We had an exceptional experience with both of our airplanes on multiple trips to Ferguson. It's hard to put my finger on what was so different about our experience here versus other FBOs, but if I had to guess, it would be customer service and appreciation. We will make it a point to come back!

The first time we came to KJKA, I picked Ferguson as the FBO because the fuel is cheapest on the field. Now, after multiple visits, I'm a fan--with no need to shop anywhere else. Customer service is obviously job one at this family-owned business, and it's always top notch! Thanks, Dee!

Another great experience at the Ferguson FBO. We were trying to leave Saturday but the weather would not let us. Thanks to John, Fulton and the guys we hung around a few hours and they made us feel like we were family. A great FBO with great service. When landing at JKA I highly recommend taxiing to Ferguson. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first trip to JKA. Michelle and the whole crew were every bit as friendly and helpful as the previous comments have said. From emailing me information about local hotels and services, to handling the rental care and discussing the best places to eat, I couldn't have asked for better service. They even left my plane in the hangar while I did my preflight on the way out to keep it cool! Thanks so much for the great experience. I will definitely recommend Ferguson Air Service to others.

Many thanks to Michelle the wonderful manager at Ferguson Air Service. Not only did Michelle open early to meet our early morning inbound flight but she also had the rental car ready and waiting with printed maps to our destination, deck chairs and an umbrella for me to take to the beach! As a commercial pilot who often spends many hours waiting around at FBO's I really appreciate it when I find a first class company that offers an excellent passenger experience and also goes out of their way to look after the pilots. Came in on 9th of May for 3 nights. Alex and Michelle are great. True Southern Hospitality. I dropped in with my C 182 and was treated just like I'd brought them a Gulfstream to fuel. Truly one of the best FBO's I've ever used. Will definitely be back. Mr. Wags the FBO dog was also very friendly and obviously runs the place.

A great FBO! It was Easter and Spring Break and all the hotels wanted 200+ or were full. Michelle got us a room for under 100$ in an excellent hotel. The rental car was there and ready to go. When we returned, they had the plane fueled to my exact specs. Other FBO's could learn from Ferguson.

Absolutely phenomenal FBO! Everyone from the line to the desk is super friendly and helpful. Michelle is like a Swiss Army knife - she can help with most anything. We were fueled and given a loaner car within minutes of stepping from the airplane. I fly to a lot of FBOS and have not found one with a staff as friendly and helpful ad Ferguson Air Services! Exemplary - this is what an FBO SHOULD BE!

This FBO is awesome. I came in on the 17th with a little 150. I called the FBO frequency and they had a crew car waiting for us. The staff is friendly and very resourceful. They also have some pretty awesome fuel prices for the area.

Arrived this past Wednesday right at dusk. I honestly didn't expect much after a poor experience with an FBO in Florida; I fly an experimental Murphy Rebel taildragger, not an SR 22. Alex, one of the owners, met me on the ramp and helped me tie-down the plane. After, he made a hotel reservation for me and let me use the pilot vehicle; all with a smile. Thank you for such fine service. I will be back.

Ferguson Air was excellent. They went above and beyond before we even arrived. When we did arrive the rental car was on the ramp in seconds. You won't find anyone better than Michelle. We forgot our son’s car seat and Michelle even found us a car seat to use while we were there for the week. If you fly to JKA you have to check out Ferguson. Thanks guys.

Ferguson Air far exceeded any expectations I had before arrival. The attentiveness to my needs was over the top! I called ahead and they stayed on site, after hours, until I landed and was secured. Alex quickly offered a crew car (didn't have to ask) and I was on my way. I won’t consider another FBO on field. 9.27.2012 (N2017C).

What a fantastic FBO! We were treated like kings from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. Ferguson is a first class operation all the way. So many FBO's provide a service but typically at an unreasonable price. The people at Ferguson Air truly care about their customers. They were helpful unloading the plane, charged a really low price to store the plane inside, had GREAT fuel prices, and gave us a ride what seemed to be half way to Destin free of charge. Michelle Ferguson was beyond helpful, generous, accommodating and a genuine. Their FBO truly has a WOW factor. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will always use Ferguson Air for all return trips to the area. I have used many FBO's in the past but Ferguson Air at Jack Edwards has been the best so far. You will love the experience.

