So is it Odyssey or Landmark? This FBO does not show up on the Odyssey website but has a full spread on the Landmark website.

Odyssey made my very quick stop at KMDW a breeze. They happily took my passenger to a local hotel. Very easy and kind service. Thank you, Odyssey!

Flew in to MDW for a weekend music festival in a Bonanza. We picked Odyssey because of their low fees and great reviews, and we picked right! As other reviews say, they will drive you to and from the metro station, which is across the field. They have comfortable waiting and pilot rooms and a very friendly staff. The line guys there even went out of their way to help us change a busted beacon bulb. When we ended up getting weathered on our way home, they drove us to get some dinner and in general tried to keep our spirits up about being stuck. They got us a discounted rate at a nice, close hotel when we decided to stay the night. I am very grateful to the folks at Odyssey, and will DEFINITELY return there on the next trip to Chicago!!

Despite being VFR grounded by Chicago's typical summer weather, we had a wonderful experience with Odyssey's friendly staff. They were very helpful and accommodating by providing transportation to/from the metro station. I will definitely be coming back to Odyssey the next time I return to Chicago.

My wife, 4 year old son, and I took a trip to Chicago this past weekend and we had a great experience with Odyssey. This was our second trip to Midway and we parked at Odyssey both times. I don't see a reason to go anywhere else. We stopped in our 4 place Grumman and were treated like we got off of a Gulfstream. They gave us a ride to the train station, stored our son's booster seat, and brought it back to the train station when they came to pick us up in a Land Rover! They had time to do this despite having just sent off one of the Cub's pitchers and having a 757 Miller Light Party Plane parked there. Everyone was very helpful offering to carry bags and load them into the car. They genuinely wanted to help. The overnight fee was waived with our fuel purchase (12gallons) and there was a $7.50 landing fee for Midway. Great customer service.

Excellent experience at $10 and $25 with and without fuel per day. Got a ride to the Orange line. Heard the parking prices may be going up so may want to check.

AWESOME experience! I flew up yesterday (which was Memorial Day, I might add) with a buddy in my C172 for a day trip to have a little fun in downtown Chicago. First, let me just say the controllers at Midway are great and treated me just like one of the big boys. The line crew at Odyssey marshaled me in and gave us a ride to the orange line, no questions asked, and then picked us up from the train when we called them later in the day. The ramp fee was waived with a 10 gal purchase and there is a $7.50 landing fee which I think is very reasonable for being right in the middle of Chicago. The lady behind the desk was very friendly and the crew treated us just like we rolled in on a Citation X. Would definitely fly to Midway again in the future because of how easy it was to get Downtown and back for the day. And next time flying in to MDW, I will definitely choose Odyssey again!

We flew into MDW a week ago to bring a child to Chicago Children's Hospital for treatment. We had three people, a child, a wheelchair, and a service dog in our Cessna 414. (We are a non-profit, charitable organization that flies children and their families for medical care.) Winter weather delayed our departure and the staff, particularly the ramp staff, was very helpful. They stowed our airplane in a hangar, unasked, to avoid the sleet and ice. After they pulled it out, we decided to delay. They managed to get us into a heated hangar again for a couple of hours the next day to deice the airplane and helped us load the airplane in the hangar. They did their best to help us cope with a winter storm and get us on our way when the weather let up. You can't ask for more.

Flew into MDW for a meeting in downtown Chicago. Odyssey was fantastic. Dropped me off and picked me up from the Orange Line ($2.25 and about 25 minutes to the loop). It unexpectedly started to snow heavily, and the Odyssey guys took it upon themselves to move my Navajo into a hangar so it would be clean when I arrived. Great service. Will return.

Have been in twice since summer in a 182. Both times the staff has been super helpful both times. Have gotten rides to the orange line both times no questions asked. If you don't have to have fuel then I'd recommend just paying the ramp fees. It’s actually cheaper than paying for the minimum fuel purchase. Will definitely always be my FBO of choice whenever my career takes me through MDW.

Very hospitable and helpful for C210, $7.50 landing fee and $10 for second night parking (first night free with fuel). Airplane was fueled and ready in front of the door at appointed departure time. Sure, fuel (100LL) is expensive, but I paid about the same at a smaller Class C the week before and this is a major metro airport. Very happy with Odyssey.

Went to MDW from ABE last week in BE36 Bonanza. Staff was just great from line to desk. Landed on Sunday and departed Friday. Plane was happy, pocketbook was happy, and I was happy. Busy airport and nice to have the support of a first class FBO.

