Used FTC today on the while picking up another pilot and continue to KGED (Georgetown, DE) to do an Angel Flight. Even though we were not "technically" on the Angel Flight FTC was fantastic. Worked with us on fees and helped out with fuel also. Line staff was right there as I pulled on the ramp and very competent. Inside FTC the staff helpful and most accommodating. With two stops there, returning the pilot, it's a real pleasure to use FTC.

FBO great, line guys personable and helpful. Ride into NYC cost $212 with the FBO's recommended carrier. Ride back a little cheaper at $155. Bottom line is that it may be worth paying more for fuel at KTEB and paying way less for the ride into town.

Outstanding FBO! Diverted to KMMU when KTEB was experiencing long delays. Service was exceptional in every respect. Since we had planned to go to Teterboro, we had no rental car reservation. The GO agent was on site and quickly had us on our way! Thanks to all at Morristown!
From Harvey Greenberg on 27-Apr-2016

Having been to KTEB a number of times, I tried KMMU and FTC at the recommendation of a pilot friend and because it was just as close as KETB to my destination. The good: I received an almost instant email response from Ben after I made a reservation on the FTC web site, and FTC hooked me up with Michelle at GoRental for a car. Less than good: upon landing, FTC seemed not to be aware of my flight (I wound up parking myself), and the GoRental people were equally surprised since their terminal was down. Things got sorted out reasonably quickly, but no one should have been caught unaware. My friend also warned me about long holds for IFR releases, and this turned out to be true as well. Ground asks for a 5 minute heads-up as you approach run-up (which I gave them), but it took 15-20 minutes for release on a CAVU day. I've not yet been delayed out of KTEB. I will certainly consider KMMU and FTC in future and hope we all have a better day.
