Probably the best line service I've ever seen! They were on the spot, very friendly and excellent help with things line crews don't usually do. The FBO is also brand new, huge, clean, and has an amazing fitness room! Excellent pilot lounge too. I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks guys!

What a gem. All the personnel are extremely friendly and very accommodating. I wish all FBO's were like this. The terminal from the outside looks like a warehouse building BUT once you get inside it is sumptuous.

Flew into Hangar 10 for the first time on 11/3/11. The FBO is every bit as nice as it appears in the pictures and the people and service were great. If you're flying into MKC and don't need Avgas, this is the place you should consider.

In today with our N21GF, a C421, and had great service from all. Fuel was an issue, as they do not have 100LL at Hangar 10. Unusual. And the self-serve pump nearby was inop. Signature brought over the fuel and all was well. Great front desk staff, who really helped with rent car, etc. Thanks folks. You are the best.

Although they don't sell 100LL they have sort of adopted the city ramp next to their ramp. Lineman marshaled me into a spot on the city ramp and chocked my plane. They allowed me to use their facilities for no extra charge. The customer service representative had also booked a hotel room for me downtown (they have a special rate with the Aladdin Holiday Inn that includes breakfast) before I arrived. Just a warning that their wifi apparently doesn't allow VPN connections.

Our first time into Hangar 10 at MKC. Our Turbo Commander N900NE having a 'best of' experience. Rental car pulled planeside for pax. Really nice lobby area for pax and another 'best of' for crew. Best I have seen anywhere. Lots of electric plug-ins, etc. Hangar 10 should be the standard of comparison for all. Thanks folks. Really well done here.

This is fantastic FBO. I arrived with 3 passengers - rental car was ready and at the plane, help with bags, desk staff was friendly and very helpful, wonderful facility. And I used avgas, which they don't sell so they provided excellent service and the rest for free! I highly recommend Hangar10.

Arrived in a very small experimental and the linemen parked me on the city's parking (which is next to theirs) and then offered to carry my bags! The warm service continued inside with the front desk staff. Needed a jump, they provided that all the while refusing to charge me anything. Forget hamburgers fly in just for the service.

If you are going to the Kansas City area, don't make a mistake of stopping somewhere else. This is by far the best FBO in the area and certainly one of the best in the country. FANTASTIC support and service all around. Not only did they locate the best hotel and arrange a rental car but also they printed maps to our destinations, arranged for a late check out and more. Since they only sell JetA... We couldn't buy fuel from them. However, the city fuel ramp is adjacent to theirs and they don't mind one bit that you have to buy fuel from somewhere else. The city fuel pump had one of the most reasonable fuel prices I've seen in months. On top of everything else, they didn't even charge a ramp fee despite not buying much more than a day's rental car from them. TOP NOTCH FBO... Stop here, you won't be disappointed!

I feel like an echo. While I'm not looking for "rock star" service -- I just want to get in and out efficiently: tonight I felt like a long-awaited guest. The FBO made my hotel plans, had a cab waiting for me (they watched my pending arrival on FlightAware), helped me park, etc. Compared to other providers on the field that acted like I was a bother for waking them up -- Hangar 10 was a welcome refreshment. I will come back to Hanger 10 every single time from now on.

I flew into MKC to have lunch at Stroud's. Although I have a Cessna 182 and they do not sell 100LL fuel, they provided awesome service, let me use the crew car, and even pre-programmed the GPS to the restaurant for me. Very nice FBO and the linemen were very professional and courteous. I recommend H-10 for your next stop. Even though I did not need fuel, I felt bad that I could not buy something from them after all they did for us. We will be back!

This is the 5th or 6th visit to H10. They are now in their new facilities, and the staff & service is top notch. NO FEES!!!! The piston guy is treated as equal to the turbine operator. 100LL is not available via full service, but there are self-serve pumps close by. As others have stated, H10's service from start to finish should set the bar for the other big FBO's. We'll be back.

Treat yourself: fly into Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City and go to Hangar 10. From my first phone inquiry to Tida to the moment we left we were treated like royalty. Our rental car was next to the lineman with the trunk open when we pulled up to the ramp. I asked if there was any place in town to purchase an OxyMeter as ours had quit working. Patrick said to go on to our hotel and he would make some calls. Within minutes, he had found a source but it was some distance away. He said he was going out that way and would get the meter for us. When we arrived the next morning he had the new meter at the desk! Amazing service! Friendliest FBO you will ever find.

Top Notch Service! We arrived several weekends ago for a wedding. My wife and I are both private pilots and arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted with three smiling faces from Hangar 10. Let me tell you they had nothing to gain from general aviation pilots like ourselves other than overnight parking. All three folk catered our every need and even made sure that we got shuttled into the Hyatt for our great weekend stay. Arriving back on Sunday afternoon they kindly helped us with our luggage and directed us to the brand new self service pumps just down the taxiway for just $3.90 per gallon. I'm sure that most of their catering is towards jet traffic but we were treated better than any FBO has ever treated us in the country. I'm sure that they have just moved into their new building. When we were there it was just weeks away from opening. Give them a shot - you won't be disappointed. (This was our second visit)

Hanger 10 has some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They always make my 73 yr. old Father feel welcome and keep him comfortable. We receive the same treatment I see them providing to the jet types. What makes this so amazing is that I fly in/out in a piston twin (no fuel purchase). I have flown in on business before and the rental car was brought to the airplane. First class FBO in all respects. I can't wait to see the new facility open!!!

I called Hanger 10 several days prior to trip to MKC inquired about 100LL availability. I was told they did not have 100LL available but a key pump was loacated near their ramp. I inquired about available hangar space in case storms developed as forcasted, was told that they had no hangers yet, and they would charge $40.00 per day for parking on their ramp. They also had no tie downs, but assured they would chock the wheels???????

