Electric power was out when we stopped for gas so the self-serve pump was out of order. Without our having to ask, the manager offered fuel from the truck at self serve prices. It's a great place and I'll be back.

Flew in, as a refueling stop on our way to Oregon and the experience was perfect. Curt was ready for us on the line and promptly topped us off and cleaned the canopy. Kim (the manager) took excellent care of us in the lobby and was able to depart their company in excellent time. A beautiful airport with a first class FBO!

Very helpful staff, arranged for an after-hours rental car on very short notice with minimum hassle. Self-service 100LL price didn't seem out of line to me, especially considering the price of car gas in town (easily 30 cents higher than in "the big city"). 8 miles to Brundage ski area, where the snow is deep and the lines are short, what more could you want?

I have been so impressed with the McCall Aviation team during my visit this week. Jim Henley's FBO is one of the best! We reserved a rental car and on our arrival, realized we needed it several days longer than planned. Kim cheerfully shuffled the car scheduling around so we could keep the car all week. We were in town for a reunion and I was out at the airport every morning, giving rides to my family. After the first day, we were greeted by name, everyone we came in contact with was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. The ladies upstairs in charter/dispatch helped us out with an extra headset. On our last day there we had a mechanical problem and despite being exceptionally busy with their charter operations airplanes, Roger managed to squeeze us in and repair our airplane by the next day. Thank you, McCall Aviation, for outstanding service.

Superb facility and personnel. FBO Manager Jim Henley and his team consistently go the extra mile to assure each customer's satisfaction. The personal service and hustle (sorely lacking at many "city" FBO's) is the norm for McCall Aviation. Fair prices and great service!

Prices higher than major airport FBO's. I flew a Prop-Jet Bonanza into McCall on 8/20/06 and departed on 8/23/06. I had called a few days earlier to arrange for Jet-A, hangar space and rental car. I was told they could arrange the fuel and hangar but rental cars were sold out for the summer season. The morning of my departure I called to remind them the aircraft needed to be removed from the hangar. My departure was delayed almost an hour because the line staff was too busy and then I was shocked when the bill reflected $4.89/gal for Jet-A and $100 per night hangar fee. I'll probably drive from Boise next time.

First time in McCall last Thursday, (7/27/06), and was greeted by friendly, smiling faces throughout the facility. Jim Henley was kind enough to drive us to the Pancake House where we had a great lunch. It's only about a block away from the FBO and easily in walking distance, as is downtown, (less than a mile) for the adventurous types, and the beautiful mountain lake. I can see why everyone is so upbeat. It's a great destination or stop over point.

We fueled up several times last week during a stint of backcountry flying. The self-serve fuel facility is handy and very busy. The operator (McCall Aviation) treated us as if we were flying a big jet. Could not have been nicer. Great people from the boss to the line service personnel. The city charges five bucks a night for parking. They place a small envelope on the tie downs and ask that you place the money in the envelope and into a box on the side of a building. It is a good airport and well maintained.

As always, great service and good stop for supplies. Most everything is a 5-minute walk from the FBO.

Great Service. McCall Aviation changed my turbo-charges on my Trinidad, TB-21. Fast service, clean and efficient. Clean facilities and the personnel are a delight to work with. THANK YOU guys.
