the Alaska Airmen's
Show . This event ran the whole
weekend of May 3rd & 4th.
April 17th, 2008 - Lori was a
speaker for the CAA - Columbia Aviation Association.
This was a SPANS Event, which qualified as a WINGS - Pilot
Proficiency Program.
April 19th, 2008 - Lori spoke at the CFI Refresher Course in Nampa, ID which
was
presented by Frank Lester of the Idaho Division of
Aeronautics.
Lori traveled to
Costa Rica on December 8th, 2007 to give an Aviation Safety
Presentation to the LightHawk group.
LightHawk's mission has been to address a broad range of
issues, strengthening their partners’ efforts by offering
the aerial perspective on the issues they consider critical
and enabling them to gather data and documentation for their
campaigns. They have been providers to their partner
organizations, the media, decision-makers, community members
and researchers since 1979, making them the largest and
oldest volunteer-based environmental aviation organization
in North America. They have completed thousands of flight
missions involving more than 700 flights each year for
hundreds of partners throughout ten countries in North and
Central America.
