Rick and the staff at Middle Keys aircraft are great. They are a certified Cirrus Service Center taking care of half million dollar plus aircraft daily. It was an unexpected surprise to be treated the same as a cirrus owner, when I am just a Cherokee driver. Thank you guys!

I visited Rick today to have a minor maintenance problem solved. Even though there were two other planes in the shop, he got mine in and finished in less than two hours, and really solved my problem. Included in that time was a complete explanation of my situation, as well as some other helpful tips regarding corrosion. I am happy with the work, and to have renewed the friendship with Rick and his wonderful wife Brenda.

We are a Part 135 On-Demand Carrier. I have been using Rick for about 4 years now and he is officially our Director of Maintenance. The quality of his work, dependability and excellent attitude are always top shelf and more importantly he is highly regarded by our FAA inspectors. There is never a question that work is performed properly and up to the most stringent FAA Standards. This not only makes my life easier, but the safety and confidence of our valued clients is never even remotely compromised. Thanks Rick and Darren for all of your hard work and your great attitudes. It is always a pleasure..!!

Was in Marathon for a few days. On my way there, I realized my local shop forgot to place my XM antenna back on the glare shield after the annual so I wasn't receiving good weather updates. When I landed I asked Rick to take a look at it. He called me the next morning and said it was fixed. He was extremely friendly, personable, and customer oriented. On the day I was leaving right before takeoff I realized the aircraft left main wheel wouldn't move - flat tire. I called Rick up and he came out, took the wheel pant off, moved the airplane off the taxiway and said he would look at it right away. He said he didn't have that tire in stock, but could have one the next day. (It was 2 in the afternoon at this time.) About an hour later, he mentioned that the tire was fine, it just seemed to be the tube, and he had one of those in stock. He replaced it and I was on my way. I was of course hoping I would be "stuck" for another day in the Keys. But alas, his service was too fast.

We got stuck in Marathon last weekend in a Cirrus SR-22. We had a spark plug problem on a Sunday. I called Middle Keys Aircraft Service (on a Sunday) and they came right out and repaired the Cirrus. We were on our way in about an hour. The service was excelent. The A/P was neat, clean and precise. I would highly recommend Middle Keys.
