We received excellent service May 10-11 2013; the staff was very friendly and helpful, the office clean and the promised cookies were hot and fresh! They brought cars to the airplane without being asked. It is not that far a taxi from the long runway, either.

Highly recommend Dalton, Ryan, and Gary at Chaparral Jet Center. They took excellent care of us Saturday 4 May 2013. They marshalled my light twin in next to the corporate jets, and completed fuel servicing quickly and accurately. They even drove me over to the terminal to pick up my cheapo rental car. This is our new go to FBO at KLBB!

Making our fuel stop in KLBB had a MX issue and could not continue the flight until the next day. Chaparral Jet loaned us a crew car for the night without any hassle. Best in the business for a quick turn @ a great price. Thanks as always.

Our company owns and operates 10 flight test aircraft from a C-172 through 4ea. Sabreliners. Our base is in Florida and we often ferry multiple Sabres out to the West Coast. Over the past 5 years, I as chief pilot have never found an FBO more willing to provide a pre-arranged quick turn combined with the lowest possible price on Jet-A. KLBB provides the ideal airport for a quick, hassle free stop and go. I would highly recommend Chaparral Jet.

Paid a ramp fee for the first time since 1998. We have been flying into Chaparral frequently and in a variety of different (piston) aircraft. Have not always bought fuel, but have never been charged a ramp fee. This weekend, Chaparral had the HIGHEST 100LL prices on the field even though they brag on their website "We guarantee the LOWEST fuel prices at LIA!" They had the lowest price on Jet-A, not 100LL. Pretty obvious they are catering to the kerosene burners more and more. Fine. We'll either take our business to the other side of the field (Lubbock Aero); one of the smaller GA-friendly airports nearby (Plainview, Brownfield) or we'll just reduce our trips to Lubbock. We've been very supportive of Chaparral, written positive comments and heartily endorsed them for the past twelve-plus years. That came to an end this weekend.

Flew into Chaparral to drop off a friend. I had called ahead and said I would need a rental car (for the friend) and fuel. Got there and they were waiting at FBO with rental car ready (door opened) & helped us unpack plane. Got fuel and flew out. Everything went perfect!
