Upon landing our helo, Mike M greeted us with our rental car before our rotors had even stopped. Additionally, getting us our gas immediately after so we could get to our destination much faster than anticipated. Service was excellent.

Excellent experience with Crown last week. Line was super friendly and helpful (thanks Mike!), inside desk team also terrific. The FBO had coffee, sodas, snacks and a weather station (with printer!). Also location is super convenient on the ramp. I'd recommend and definitely plan to be back!

I fly to San Diego for Reserve Weekends. I use Crownair for my rental car and fuel. Most line guys are veterans also so they know the "DRILL" and are always eager to help me out. Even when I leave uniform items in the rental car. Regards, Master Chief.

Despite multiple phone calls the day before and morning of; to make and confirm a simple car rental reservation, there was no car when we arrived and an empty, unmanned shack. About 20-30 minutes later, we had a car, but only after being told by one line guy that I lied about calling, and being told by another that as a pilot I should know this stuff happens. I know GA is tough now, but you have to be able to handle a rental car reservation. The fact that the shack is old, worn out and dirty doesn't even bother me much. I just want my car and gas. Simple. I don't care if you didn't bake cookies or pop corn. I fly 400 hours annually and use all sorts of FBO's every week, from government to high-end chains, to small independents. This is the worst one in my 2400 hours

Big thanks for Crownair and their General Manager for responding to my comment on AirNav. Looks like the satellite package is back, and will be for the upcoming football season. Thanks again, it means alot to us guys that have to wait around at the airport for 7-8 hours on the weekends.

I fly into Montgomery Field every weekend and Crown Air provides excellent service. All of the guys are a great help and go above and beyond to make my employer happy. I have a problem with not having any satellite TV anymore. On average, I will spend 7-8 hours a day at the FBO and there are no sport channel options. They used to have a complete package and it has been replaced with 5 local stations, this is a big disappointment, especially with football season coming up. I hope they change their attitude, I would hate to have to go to the other FBO.

I didn't get to utilize the facilities of Crownair when I visited them more than a week ago. It was past 9pm so I had to go self-service at the fuel station beside Crownair. Mike, from Crownair was working overtime at the time. He assisted me at the fueling station and gave my friend and me a lift to a nearby fast-food restaurant to get some dinner. Without his help, I would have had a long cross country back home with an empty stomach! :) Appreciate it!

I fly my boss in every weekend and we always come to Crown. These guys provide the best service on the field and always accommodate any request I have. Our cars are always waiting for us and I usually have no less than 2 linemen helping me unload the plane and get my passengers on their way. Rob, Greg, Erik, the Mikes and the rest of the crew are always professional and go out of their way to make my job easier. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Landed and could not raise anyone on the radio. After 2 phone calls and 20 mins someone finally showed up. Same story on departure. Had to go looking for the airplane and never did find anyone.

I called in, and asked if they'd have a rental car available. They didn't even have my name. I showed up late, after closing, and had no hope. They waited...And I'm grateful!

Crownair has been a major part of our aviation lives since 1987. Over those years one of the things we have always said is that Crownair is the one part of our life that always works. Our airplane is always ready for every trip. We have never been inconvenience or delayed for a trip. Now if we could get the rest of our lives to work this well.

Flew my Mooney in the middle of the day. While idling outside the shack, had to use my cell phone to call and ask where to park. Not a big deal for me. The ramp is spacious, right next to the terminal. I stayed for half a day, and there were no fees. I'm not sure if there are overnight fees. Would go again.

This place is good, decent priced SS fuel for 100LL and takes care of the O2 with no problem. It is a good stop in San Diego area

Crownair has always shown me the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail that an owner/pilot would hope for in an FBO and maintenance center. Their line staff is courteous and prompt, their management is dedicated and communicative, and their mechanics have never let me down. I am grateful that I can keep my plane on a field with an organization such as Crownair - it makes me feel safe and secure knowing they are there to support my Cirrus.
