Flew in yesterday for a couple of hours, nice people, courtesy car is worth paying a little more for fuel.

Well run FOB. Fuel is a little pricy, but they have a nice crew car (2010 Honda Civic), and quiet pilot lounge. Will return. Thanks!

We stop into KMLB 3 or 4 times a year. Atlantic has always handled us in a courteous and professional manner. We have Carol arrange our rental cars and hotel reservations and there has yet to be a mistake on arrangements (I recommend the Courtyard). They always give us a generous fuel discount. Kim the GM also pays particular attention to the needs of the customer. A very well run FBO.

I sent a note to Kim and the KMLB staff: Kim, I wanted to send you a short note to thank you for your help this week. Checking in on Tuesday through my Hertz Car problem yesterday when I left, the Atlantic Jet Center staff, and you in particular, were terrific. Exactly why many pilots choose Atlantic Jet Center when given the opportunity. Again, many thanks Kim for representing yourself and Atlantic so very well.

We dropped into Atlantic Jet last night in our Citation III to pick up one passenger. The line personal were extremely rude and made multiple comments to both crew members and our passenger we were picking up about the fact that we were there after hours and did not call ahead to notify them. The FBO was dark and all lights were off except for the ones behind the desk. Our passenger had been there waiting in the dark for about 10 minutes. They commented to me about the rudeness of the line personal. The lineman even made a final rude comment about calling ahead when asked to pull the chocks from the aircraft so we could depart. We are a charter aircraft and are in and out of FBO's all the time and I have rarely been treated this way and have never had my passengers treated the way they were at Atlantic Jet. This was my first and last visit to Atlantic Jet. It was obvious they didn't want us there save yourself the trouble and visit the other FBO on the field.

Flew into Atlantic for a short stop with a few passengers. Asked to use the crew car for my passengers. I was told there was a 45-minute time limit on the use, with an attitude. I won't go into the full story, but in my entire aviation career, I have never been treated so rudely, or talked down to that way before. I work for a charter company, and have been to many, many FBO's, and they are like night and day compared to MLB. Go to F.I.T., at least they have cheaper fuel, and will treat you with respect.

Stop here whenever we are in Melbourne. Their fuel prices are a bit high, but they obviously have high overhead and still gave us a very generous discount, despite being only a prop airplane. Their service and friendliness can't be topped.

I flew into Atlantic Jet Center last week. I found their staff to be very friendly and professional. Randy (the lineman) introduced me to a local A&P mechanic who fixed an annoying trim problem I was having. This was on Saturday and no maintenance facilities on the field were open. I used their courtesy car while my plane was being worked on and Carol had arranged for a hotel in case my airplane took longer to repair than expected. Kudos to all and thanks for the help!
