Excellent stop. I landed at MQS as a precaution because of aircraft performance deficiencies enroute between BWI and DXR. The FBO service was first rate and I could not have asked for better treatment. I had my aircraft serviced the next day by Greg from Sanderson Aircraft who did a lot of work for a fair price and for that I am very grateful! The shop was knowledgeable and offered great advice for the transient pilot. Plane flew home like new. Thanks again to everyone at MQS!

Arrived at this friendly airport on a VFR Sunday about 1200 local. There was a line at the restaurant, which speaks to their popularity. We were rushed so we had the (free) popcorn plus a bowl of delicious clam chowder. We'll return during the week when it's not quite so busy so we can enjoy a lengthy lunch. Must say that the service was great, however. We did note that the Reuben sandwich plate that the neighboring table had was big enough for a family of four!

We're based at KMQS, and always enjoy the great service and friendly attitudes there. The on-field restaurant, The Flying Machine, is a perfect airport dining experience.

We base our aircraft at MQS. The line crew and staff are as good as they get. They go above and beyond to help. It is a pleasure to fly out of MQS.

Jet A prices are high compared to other nearby airports. Requested for a GPU start, was told it would cost extra even after 50 gal fuel purchase. Will go to KLNS or KILG next time.
