needed to find an alternative. Ranger may not offer the free ice cream like their competitor on the field, but they do offer free cookies and a beautiful flight planning and pilot rest area, complete with sofas, easy chairs, and a huge TV. I would highly recommend Ranger to anyone, including CFIs who, like myself, occasionally need to step out of the plane and stretch! The fact that they offer a free crew car for lunch or dinner on 192 is just icing on the cake. If you are accustomed to nice FBOs that go the extra mile, Ranger will not disappoint.

Nice Folks. Really do hate being put on tiedown 150 yards from the FBO because I'm flying a piston? Only one Jet on the ramp and they parked me far, far away. Also, did not pull to front ramp for departure, although they offered a golf cart ride. I paid more for Avgas than other on field FBO for "Full Service" experience. Just a little bit short of Full Service.

Met on the ramp and led to a nice parking spot. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Cab had been called and was waiting for me even though I was a few minutes behind schedule. Fuel is priced right, facilities were perfect, and Sandi, Patrick and Nathan were great. I will use Ranger every time I make the trip to Kissimmee. Thanks again!

Great service from Ranger. Sandy immediately offered to stay late when I advised my arrival time would be right around closing time. Lineman met me at the ramp entrance and guided me to parking and then helped secure airplane. Same great service on departure. Only hiccup in the service was the ground transportation. DO NOT USE Easy Way Transportation. Car was on the ramp waiting but I spent the next hour riding around with the driver trying to find my hotel, which was only 15 minutes away. He kept communicating with dispatcher and wouldn't listen to my directions. Finally convinced him where to go using Google Maps on my Blackberry. Got a late night tour of the area that I didn't want and then refused to discount the $50 fare.

September 18-21, 2010, we had an outstanding experience with Ranger Jet Center with arrival and departure. They responded promptly to previous e-mail questions. Personnel were unusually friendly and helpful upon arrival. Rental car was pulled up to the plane, facility is excellent including amenities in restrooms, hangar was available, and plane pulled out on ramp at time of departure. Have never had such a nice FBO experience!! Really!! I'll be back!!

After a terrible experience at Kissimmee Jet Center, I thought I would give Ranger a try. VERY HAPPY. Beautiful facility, nice people. I was offered hangar space for a very low rate, which I accepted. You never know about thunderstorms in FL. The fuel is only 10 cents more than Kissimmee Jet, but the difference in fuel and people is dramatic. Aircraft was fueled, pulled out of the hangar, and ready to go when I returned. Highly recommended, I will be there again.

We dropped in last minute and needed transportation for the passengers and crew. It was taken care of despite my poor planning. Super friendly line staff, very helpful. Great folks inside at the desk to help. Great looking facility. Low ramp fees. One of the better FBOs I have been to. Nice to have a classy alternative to Signature.
