This easily is the very worst FBO on the east coast. They don't really care that much about their customers. This is an attitude that I really don't understand since they are in direct competition with another FBO on the field. The only thing I can guess is that they think that they are so superior that they are doing you a favor by letting you do business with them. They have a schedule for their rental customers but the airplane may or may not be there when you show up. If it's not...Oh well. Tough luck!!! Don't expect even an extra free tenth next time you rent. That ten dollars it would cost them they say may break their bank. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
