		I arrived with a Lancair ES on a late Thursday afternoon and was treated by very friendly and accommodating staff. Hangar space was offered for my two night stay and fuel prices were discounted and reasonable with the fill-up. The rental car was waiting out front and directions to my hotel were provided. Returning 2 days later, staff again was super friendly, and overall I had a great experience. Thanks to Nancy and Karen!

		With only a few FBO's open on the east coast after 10PM, this airport and FBO provide 24 x 7 service. Landed after midnight, was properly greeted. Sheltair quickly found a hotel with van pickup within a few miles of this FBO. Next day they (thank-you!) waived all fees, and provided a discount for buying added fuel. Simply cannot beat this stop for someone planning a flight with a landing after 10PM in the southern east coast!

		Stop at Jax for a single nite...Flight line and staff was exceptionally friendly (PA28)...Put me in a hangar (no charge) since storms were in the forecast...Lineman even gave me 4 bottles of water as I was leaving.... Great facility...Fees were acceptable; gas pricey but worth the stay

		Flew into KJAX from the Bahamas to drop off passengers and clear customs. The customs is as far away from SheltAir as you can get which would require an expensive redraft and long taxi in our Mustang. Chris from SheltAir with the assistance of Allie from UV Air, agreed to bring the fuel truck to C5 and fuel us right there. This is what I call excellent service and I will be back!!

		I arrived at SheltAir early Friday morning to catch a commercial flight. They provided a shuttle over to the terminal and picked me up when I got back - most importantly, they moved my C182 into their hangar to avoid a bad front that passed through - ALL FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The folks go out of their way to provide EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend SheltAir when you visit KJAX.

		Always friendly folks at SheltAir. Delivered pax to SheltAir at KJAX and they provide immediate transport to the airline terminal to make a connection. I did not see anything in AirNav.Com or DUAT but there is a $10 landing fee assessed for single engine planes landing at KJAX.