We were enroute from Dulles to Aspen and stopped there for fuel. We let them know it was a quick turn and they did an excellent job. They were fast, friendly and the fuel prices were very affordable. This is an excellent FBO! I would recommend this FBO to anyone.

Hanger Ten is great! We came up for a day trip last weekend and went to the Nelson-Atkins Museum. We came out and saw cumulonimbus mammatus across the KC sky. When we called to ask them to put our plane in a hangar, they had already done so! We used their facility, their computer weather, the restrooms, bought no gas, and they still treated our 182 like a Hawker. Hanger 10 is a class act!!

The company is new, the staff is very experienced and knows how to run a service business. They called us twice on the road to fix a rental car problem before our arrival, had the car at planeside upon landing. The next morning they had a GPU standing by and the fuel truck ready to go for our Citation V. Don't be put off by the temporary building, it's beautiful inside and their new facility has the steelwork up for an August occupancy. The entire staff of line people and counter staff radiates enthusiasm to render an exceptional customer service experience. It was a pleasure to take on extra fuel to say thanks for the service.

Many Thanks to Hangar 10. February 23, 2010 one of our rental aircraft would not start due the cold. Susan fixed our renter up with a hangar. No Charge! Then Glenn Gibson of Skyline Aviation gave the battery a charge and pre-heated the aircraft. No Charge! This is awesome service, and being in the FBO business ourselves, we know what they went through to help out a fellow FBO and renter. Thanks to all involved on that cold day. We will be sending all our flights to Hangar 10!! Many kudos!!

We stopped at Hanger 10 in our C-210 for an overnight on Feb 27. The service was outstanding. Mark and Ben treated us like famous folks. They gave us a ride ( 5 minutes) downtown to the Marriott and picked us up the next day. They plugged in our aircraft preheater the next morning and there was no charge for anything. They don't even sell avgas, there is a self-service pump near by. Their new facility should be in service in August. What a great stop!

Stunning service at Hangar 10! A new bright star is being born at MKC. At this writing they are in a very well done temporary facility, but who cares? With professional service from the likes of people like Tida, Susan and Eric, who really cares about the building? They took excellent care of our passenger and our Conquest. Hangar 10 however in its new permanent building will be an impressive welcome mat and a great first impression to people visiting Kansas City. Highly recommended!

The people at Hangar 10 are probably the most customer oriented people I've ever met. They pulled the rental car out to the plane for my passenger, were prompt and attentive to my needs and made me feel right at home. If all CSR's were like Susan it would make a pilot's job a lot easier. Their temporary facilities are neat, comfortable and clean and based on the artist's renditions the new facilities will be awesome! What a great team there! We flew into MKC yesterday in a Cirrus and were treated like VIP guests, actually better yet, like old friends. We could not buy any fuel from them, since their 100LL pump is not yet open. Nevertheless, they helped us with finding a nice hotel and gave us ride to the hotel. They even picked us up on the next morning! They are just building up their business, but with such friendly service and such great people we wish these folks that their operation will grow fast - and I think it will. We flew into MKC on August 25 in a 182 and we were treated like we flew in on a Gulfstream. The staff were all very helpful even though we could not purchase fuel from them (they do not have 100LL). There will soon be a city self-service fuel pump near them. We were given a ride to our downtown hotel. They did not have any tiedowns on their ramp but did find a spot on another area of the ramp to tie my aircraft down, using my ropes. I would strongly recommend you use Hanger 10 on your next visit to MKC!

Competition is fierce in the FBO business and Hangar 10, in my opinion, has set the standard for excellence in all aspects of their operation. The current temporary facilities will give way to a world-class flight center, which will be completed soon. As an airline pilot and former military pilot, I can attest that the attitude and professionalism of the staff is the best that I have witnessed; especially in my GA flying experiences. Even though they cater mostly to corporate aviation, Hangar 10 made arrangements for a T-hangar for my RV-8, lodging, and transportation for me and my brother while we attended the MKC Airshow this past weekend. A special thanks to Eric, Susan, and Ben for contributing to the success of our airshow experience. I highly recommend that if MKC is on your itinerary, contact Hangar 10..... They have set the bar for service and professionalism.

They should take the H off hangar ten and use it on a scale of one to ten for customer service, this FBO is a 10 in all aspects of service, staff, pricing. Can't wait to see their facility when done. Last Friday I called and spoke with Tida about using a courtesy car on Sunday to attend a KC Royals game and the St. Louis Cardinals with my two children on Fathers Day. I was met with Red Carpet treatment from start to finish even with all three of us in our Cardinal shirts. The temporary offices are new and beautiful with everything you could ever need. You can't go wrong with Hangar 10 and their top-notch people. Yes, it was an exciting game 12 - 5 Cards.

Arrived at Hangar 10 on June 5 and departed June 8 in a PC12. Possibly the best service I have experienced. Rental car was waiting near our parking spot. They helped with our luggage and even put the cowl plugs, pitot covers, etc. on the airplane. They even picked me up at MCI when I flew in on Southwest Airlines for our June 8 departure. They are still under construction but are well worth using. Highly recommend Hangar 10 when at Kansas City Downtown.

Folks I can't tell you how great it was to fly into H10. Even when they have a temporary FBO and their main facility is under construction they gave a red carpet treatment second to none. In June the airport is supposed to have a self-serve 100LL pump so that won't be an issue. I had to fly there for business and was appalled at Executive Beech's prices. I just happened to catch H10 on AirNav the week they opened. They took care of moving my rental car from EB to H10 and were ready when I got there. Susan is the most pleasant and helpful person you could possibly talk to. Everyone was. If I go to KC again H10 is the ONLY place to fly into..I guarantee it or your money back.
