As a pilot who participates in Pilots N Paws, I was flying to LBE from Greenville, NC with a three year old female Rottweiler and her six puppies. The dog had been abandoned by its owner after the recent natural disaster in NC. The female did fine, as did the puppies: however, she was nervous and had soiled the crate. Upon my arrival at Palmer, Allen McKinney and Don Armitage met me and took my fuel request and offered to help get the female and her puppies out of the plane. Once the family was picked up by the Rott, German shepherd foster organization, Allen and Don went out of their way to help me clean the crate and put it back in the airplane. I cannot say enough about these two young men. They went above and beyond from what many others at FBOs would offer to do to help a pilot. I will always use Vee Neal when I return to Palmer. Great people and great service--thank you.

I usually fly once or twice a week to Latrobe and in over three years I have yet to have a negative experience with any facet of their FBO. I have needed maintenance twice and they happily stayed past quitting time to get me on my way. The line guys and customer service staff bend over backwards to be helpful. My C-172 and I receive the same treatment as a Falcon 50. In short..... Vee Neal does it right. They are the standard by which all FBOs should be judged.

I keep a hangar at KLBE as my home base is in Indiana and use the Vee Neal Aviation for any services I may need. I had an issue with one of their employees and complained to Kevin McKinney, who is a class act. He addressed my concerns and was very gracious. I have always had excellent service from everyone at Vee Neal. Great people and great service. I would recommend this FBO to anyone and everyone!
