Flew in the Thursday before the Derby. We were marshaled in and shuttle brought around promptly to load passengers to take to their hotel. Free food on the grill and inside. Elizabeth and the whole team were more than helpful getting me a room set up for Saturday night when I would airline back out. On day of departure it was raining and the line guys moved the airplane inside the hangar to load the passengers and baggage and pulled us out on to the ramp for start up. Overall one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. Would highly recommend for Derby time or any other time.

Stopped in for the Derby in a BE36. Every year they have a welcome barbecue going which is great after a flight. Had a mechanical issue on the way out and the service guys quickly jumped into action shuffling my plane around and making phone calls to get me help. Really top notch service and I certainly didn't rank very high compared to the other planes on the ramp. Be back next year and always look forward to my stay with them. Thanks guys!

Landed with passengers and bags. Line service was right there to help us unload. Our passengers had an odd request for us to drop their bags off at their hotel. Line service drove us to the hotel and back to the airport with the crew van to unload the bags. Top notch service. This FBO should be an example for others A+ operation.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Elizabeth efficiently coordinates and line personnel are courteous and timely. Left plane for hangaring and called back later and requested that engine heater be plugged in and it was done as requested. Plane up and ready when requested for departure. Had problem with rental car charge after return (not FBO problem) but Elizabeth called and Hertz called back and had problem rectified in minutes. Great service. I will continue to use on future visits.

Another great experience. Ground personnel upon arrival, prompt tie-down and fuel. Rental car on site--returned the rental car the next day because of mechanical problems--they provided an upgrade with no wait. Took care of low tire pressure, moved plane into hangar for cold weather and asked if there was anything else they could do--great place, service and attitude!

Flew in on a Saturday night, arrived right at closing time but was helped very promptly. Never seemed to rush, and had my rental car pulled out onto the ramp when I arrived. Very easy to access FBO off the runway and very good evening staff. Been to KLOU several times, and always had exceptional service at Louisville Executive Aviation.

Flew in on 10/25/12 for business on the field and was promptly met by line crew who marshaled us to parking. Upon our red carpet arrival I inquired about self-serve fuel and was offered to be towed to the pump, which I gladly accepted. The entire staff of Louisville Executive Aviation was extremely courteous and went out of their way to assist. No fees with fuel purchase. What a pleasant experience

By far one of the most polite line guys I've ever met. Came in for a training flight, had called ahead to inquire about a crew car. He had it sitting on the ramp with the A/C running when we pulled up. Gave us great directions to breakfast (Wild Eggs, will return!) and this was without a fuel purchase. If my travels bring me to Louisville in the future, I'll most certainly come here again.

Stopped in today with a student in a C172 today on the busiest weekend of the year (Derby time) and was impressed with the service considering the place was swamped with biz-jets and there was a pre-Derby party of some type going on in the hangar. Got a very nice crew car and good directions to the many places to eat only a mile or two away. No fees with a fuel purchase of any amount was appreciated for a busy urban airport like this. Will return!

I landed in my Cirrus last Thursday for an overnight stop in Louisville. This was my first visit to Bowman Field; and, the staff at Executive Aviation provided exceptional service. Extra thank you to Justin who promptly returned my phone call earlier in the day and who also provided free transportation to the downtown area.

We flew in for the CAP's National Conference last weekend and the staff at LEA went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From the CSR's to the line guys, directions and rental cars were handled professionally and quickly. HINT -- If you're going to reserve through Enterprise, CALL and don't do it online...Our rental car was delayed about 20 mins due to our reservation being at the Enterprise across town. This is NOT the fault of LEA who kept calling and tracking them down so we could get on our way.

Landed at Louisville to deal with a maintenance issue and was directed to Louisville Executive Aviation (LEA). The staff at LEA was extremely helpful and friendly. We ended up being in Louisville for the week and the staff at LEA went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. I would highly recommend them if you want helpful, friendly service. Thanks for your help.

Flew in for the Kentucky Derby and was blown away with the fine hospitality and extra level of service we were shown while at KLOU. Louisville Executive provided complimentary car service to and from the Derby and the FBO's owner even went out of his way to drive my friends and I to a local post-Derby party later that evening. This is the only FBO/airport you should consider when flying to Louisville!

I have been to Executive FBO on several occasions, some with pilots n paws and some to visit the area, each time I am treated as if I was the only pilot coming in. I visited again on 6/4/11 to attend a concert and they were quick to offer the courtesy car, which happened to be a new vehicle. The personnel were friendly and fuel me quickly so I could be on my way as I was returning after hours. I will always use Executive when I fly in. THANKS TO ALL THE FOLKS!!!

Stayed overnight on our way to the west coast. Service was excellent. Line service people were most helpful, hangared our airplane overnight, had it on the ramp the following morning as per our request, but thoughtfully put it back in the hangar when it started raining so that we could pre-flight and load inside. Well done! Definitely hope to be back!

We stopped overnight on the way home over New Years, and from touchdown to takeoff, our treatment was top notch. Not the newest facility, but definitely the best for personal service. Keep it up.

I come to LOU about twice/year and Executive Aviation always serves me well. This most recent trip Dec 20 & 21, I needed a hangar and got one at the very fair rate of $36/night. I even got to plug in my preheaters over night. Reasonable priced self-serve fuel makes LOU Executive one of my favorite FBOs.

Came in to drop some people off for the Breeders Cup. Excellent service all the way around. Car rental reservation was a little messed up, but the girls behind the counter quickly got that sorted out and on their way. Fuel was delivered quickly and the price advertised was correct. I'd stop again!

After many nice stops at Executive Aviation, I don't think I will go back anymore. They charged me $25 per night for an outside tiedown. I don't know if it was posted anyplace, but it was never mentioned to me. Besides that, after buying over 200 gallons of avgas, I discovered that their meter didn't have the same gallonage as the bill. While the overage charge was .25 gallons more than the meter said, it was still not the way it should be. I will report the difference to the Kentucky Weights and Measures Agency.

EXCELLENT experience! Flew my 182 to Louisville for business and tied down with them for 3 days. Before I even got the engine off, Justin was there to greet me and had my rental car pulled out to the ramp with the A/C and engine running. Everyone was beyond helpful and professional. I will always stop here in the future when in Louisville.

Excellent service this trip also. Poor weather when we arrived (microburst on field) finally got in and was please to get an overnight hangar space for $30.00. Car there and ready. A mental workout the next morning getting a clearance and departing, but its busy airspace.

This is a great FBO. They took care of our needs quite well. My only gripe is the bad concrete around the self-serve pump.
