Top notch! Stopped at Aero Center on the way South for fuel in a Beechjet. They had three guys on it and we turned it in 20 minutes. Stopped there on the way back too with the same prompt service. Nice facilities! We'll be back. Thanks

I had the occasion to fly a group to Laredo for a dedication last Thursday. The ladies at the front desk were outstanding and to top it off Doug Lacy made certain we got a crew car and gave us directions to a five star Mexican restaurant. THESE PEOPLE CARE! Thank you!

Have been into Laredo Aero Center many times over the past 5 years. Ms. Anna, Stuart, Art and the rest of the crew have always provided excellent service and friendly faces. Always the best help with rental cars, hotel rooms, catering, fuel needs, hangar, etc. Always a good experience at Laredo Aero.

I have always had great service at the Aero Center. Anna, Stuart, and the rest of the folks have always gone above and beyond to provide, excellent service! We landed there a 2am recently and the night guys were able to find us 2 rooms (not an easy thing to do in Laredo). We always get fast and friendly service at the main ramp or at customs. These are top notch people!!!

We have flown into LRD several times this past year and have always found the line guys and CSRs to be extremely helpful and overly friendly. I would highly recommend the Laredo Aero Center to anyone visiting LRD. As a side note, be sure to check out the MacArthur Grill when your belly is rumbling. They even will deliver to the FBO!

Please do not go to Laredo Aero Center it is terrible we were not told where to park no one to take the chocks of the wheels of the airplane, no refreshments except coffee. Nice airport if only the FBO would upgrade.

Very disappointed with this FBO. We have come in twice in the last week after trying the other operator on the field. Both times we have come in, there have been NO ramp guys to park us, help with luggage, or escort passengers inside with a cart. The secretary behind the counter, Alma I believe, is very argumentative. That lady alone is enough for us to not come back. On two occasions she has picked fights with my passengers and myself. As the face of a company, one should act a little more professional. Need an example? They overfilled my aircraft and were told that they can't do anything about de-fueling. I was also told if we wanted a refund on our fuel (we finally just dumped it into buckets), we would be charged a ramp fee for taking less than minimum. This is their customer service at best! We will NOT be coming back.

Flown in numerous times on different charter missions and every single time the line guys are quick, courteous and ready to meet your requests. Will be back again!

My wife and I came in for the weekend. The line people greeted us, helped us unload the plane, and called the hotel shuttle for us. They hangared the plane and had it ready when we arrived on Sunday for our departure. Admittedly they're a bit pricey but the service is excellent.

Arrived after calling both on telephone and Unicom prior to landing. No one on ramp to assist in parking. No tie downs/parking stripes. Awaited CSR to inquire regarding fueling needs, etc. No one showed. After 15 minutes we closed plane and entered office. No one asked if we needed any assistance. I asked if airplane could be chocked...The reply was "We're busy DC-4..When we're done.." I had to ask the counter rep if we could get fuel.. Only one computer for flight planning...This small flight planning room had no telephone to contact FSS...No posted high/low charts, etc. I had to ask the rep where the flight planning room was.. Not offered by him or well marked. The one computer was being used to surf the Internet by a PAX Older looking office and older, smaller men's bathroom with paper signs to direct to... We departed approx 2 hours later. No one thanked us, no one assisted with marshalling or engine start...My partner and I felt that our $968 fuel bill was just taken for granted.
