Los Banos used to be my favorite fuel stop. Jet A was always 30% less than the average FBO - Now that has changed! Although still cheaper than most it doesn't make sense to do an extra landing and engine start for only a few dollars savings on gas. Please go back to the former fuel pricing methodology! You're losing customers - I won't make an extra stop there anymore. Using your old methodology fuel there should be about 3.90 - You've jacked it up to 4.50 and it’s just not worth it anymore!

Pilot's lounge and restroom are easily accessible and clean. Fuel price was decent, considering the current trend in fuel prices. There is a shaded picnic area right next to the runway. Ryan's Place (good greasy burgers) is a 5-minute walk across the road, plus a McDonald's. A good hamburger destination.

The fuel island is easy to access. Pilots lounge is on the opposite side of the hangar from the fuel island -- Air conditioning inside and a clean restroom, but no computer (other than a display for the local AWOS). A few shade trees across the fence from transient tie downs, with a picnic table for snacks.
