Treat any approach into this airport as if you're going into Aspen, Telluride or any other high terrain or mountainous approach. Airport sits in a bowl any circling approaches do not leave room for error. I would suggest at least 1500 foot ceilings to shoot.

Flew in this past Saturday when the temperature was above 80. That’s a big deal around in northwest. Stopped in for fuel. I don't know who the guy was, but he met my three passengers and me with four cold bottle of water. It was much needed and appreciated.

When we requested a conference room for a short meeting for our passengers, we arrived to find a table stocked with complementary breakfast fruits and snacks. Great service, great people, a real pleasure to visit. FBOs like this help to make aviation fun!

Denny made everyone feel very welcome on an unplanned landing while a number of us spent some time waiting for the weather to improve. Free coffee, cookies, flight planning computers, and a reasonable fuel price -- this is a great place to stop.

I picked up a plane here and got to know the FBO & the A&P working there during a pre-buy inspection. Great guys to get to know, and a growing airport with new hangar going up. Good services, nice FBO facilities, great people. The FBO is a retired Air Force fighter jock. F-4's & F-15's! Stop on by and check it out.
