Was in Ithaca for a weekend recently to visit family & friends in the area. Chelse and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful! And a big plus was the reasonable hangar rate for the two nights to keep my plane out of the snow.

Flew in a day ahead of the dorms opening and had to figure out a way to house my son. Chelse was amazing at finding hotel (reasonable) and transportation (free) for a returning freshman. It was a sleet night and the line crew put the plane in the hangar to warm up/de-ice a bit (no charge). Couldn't have asked for any better service from any FBO! Thanks so much Chelse!!

We flew into KITH to fuel up at Taughannock in an Arrow. Noticed a twisted alternator belt on preflight, which grounded us. (IMC conditions prevailed). Paul the mechanic came right out and noted that he could overnight a belt and get us on our way the next day. Sure enough, belt installed and we were airborne by 2PM the next day. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Taughannock. Thanks again folks!!!

I was in and out twice last week for drop off and pickup at Cornell. Only 5 minutes to the University. Friendly and efficient staff. Crew car was available both times. Thanks for the excellent service.

Visited Ithaca Airport this past weekend. Service was good, everyone at the FBO was helpful and kind. Good location to stop, it is an FBO that really cares about its customers. They hangared my plane when a summer storm rolled through, just as they said they would. I recommend this stop.

Great ATC, worked me straight in to 32 from the southeast despite 14 being the active. Great FBO with reasonable fuel and fees despite the monopoly, easy in and out and helpful with bags and rental cars with ramp access. Pilot briefing room has everything you need including fresh bagels. They even let my 2yo daughter feed the fish while I was pre-flighting! Great Job Taughannock.

Spent a long weekend with the folks in Ithaca. Good service all the way around. Arrived on a Friday evening right around 6, when I am sure everyone was itching to begin their weekend. Lineman helped us get tied down in no time. Then we were given a short lift over to the main terminal to pick up our rental car. Upon return on Monday, they granted our rental car (with a couple cases of wine and bags) to our plane. Pretty quick we had the plane loaded and then back to the main terminal to return the rental car. Again, a quick ride back to the FBO where we paid $20 for 3 days of parking and the landing fee. I'll definitely give them my business in the future! Tower was helpful in getting us going with flight following and an air tour of Cayuga Lake.

Recently visited Taughannock in a Baron. On arrival, was expecting shuttle pick-up from Statler hotel at 12:15, but ended up arriving almost and hour early. Folks at Taughannock were tracking my flight and called hotel to update my ETA. I was very impressed when the shuttle pulled planeside right as I shut down. Very thoughtful! Great job!

Flew in yesterday for Angel Flight. Very good service. When I advised on the radio that I needed to get near to the door for a disabled passenger, I was marshalled in very close. Lineman helped passenger into the building and retrieved her car from the parking lot for her. .50 discount per gallon for Angel Flight. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Great job, guys. Thanks.

Stayed here for two weeks on a trip up from Miami. Great little FBO and excellent service. The line guy drove me over to the main terminal to pick up my rental car. They secured our plane. Everything was great for our entire stay. I usually fly into Syracuse or Weedsport for my stay, but Ithica was actually closer - NICER. Overall a really great airport and great FBO. I will definitely return.
