Valerie is the best and so are the line crew guys! I have never met anyone at KLGB that is so helpful with us and our Cessna T210. Location is great; next to terminal, so you can walk a block to get lunch there and also get online rental car specials, since you can pick up the car right in front of the airline terminal.

Even though I am a piston pounder in the land of jets, I experienced an unexpected high level of service and friendliness not usually displayed at FBO's. I will return.

Used this FBO on 9-3-09. I was very pleased with Valerie and she did everything to assist me, even tho I am only driving an Arrow. This is a very well appointed FBO. Very comfortable and clean.

Called ahead and ask for hangar and rental car. They brought it out to us and hangared the plane for $100 for the night. Plane was out, fueled (as requested) with doors open and red carpet waiting for us. Excellent service. Be careful with Ground taxi instructions!!!! I'm not sure they know exactly where it is. Even with a taxi layout they confused me. Good Airport, Great FBO.

Stopped here because Avalon was fogged in. Taxi was waiting as soon as we parked and line guys extremely helpful unloading. They had a mapquest map ready for us too. Excellent service.

We stopped in to Long Beach Air Center 2/28/08. I must say this was a very enjoyable layover for us. The line guy's tripped over one another to help our passengers. Valerie is excellent at pilot service. It was nice to see customer service and reasonable prices are still in aviation.

These folks really made me want to visit Long Beach more often just to experience their service. Superior service; in other words great attitude and prompt cooperative service from everyone from taxi in to taxi out. Rental car was ready by the airplane, clean, comfortable facilities, quick oxygen refill, prompt ramp, ice, coffee and newspapers, etc. And their prices were the most competitive, fuel and ramp. I wish there were more FBO's like this on my regular destinations. Congratulations Valerie!!!! Keep up the great work Juan Rodriguez Cessna CJ2

This FBO is a little out of the way, but worth going to. They don't have the usual fancy entryway, but inside is real nice and being improved. Valerie was friendly and helpful!

These guys are the greatest! Flew in and parked my little plane all week and they treated me like I was a Gulfstream. I was so happy with the service that I took one of the line guys for a ride. I highly recommend these guys.
