The people at Hangar 10 are probably the most customer oriented people I've ever met. They pulled the rental car out to the plane for my passenger, were prompt and attentive to my needs and made me feel right at home. If all CSR's were like Susan it would make a pilot's job a lot easier. Their temporary facilities are neat, comfortable and clean and based on the artist's renditions the new facilities will be awesome! Keep up the good work, staff of Hangar 10, and thanks for the great lunch of barbeque!

What a great team there! We flew into MKC yesterday in a Cirrus and were treated like VIP guests, actually better yet, like old friends. We could not buy any fuel from them, since their 100LL pump is not yet open. Nevertheless, they helped us with finding a nice hotel and gave us ride to the hotel. They even picked us up on the next morning! They are just building up their business, but with such friendly service and such great people we wish these folks that their operation will grow fast - and I think it will. Many thanks to Susan, Eric and Jeff!

It's great to finally have some competition at MKC and these folks at H10 are just the kind of competition we pilots were hoping for. Flew into MKC two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with H10. Friendly, attentive staff, new equipment, and fair prices (for a change) make these guys a much better choice.

We flew into MKC on August 25 in a 182 and we were treated like we flew in on a Gulfstream. The staff were all very helpful even though we could not purchase fuel from them (they do not have 100LL). There will soon be a city self-service fuel pump near them. We were given a ride to our downtown hotel. They did not have any tiedowns on their ramp but did find a spot on another area of the ramp to tie my aircraft down, using my ropes. I would strongly recommend you use Hanger 10 on your next visit to MKC!

Coming to Hanger 10 has been a great change for us. They don't charge ramp fees, they have the best fuel prices on the field, and they do great quick turns, and have a great team of employees that provide great customer service. Great job everyone!!! I highly recommend this FBO.

Competition is fierce in the FBO business and Hangar 10, in my opinion, has set the standard for excellence in all aspects of their operation. The current temporary facilities will give way to a world-class flight center, which will be completed soon. As an airline pilot and former military pilot, I can attest that the attitude and professionalism of the staff is the best that I have witnessed; especially in my GA flying experiences. Even though they cater mostly to corporate aviation, Hangar 10 made arrangements for a T-hangar for my RV-8, lodging, and transportation for me and my brother while we attended the MKC Airshow this past weekend. A special thanks to Eric, Susan, and Ben for contributing to the success of our airshow experience. I highly recommend that if MKC is on your itinerary, contact Hangar 10..... They have set the bar for service and professionalism.

This company should teach FBO'S how customer service is really done. They should take the H off hangar ten and use it on a scale of one to ten for customer service, this FBO is a 10 in all aspects of service, staff, pricing. Can't wait to see their facility when done. I'm sure it will be first class like the people that work there. I will always recommend this FBO With out hesitation, G2 out of FL

We flew a 172 in and was treated like we were in a Lear. They had the rental car on the ramp waiting for us, loaded are luggage and we were off. Exceptional service. We will definitely return. Big or small they want your business. Thank you.

Last Friday I called and spoke with Tida about using a courtesy car on Sunday to attend a KC Royals game and the St. Louis Cardinals with my two children on Fathers Day. I was met with Red Carpet treatment from start to finish even with all three of us in our Cardinal shirts. The temporary offices are new and beautiful with everything you could ever need. You can't go wrong with Hangar 10 and their top-notch people. Yes, it was an exciting game 12 - 5 Cards.

Arrived at Hangar 10 on June 5 and departed June 8 in a PC12. Possibly the best service I have experienced. Rental car was waiting near our parking spot. They helped with our luggage and even put the cowl plugs, pitot covers, etc. on the airplane. They even picked me up at MCI when I flew in on Southwest Airlines for our June 8 departure. They are still under construction but are well worth using. Highly recommend Hangar 10 when at Kansas City Downtown.

Folks I can't tell you how great it was to fly into H10. Even when they have a temporary FBO and their main facility is under construction they gave a red carpet treatment second to none. In June the airport is supposed to have a self-serve 100LL pump so that won't be an issue. I had to fly there for business and was appalled at Executive Beech's prices. I just happened to catch H10 on AirNav the week they opened. They took care of moving my rental car from EB to H10 and were ready when I got there. Susan is the most pleasant and helpful person you could possibly talk to. Everyone was. If I go to KC again H10 is the ONLY place to fly into..I guarantee it or your money back.