We have been with Ferguson (Gray Hawk) ever since they came to JKA. We visit frequently from Wisconsin with our Chieftain and the staff continues to provide unparalleled service in their personable way we have come to love. Prompt, friendly, very accommodating (even after hours if you let them know in advance) and always in great spirits. No complaints about the other FBO, but if you are looking for an alternative, then Ferguson is a top-notch FBO with great service and a very friendly and accommodating staff. I've been in a couple of times - and was remembered from the first visit - even when I came in, in a different aircraft. Michelle is so accommodating and the line guys put my plane in the hangar to keep it cool as I was only in town for a couple hours having lunch at Lulus! Great FBO. Keep up the good work!

Super friendly group of folks. Smaller FBO than across the airfield, but I think that makes it a better experience. We flew in late on a busy holiday, and were greeted with fresh food and beverages. Ramp fee was $15 per night, first night waved with fuel.

Ferguson Air Service was exceptional from start to finish. If you're coming to the beautiful Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, I would highly recommend Ferguson. My family and I were greeted by a friendly staff ready to assist in any way they could. Before anything, we were offered a cold water or iced tea. Our car was pulled up right next to the airplane to unload all of our bags and after giving my fuel order, they took care of everything else. After our week's stay, the airplane was pulled up once again and ready for our departure with the same friendly staff wishing us well. They also have the best fuel price on the field and the most well behaved FBO dog you'll ever find - the kids loved it.

These guys really do it right. Stopped in for lunch and fuel and had a courtesy SUV with the a/c on available within minutes. They looked me up via tail number on arrival and greeted me by name. They had copied my driver’s license for use of the car on my first visit a few months ago so informed me that we were good to go. We took the car for almost two hours and upon getting back to the FBO were greeted with, "back so soon." They even had airplane coloring sheets available for my two years old. Great service. Remembering their customers, even after only one visit. I can't understand why anyone would go across the field.

They have a very nice new clean facility and are wealth of knowledge on local activities. We also took advantage of the Corrosion X treatment service on our 1955 C170B at what I believe was a very fair price. When we return to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, we'll be back to Ferguson!

First time landing at JKA. I selected Ferguson primarily for the positive comments and the fact that they offer Corrosion X Fogging treatments. John Ferguson personally called me about my inquiry. I landed at noon on Saturday, they did the Corrosion X treatment that day and I flew out the next day. Will use them again.

Visited first week of April. Very nice facility, extra pleasant people, and Michelle's cookies are reason enough to stop. Large enough FBO to have everything we needed but small enough that everything was convenient to access. They paid attention to the wx and put my Bonanza inside before I even called. Several times during week Michelle was a reliable source of local info. Also note that KJKA is a good destination for aviator/cyclists. We brought our bikes and got from the airport and all around Gulf Shores nicely all week without a car. Nearly all main roads have safety path, bike lane, or at least wide shoulders.

We spent a wonderful week in Orange Beach and this trip was topped off by the best customer service we've ever experienced right here at Ferguson Air Service! We too had a hailstorm come through in the middle of the night and Michelle had our Bonanza in the hangar before we could even ask. Great foresight on their behalf. Ferguson Air Service is THE FBO to visit in Gulf Shores. BTW we have visited the other FBO on the field. Nothing more need be said!

We stayed at KJKA for a week during Spring Break. Everyone at Ferguson provided superior, friendly and personal service during our stay. They had the rental car pulled to side of the airplane as soon as we shut down and assisted with the unloading of numerous bags. Late at night, they pulled my plane inside when a hailstorm threatened. Their pricing for all services, including fuel was very reasonable. Michelle, Alex, Fulton, Don and Dee treated us like royalty! We're eager to return and see our new friends at Ferguson Air Services!

I would rate this FBO 10 stars if I could! What a terrific experience! Everyone there was friendly, courteous, polite, and went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. What a great bunch of people! The facilities are excellent, the homemade snacks delicious, the conversation engaging, and the hospitality makes one feel at ease after a long journey. I recently rode as safety pilot for an instrument student on our way and back to St Petersburg, FL. We stopped at Jack Edwards for fuel both ways, and stopped at FAS on recommendation. When we arrived, they were unable to provide a courtesy car, but offered to drive us to lunch and pick us up whenever we were ready! The next day the let us take one of their personal vehicles into town to run some errands and eat brunch before continuing our next leg. They gave clear, helpful directions, and excellent dining recommendations! I cannot say enough good things about Ferguson! Make them your stop at KJKA!

Second trip to KJKA in N6797J in as many months. Ferguson staff were outstanding. We arrived after they closed late on Friday night but Fulton Shehan was there with the rental at the ready. He tucked us into the hangar and we were off. Left Sunday PM and Michelle took superlative care of us. Great "Southern Hospitality." We will definitely go back to Ferguson Air Service! On October 17 we brought 7 O-1 Birddogs into Ferguson's for a fly-in. We could not have been treated better. The FBO was professional, efficient and helpful. They took good care of us for four days and their prices were very fair. All the pilots were impressed and we will be back for another gathering at this fine business.

