Very friendly and helpful staff. They offered us a free ride to the wonderful on-airport restaurant (Fiorentino's Restaurant & Bar) and any other services we could have needed. Fuel, taxi, rental cars and directions to local attractions are all available from the helpful counter staff. A cozy lounge, computers and nice restrooms all are waiting for you there along with a very large pilot store JoePilot adjacent to the FBO. In all, a wonderful place to stop for a rest or any aviation needs.

Parked at Alliance to visit the pilot shop and the FBO manager at the time, Christine, offered my young son Max and me a ride to the restaurant saving us a long walk. Big thanks for the great service. We will be back for a purchase soon.

I have been using Alliance for the past few years. I have always had good experiences, with no surprises. The CSR staff does a great job, and truly cares about my needs. I am completely satisfied and intend to use Alliance in the future.

Friday October 21, 2011, I had the occasion to read some of the comments concerning Alliance Aviation on AirNav.Com. Some of the negative comments appear to have been written by miserable individuals who would like others to be just as miserable. Maybe their expectations were of the RED CARPET treatment of some major FBO, should these expectations not be met for whatever reason they write negative comments, or they want it to appear Alliance employees perform in a less than desirable manner. Sometimes we have blinders on so we see only what we want to see. There are two sides to each story and in the middle is the truth. I've been flying into Lancaster approximately twice a month for the past three years and spend five hours at the FBO each trip. I have always been treated with respect and find the employees at Alliance to be of excellent character and very professional. Thanks to all for a job well done.

Ditto the other comments about the lack of service here. There’s a very strange atmosphere at this FBO, and customer service/communication its not their strong suit. There is no crew car, either, and you have to walk to the terminal to get a rental. I bought the bare minimum of jet fuel that I needed, and will definitely tanker in fuel next time.

Stopped on 10/9/11 for a Pilots and Paws flight. Great service friendly staff, no problem having 6 dogs in the lounge waiting to be handed off. Friendly controllers, will be back!

Arrived late afternoon Jul 29, 2011, self parked, asked for assistance over the radio with our luggage since vehicles we were told are not allowed onto the ramp. We left midmorning the next Sunday and again asked for assistance with our luggage, this time I was told where to go to get the luggage cart. The lady behind the counter was friendly enough but there is something perhaps going on with the ramp personnel. Their presence was almost non-existent and their offer for assistance was completely non-existent.

Stopped in yesterday on my Comm 250 walked into the office, asked to have my Piper Warrior filled and asked directions to Fiorentino's. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and courteous and offered me a ride over to the restaurant. Nice facilities and courteous staff. The next time I fly into LNS I will be sure to stop back!

Notified the FBO in advance of our arrival and received an email reply which was promising. Unfortunately, upon arrival they ran out of room for us due to several large aircraft arrivals and turned us away. Makes me wonder why we notified them at all. The fuel service was reasonable and the lineman helpful.

Stopped on a Thursday afternoon for fuel and go. Parking not plentiful. We self parked, and if they hadn't filled the airplane and charged our card I'm not sure they would have noticed we were there. You can really save on conversation here.

The folks at Alliance were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Tie down was no extra charge if you buy 30 gallons of fuel and are a non-commercial flight. Highly recommended.

Stopped in at Alliance during a quick lunch stop at the LNS terminal and then a visit to the Pilot Shop. Alliance staff was VERY courteous and very efficient about resolving an unfortunate mix up between a top off and filling only to the tabs. Problem solved quickly and got us on our way! Really nice people. Looking forward to my next visit.

Arrived on April 1st, but were not "fooled" by anyone; great, honest service and attitude. The "March Madness" dollars for fuel is a nice touch and receiving 10 "crispy, new" ONES was appreciated. Great spot to park in "the corner" so the PC-12 is not in the way of taxiing airplanes. Glad to see the huge snowbanks are gone for the year! Looking forward to rest and relaxation at the EDEN RESORT with a great "pilot rate."

A great conversation with Joyce Opp today 3/8/10 about the PC-12 and how it is operated. They were under the assumption that we were a "business operation." We are General Aviation, Part 91 PC-12 and do not engage in any type of Commercial Operation. Therefore, Joyce assures us that future, quick, passenger drop off or pickup flights will not incur the minimum fuel purchase or $100 ramp fee. Now that this issue is "cleared, " we will enjoy their hospitality and service.

$100 ramp fee for each pax pickup and drop-off (5 to 10 mins) at this FBO or buy 100 gallons of JET-A each time! No room in PC-12 tanks, so Airport Authority was contacted and NO CHARGE to park near Main Terminal and walk through Gen. Av. Gate. This FBO has lost our often-repeated future business. Unless something changes, we will not return to this FBO. Response from Joyce Opp, Manager, LNS Alliance Aviation Greetings to all Pilots! Thank you all for your kind comments and for your constructive criticism of Alliance Aviation. Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Joyce Opp and I became Manager of Alliance Aviation on September 1, 2009. With regard to the $100.00 ramp fee issue, I would like to clarify that that policy is for all business charter jets. We have NO ramp fee for leisure travelers and offer all pilots concierge services, complimentary transportation to the restaurant and movie theatre that are both on-site to all visiting pilots. The $100.00 ramp fee is the ONLY fee that jets have if they don't need fuel or other services at LNS. There is no landing fee. I am saddened by John's comment because we really work hard everyday to make our guests feel welcome and take good care of each and every pilot that flies our way! I hope that this clarification is helpful and HAPPY FLYING TO ALL!!!!

Great service from the entire crew!! Snowstorm of the 19th was memorable and the entire crew handled it like they do it every day. John did a yeoman's job moving snow and our PC-12.

Arrived well after sunset and tower guided us to alternate taxiway into Alliance. Line person's minimal, marshalling skills had us "touring" the ramp before he decided where our parking spot was located. However, all other services were excellent! Joyce was a great help in providing a lift from close-in hotel to airport in the morning. Kudos to a "sharp" manager!

I read the previous comments and have to disagree. Just flew in for a quick turn. Person behind the desk was polite and helpful, and promptly arranged for fuel. Meanwhile, I spent 10 minutes in a very well equipped pilots lounge, filing my return flight plan. Would gladly return.

Arrived mid morning after calling ahead with my ETA. Parked my 206 and tied it down as it was a bit windy, no lineman in sight. Parked three hours and bought 40 gallons of 100LL but got hit with a $25 ramp fee anyway.

Not a very good experience, I had an Angel Flight and stopped for gas. No one on site to guide you to parking, no one in the office and when I finally found the fuel guy he said he would get to me when he had time. I explained that I had a patient that was running late to Boston but got no response. I hope that I never have to stop here again.

Overall, not a very positive experience. Brought a friend over to pick up his SR-20, asked for ride to terminal and to top off A/C for flight home. Girl at Alliance got the ride to the restaurant right, but the fuel order was lost. Guy used the refueling step and handles on the airplane while fueling...Take 5 minutes and get the ladder out. Spilled fuel on the top of the wing...Nobody around to park me when I arrived, don't know what the problem was, but this place seemed disorganized and needs A LOT of "spit and polish"
