Picked up a mom and her son for a compassion flight- two legs- to Philadelphia. Staff was prompt, enthusiastic and anxious to help. Angela was working the counter and created a little ditty bag for the youngster, which he appreciated. Nice, clean facility- new in the past year- and nice snacks in the snack room.

Great spot. I flew in for customs and some local business. Was cheerfully given a crew car. When I got back, after dark on this clear night, noticed some frost on the cold soaked wings. Flagged down the 24hr FBO line crew, and got quickly de-iced. Great experience. Customs stayed 30 minutes after quitting to clear me, kind of him. All good.

The staff was exceedingly friendly and courteous. They made us feel right at home. Very flexible on accommodations. We are keeping the plane with them on out next trip, for sure!

Stopped at AvFlight en route to AOPA Summit in Hartford. The FBO area is compact, but very modern and well equipped. They didn't recognize the $.05 AOPA fuel discount listed by AirNav, so they gave me an even better one! I'll stop here again...

Stopped at KMBS going to and from Mackinaw Island (from Maryland). AvFlight was a great place to sit down, take a break, get fuel, and check weather. Free drinks and fruit was a nice touch! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience with AvFlight Saginaw. Right in the middle of the Oshkosh rush they got me in & out, fuel discount & free hotdogs.

Used this airport for the first time due to weather. Brand new FBO terminal, very friendly, helpful staff, (getting hotel accommodations etc.) Avflight did a great job!

Stopped on a Sunday on our way back to Detroit area to clear customs. Detroit Metro, Lansing and MBS are the only airports with customs stationed on the field on weekends. Quick clearance by the customs officer was very easy. AvFlight was very helpful as well.

Our first trip to AvFlight everything was as expected great service good folks very helpful. They loaned us a crew car overnight because the hotel dropped the ball and would pick us up. On our second stay they got even better. Great folks Great service stop if you can!

Arrived for customs July 30th/09 at 5 pm. was guided in, customs and fueled promptly. Free hot dogs and a .25 discount for OSH goers. Fast, courteous and efficient service from all. Great stop going west, Thanks all.

Great friendly, prompt, professional service. Mentioned I was looking for coffee, they put on a fresh pot. They called for the hotel shuttle for us and when the hotel balked they put the crew car keys in my hand before I even knew what happened. No hassle no muss no fuss the line and desk crew just made it all happen seamlessly. Perfect customer service. Nice long runways, precision approaches.. I recommend this as a stop.
