They were friendly and helpful. Provided quality service even during the busy hours. I was impressed with a lineman named Dave who went out of his way to help me out when time was pressed.

I fly a corporate airplane on a regular basis from Canada to Williston. The service at Western Edge has always been good. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even if we need anything after hours. Today we had some trouble with our landing gear warnings. I talked to Ed and he took a look at it right away, found a switch out of adjustment and fixed it on the spot! Thanks Ed :) Happy customer!

5 visits and the last time was the worst, which made me write this. In my experience, not good service for a piston single aircraft. Not overly friendly or helpful front desk personnel and they do not tie down or marshal or chock your piston single aircraft. They very busy so this is part of the reason. We try to go to Sidney when the option is available.

The gentleman Dave Luebbe at Westerm Edge was very helpful one evening. They were almost out of 100LL fuel, but seemed to find enough in all the fuel trucks to come up with what I needed. Everytime I'm in there, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Great place to stop!

We had an igniter box go out on our Westwind. They have an A&P on site, Ed, and he got us fixed right up. It took a day to get a new part FedEx'ed up but he had it on the plane and got us on our way in a little over an hour. Thanks, Ed!!

Great Experience! We had to get the airplane fueled late at night. I called the after hours line and got a hold of Dave from the line service, He was out to the airport within 15 minutes and had my aircraft fueled before I even made it to the airport!

Arrived 6/9 for a $100 burger. Billy marshalled us in and provided a crew car but with the warning of difficulty finding room sit and eat lunch around noon at the local diners. From the traffic and full parking lots (including the airport) this really is a boomtown - luckily Saturdays were not as busy at the airport as weekdays. Billy had us fueled and tugged the plane to a GPU for departure. Good airport for a small town; bet there are days when the small crosswind runway gets some use.

Came in after 8pm and Dave Luebb was there to meet us, First he got the passengers off to their rental car then assisted in cleaning the AC and towing to a hangar for the overnight. It was very cold and windy. Dave was very helpful. Next day they kept our plane in the hangar for a bit longer so snow wouldn't be an issue for departure. Billy and Dave assisted in getting the fuel added and coffee and ice for departure. A great experience, even in the bitter cold, these guys are excellent! Thanks

Every trip I've made this year to KISN has been unique in this "wild, wild west" and "gold rush" town. The individuals at SerVair are absolutely dedicated to aviation and assisting "above and beyond", given the extraordinary circumstances the airport and surrounding area is currently experiencing! Our aircraft had a mechanical. We received exceptional support for the crew, for our mechanic, and for our aircraft. They supported us while continuing to tend to the regular activity at the airport and transient aircraft. Keep up the great work and look forward to next trip to KISN!

Western Edge Aviation is a pretty good FBO for North Dakota. We were marshaled right in and the line guy asked us what we needed. We were given a crew car within minutes, and while not a BMW or anything, it gets the job done. The one thing that kept me from giving this establishment 5 stars was that their one and only laptop that was to be used for weather was not working with the wireless internet. Had to go back to the old fashioned ways of a flight briefer.

We visited your FBO on July 8th and again on the 9th and both times your staff was very friendly and helpful. Dave Luebbe gave us the attention we needed when we had to get our airplane into a hangar. Sarah was a tremendous help with all the knowledge of the local area. We could not be more pleased with everyone that supports your FBO. My boss mentioned how friendly and helpful both Dave and Sarah was. We are from Alaska and this was our first of many visits to Williston. Please keep up the great work. Thank you Dave & Sarah.

Last night (23 Jun 11) I checked the local radar before going to bed. I noted a band of severe thunderstorms headed toward Williston from Montana. An industry rep was visiting from N Carolina and had left his Lancair on the tiedown ramp unprotected. We rushed out to Sloulin Field (it was 10:30 pm) and understandably no one was around. We called Dave who was already asleep in bed but came w/in moments and helped us put the plane in a hangar. Dave certainly gets my vote for "person of the week" and Western Edge Aviation is very fortunate to have an employee of such caliber. Dave, you Rock!

People are always friendly and fast with the service. We utilize the FBO multiple times a week at all hours of the day. Travis is always there waiting with a smile. In the early AM hours, Tanner will be there ready to battle the elements. Thanks for all your hard work and patience gentlemen.

I would like to personally thank Travis for always being available at the strange times that we (Key Lime) generally fly into ISN. Travis is polite, prompt and seems to generally appreciate the growing business that we have been bringing to the FBO. Thank you Travis. It will get warm again up there right?

I flew into KISN yesterday and was greeted by the friendly and courteous team of Travis and Dave. Apparently the interior of the facility has recently seen a high end remodel that was nicely done. Five Stars accurately describes SERV AIR, one of my new favorite service providers. A+++++

We fly into to Sloulin Field every week and are treated excellent. Travis and Dave have been a great bunch of guys to work with. With all the oil traffic coming now they always seem to still have a smile when they are completely swamped with airplanes and fuel orders. Erick, if not flying, will help you out anyway he can also....

Travis is wonderful. I've been flying into Williston this summer about 2 times a week. The guys are wonderful. Travis always makes sure that I get fueled quickly on Friday as I'm usually in a hurry to pick up my crew and head back to Moorhead. Dave also does a wonderful job on Monday's getting my fuel topped off right away for my return trip home. One Monday, all of the crew cars were out and I wanted to run and grab a bite to eat, Dave offered and let me drive his personal truck. Thanks guys.

Dave Luebbe was a lifesaver. Arrived at dusk, FBO was closed, EVERY hotel/motel was fully booked. Dave opened the FBO and offered the pilot lounge coach and the crew van, which was gratefully accepted. Sleeping in the back of the Velocity would not have been very comfortable

Dave Luebbe greeted me upon my arrival in my Ercoupe. He was very helpful and invited me to stay at the pilot lounge that night. There were no hotel rooms available. Eric also was more than kind to let me stay two nights, waiting for the wind to shift or die down. All the staff was very kind and accommodating.

I cannot say enough about how Dave Luebbe goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We flew in on a Sunday after 5:00 to refuel before proceeding on. We had a little difficulty finding the self-service pumps but, called the number on the door and Dave offered to come in which we said was unnecessary however, he described the location of the tanks which were then easy to find. Long story short I left my purse where we originally parked. Figuring this out about three hours later we called Dave back and he graciously returned to the airport and found and secured my purse. The next day his graciousness continued when he kindly overnighted it to me. A good part of my life was in that purse. I am forever in debt to Dave. What a man! Thank you, Dave. I look forward to returning to Slolin and the great people there.