Fuel was cheaper as well :) They met us on the ramp for parking, dolly for our luggage and a bottle of cold water :) All the while someone else was pulling our rental car up to the door :) Thanks for the excellent service!! This is one of the BEST FBO's I have had the pleasure to visit, and I fly everyday. They have very professional but friendly staff and nice upscale facility. Met my plane, unloaded our luggage and had rental car waiting. Car, fuel and hangar space was a bargain. Of the two FBO's on field, this is one's best choice. Michelle and staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. ***NOTE they are located to the east of RWY 36 threshold, across the runway from the 'other' FBO. Trees block view from RWY 27. Very nice folks. I'll be back soon.

Greyhawk is somewhat hidden. On my first visit to Jack Edwards I ended up at the other FBO (had a good experience there as well), and saw Greyhawk on the other side of the 17/35 runway. On my second visit took a left on the taxiway before crossing 17/35. Greyhawk is behind the tree line. Good people and good gas prices.

Top Notch Service!!!! I stopped into GreyHawk because my son threw up on himself when we were 10 miles out to land at the airport. Upon arrival I taxied up to the FBO and shut down. Immediately to gentlemen walked up and greeted me. I told them what happened and instantly they sprang into action. They gave us two bottles of water for free, provided all the paper towels, wet wipes needed. They even brought out a garbage can to the plane. The facility was really nice and the people and service even better. They went out of their way to help me. The restroom even had a wall mounted hair dryer to help me dry my kids clothes after rinsing them off in the sink. I highly recommend this FBO. They are CHEAPER on fuel and more personable than the guys across the ramp.

Other than a snafu with our rental car, we received excellent service from Greyhawk. They went out of their way to correct the problem and provided excellent service for our Bellanca. Highly recommend visiting the "little guys" rather than the higher priced FBO across the asphalt.

My wife and I flew in about a month ago and found that Greyhawk is the place to go when going to Jack Edwards. We arrived late in the evening before a cold front and a staff member was waiting long after closing to push us in the hangar. I called before we flew down and was quoted a fuel price. While we were there the fuel prices went up. Without my asking the honored the quoted price. Thanks Eric, we will be back. Great Place!!!!

They're the small ramp on the east side of the north-south runway. It was $10 per night for tiedown. Not a 24/7 FBO but a bargain that close to the Gulf. The "other" obvious FBO on the field told my pickup that they were the only FBO on the field. Sounds like a turf war is going on...

Most importantly gas prices were significantly cheaper at GREYHAWK than across the ramp. Finally, before I departed Eric had my plane filled and parked just like "RED CARPET" service. I will use GREYHAWK for all my future visits.

Intended to fly to Sun 'n Fun, but weather in northern Florida was bad. Diverted to Gulf Shores for a day, but decided to stay for three. Unexpected arrival at GreyHawk, met with outstanding hospitality. Made everything easy, including transportation. Will visit again for sure!

This is THE FBO to use when visiting the Alabama Gulf Coast and KJKA! Best fuel prices on the field and excellent service. Try the food at LuLu's (owned by LuLu Buffet -- Jimmy Buffet's sister) while you are there. Best bacon cheeseburger and onion rings on the Gulf Coast! It's close enough to walk, but GreyHawk will give you a ride. The Reeves are running a first class FBO and definitely competitive prices on fuel and services. They them, you'll like them!

Wonderful Service, couldn’t ask more from a FBO!! Erik even lent us his very own car to make a Lamberts run. Been to alot of FBOs but cannot remember being treated any nicer!!

Had an annual done on my Cirrus. First time taking it to a non Cirrus service center, and I was extremely pleased!! Not only was the mechanic experienced with Cirrus aircraft, but he was very good at taking time to go over everything before and after the annual. Staff and owner are first class. I use GreyHawk as my exclusive fuel stop for the Alabama Gulf Coast area and they are always quick and friendly to accommodate.

I fly my Skylane into JKA every March to spend time with my parents who snow bird here every year. Tried Greyhawk this year, as it is new. Folks were friendly and went out of their way to please. Not to mention the difference in the price of fuel as opposed to across the field...

Flew our Wag Aero 2+2 in for lunch at Lambert's Cafe. GreyHawk's FBO is very nice. The facility is well kept and clean through out. Erik and staff were outgoing & friendly. The kids liked the popcorn and they confirmed the compass rose in the lobby is accurate. We'll be back.