Stopped in to pick up a friend from the airline terminal. Service was prompt & efficient, and a crew car made driving around to the terminal a breeze. Special thanks to Alex, the lineman who took my call the day prior to make the arrangements--he met me at the plane and greeted me by name, which was a new experience for me! From start to finish, this was one of the best FBO experiences I've had. There's no beating the $7.50 landing fee that the city charges, but the FBO collects it so that part is easy. 10 gallons of fuel waives the ramp fees--since they add up quickly, it's a no-brainer to buy gas, even though it's pricey (cheapest on the field, though). I've used these guys when they were Million Air, and with service like this, I'll keep on using them.

I emailed the manager a few weeks ahead of time in order to get an idea regarding fees. I received a quick response and she indicated they would have no problems accommodating an Arrow. She was right! The line staff met us at the plane, loaded our luggage and gave us a ride to the Orange Line. From engine shut down to waiting for a train: 15 mins. Upon return I couldn't believe my receipt, $40 LESS than what I was quoted! They must have waived some fees with fuel. I will absolutely use Odyssey in the future.

I flew into MDW with three passengers to see a Cubs game. (Since Richard M. Daley closed down Meigs, this is the best option for getting to Wrigley, as the Orange Line-Red Line CTA train route from MDW is more convenient than any other I've found.) The staff at Odyssey treated my rented Comanche and us as if we had arrived in a jet. They took my order for 13 gallons of 100LL, and with no delay a driver took us to the Orange Line CTA terminal. A cell phone call from the train on the return from Wrigley had an Odyssey car and driver arriving to pick us up just as we exited the station. I highly recommend Odyssey for a courteous staff and excellent service.

Odyssey has always been the most economical of the three Midway FBOs for my Cessna 310. $70 ramp fee waived with 20 gallons of fuel. They ran us over to the train for a $2.25 ride downtown. Still mad at Daley for ripping up Meigs but this is the next best option if you have to go to Chicago.

We have been to Odyssey @ MDW several times in the last year and have always had excellent service. We filled out the online form a couple days ahead, got the confirmation the next morning and they had everything ready to go for our 3/26/2010 arrival to Chicago. They handed us the rental car keys on our way through the FBO. Engine shutdown to rental car rolling in less than 2 minutes.

Don't let yourself be put off by the small sign; this place is one of the most accommodating FBO's I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I flew into MDW on Jan 2nd with a buddy and my girlfriend in a Seminole. The service was friendly and cheerful, the facility clean and had everything we needed. The landing and overnight fee were waived with fuel and the line guy (I forgot the name of that specific line guy, but he was great!) made sure that we had a nice warm plane for our trip back home. Overall a great experience and if I ever come back to Midway, I know where I will be going again... Odyssey all the way!

I flew in yesterday in my 182. The line guy came out and parked us. They have a $60 ramp fee that is waived with 10 gallons of fuel. The 10 gallons of fuel was $66.25 with the taxes and things added in. I look at it like that 10 gallons only cost me $6.25 since I would be paying $60 regardless. The customer care lady called a taxi for my passenger. Overall a good experience.

Arrived in a CJ2 on their "bad" night. Waited a long time for ramp crew to provide parking directions. Fellow who finally appeared held his hands above his head and waived them unintelligibly while looking at other aircraft on the ramp. Reception inside was just as poor. Nonetheless, had fuel loaded and was given a quantity discount. On departure asked for an additional 75 gallons due to weather and was refused discount. Should have taxied to another FBO when no one showed up to park us initially.

Steve the general manager met me at the door and asked if there was anything I needed, even though I was just in a Piper Saratoga and he had Gulfstreams and Citations sitting on the ramp. I appreciate the same level of service for a little guy like me. Nice crew car too (Land Rover)

The staff was friendly and professional, and amenities were fine. One surprise was that the complimentary shuttle to the Orange line train is essentially on an "as available" basis. If the line guys are busy, you may have to wait a long time for a shuttle, or else pay for a taxi. Somewhat understandable, but the kicker is that they seem understaffed, so the line guys are "busy" even when there's only 1 other plane being serviced, or if they're waiting for an arrival they see on flightaware. In other words, I wouldn't count on the shuttle to the train station. I would use this FBO again if I was renting a car or using a taxi. But for taking the train into the city, I'll probably try another FBO next time.

Flew into MDW in a C182 for a Cubs game. The service at Odyssey was wonderful with a great line crew and convenient location off 13R/31L for easy access. They offer courtesy drop-off and pick-up for the "El" Orange-line and decent fuel prices. I would definitely use them again.

For jet drivers, Odyssey will discount jet fuel considerably when purchasing more than 200 gallons. Make sure you ask. Coupled with being able to park literally at the door, Odyssey is the most convenient and cheapest FBO. Especially so for those that don't like Atlantic or Signature!!

For a quick turn in a single-engine, they have a $30 handling fee that is waived with 10 gal min purchase. Add the city $7.50 landing fee. With the lowest fuel prices, this ends up being the least expensive option at MDW if you can buy the fuel.
