This is what an FBO was meant to be. I had to fly in for Combine parts. The local John Deere dealership was kind enough to deliver it to MIW. Upon arrival I was informed I needed more parts in a different part of Iowa. The guys fueled me and found a car after hours in OTM for my next adventure. Many thanks and top notch service. Oh by the way do not miss a hand off on flight following FAA will scold you.

On the way to kosh had a throttle part break in flight, Joyce at the counter gave us a crew car and her personal GPS for the drive to get the part! Brian stopped what he was doing to figure out what was broken, different part than what we went for, tracked down a phone number from the plane (we forgot to leave one) to call us and let us know that he had the part and would have the plane done by the time we returned. This was the sixth year we stopped on the way to kosh, super FBO, super people! Thanks again

Excellent service. Broke down with starter problem. Joyce at the counter could not do enough to get me a hotel room, rental car, directions. Brian stopped what he was doing, arranged for a starter to be at airport at 0800 the next day. He had me off the ground by noon. Absolutely excellent service.
