Full service at SS price brought me to their door...The great experience will bring us back. They arranged a cab ride ($45 for party of 5 to French Qtr area) and cab was there in a matter of minutes. Cab driver, Mr. Henry Adams (driving since 1952!), recommended Acme Seafood for dinner. It was great and he is quite the ambassador for New Orleans. Had to race against the weather the next afternoon but they had us topped off with only 20 minutes prior notice. Mr. Adams was waiting for us at front of hotel with 15 minutes notice. Nice FBO, nice people and a great stop.

This is the only FBO to consider on KNEW. I've parked overnight here several times and am treated like family. I stopped in this weekend for fuel only. It was my first time to KNEW but won't be the last. It is just far more convenient for friends and family to pick me up. The price can't be beat, the staff was great, and although I didn't have time to pick one up, I was assured an excellent poboy shop was just minutes from the field.

We had a very pleasant experience with Aero Premier as we do every time we go into New Orleans. This FBO is friendly, courteous and considerate. The fuel price was the reason I first tried them. I've not ever been disappointed since choosing them. They also have had courtesy cars available which can save me tons in taxi fees. Though they can be busy at times, I will still use them. I felt important in my little piston.

Flew in the 2nd weekend preceding Mardi Gras in my 2 seat Lancair. I received the excellent service that others mention. I was even greeted with a couple of cold bud lights upon arrival. This is what private aviation is all about. The only negative was a few fees I was charged... Tie down $10/night, ramp fee $15, and landing fee $6. I expected a tie down fee, but do not recall ramp and landing fees here in the past.

The young and enthusiastic team at AeroPremier could not be more helpful and accommodating. This FBO is located furthest on the field from 36L/18R, but definitely worth the extra one-minute taxi time. Great service for our single piston. Friendly folks, inexpensive gas, prompt parking. Particularly appreciated them knowing a local taxi to get us into the Quarter at a fair price. Worst FBO experience of my life. In town for sugar bowl 1/3 to 1/5. Paid for hangar but when plane pulled out it was covered in water and had standing water in the copilot seat. Office manager Wendy agreed it likely had been left out in storms. Battery depleted and jump start performed with tug and then GPU. Digital engine monitor got fried and it was then that I found out GPU set on 1000 amps, same setting they use for jets. Also found out tug had 12 volt battery even though my plane has 28 volt system. Operations manager, Rolando, states they use tug all the time, and never change current settings on GPU. Checked with my home field mechanic and avionics expert who both said this was improper and unsafe technique. Spoke with Keith O'Leary, president AeroPremier, who was totally unapologetic for the water in my plane or for his improperly trained personnel. He suggested I might need to perform some maintenance on my plane since the battery was dead. Really?Response from Rolando Gonzalez, Operations Manager, AeroPremier Jet Center We did everything possible to assist Dr. Johnson with his stressful departure. He requested his plane to be pulled when it was raining and had a dead battery. We provided an assisted start. He then had to shut down when he didn't have the required ATC slot. A bit later his battery was dead again and we provided a 2nd assisted start. With a burning smell coming from his plane after continuously cranking his starter for 5 minutes, he canceled his flight.
After receiving his call we conducted an investigation. The 4 A&Ps we consulted confirmed that our NATA Safety 1st trained line techs could not have caused Dr. Johnson's mechanical problems.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We had several discussions with Dr. Johnson and sincerely regret we were unable to satisfy his concerns. We won't pay for a problem we didn't cause, even if it results in a negative comment. Our customer service team went over and above, consistent with our high standards and numerous positive comments.

It's always a challenge to pick an FBO when there are several options at an unfamiliar field. I looked up KNEW on AirNav for my 10-30-10 arrival and I don't think I've seen an FBO with as many recent, positive reviews as AeroPremier has. Combined with an excellent fuel price, my choice was made. As we walked into the FBO that evening, Wendy pulled a pan of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. Wow, the three hour flight just melted away. Everyone at AeroPremier provided first class service. Don't hesitate, head straight to AeroPremier. Also, call them before your arrival and specifically ask for Mazal's Taxi - incredibly cheerful service with local knowledge, including the French Quarter.

AreoPremier Jet Center is the GREATEST FBO I have ever visited and as the President of Pilots N Paws I have visited many times. We recently flew a large number of dogs out of New Orleans during our Pilots N Paws Gulf Coast Flyway event. Rolando "RO", Wendy, Angie and the entire staff at AreoPremier went above and beyond to make every pilot feel at home. They provided and cooked us dinner the night before the flight. They cooked us breakfast the morning of the flight and at all times made themselves available. If you ever get to New Orleans, this is a must stop. If for no other reason then to watch the blur of this group as they move non stop to assist customers. Thanks Ro, Wendy and company for all your help in making this event a huge success. The best FBO I have used! Just returned from a wonderful trip in New Orleans. I arrived at about 2300 hrs on a Wednesday night. This was about 8 hours earlier than I had anticipated. This FBO was not only open, but treated me with great care. The rent car I had ordered for the next day was already waiting. Although I fly a single engine piston, I was treated with the same care and given the same amenities as the numerous turbo pilots at AeroPremier. Landed at KNEW on 4-7, and taxied to Aero Premier. Had called them earlier to check on fuel prices, services, and so on. This is a first class FBO! Their service is great, fuel is FS at a SS price, and their focus is total service. They hangared our 182 for one night at $20 - the lowest price I've seen anywhere. When we drove up on Sunday to leave, the Operations Manager (Orlando) was on the flight line, we drove to the airplane, and Orlando helped us load the bags into the airplane. For many FBO's its difficult to find anyone to help, and here their manager is out serving customers. We'll definitely go back to KNEW and Aero Premier. They arranged a cab with Mazal's Taxi Service (504-473-4306), and she took really good care of us. One of the best flight experiences ever.

I just read all the other comments and find we are not the only ones to think Aero Premier is the best FBO we have been to. We arrived at night, in rain and clouds, after the airport was closed, to find the Aero Premier angels waiting for us. They hangared our plane (not a jet), called a taxi and had the taxi drive into the hangar so we wouldn't get wet, helped with luggage, all with genuine friendliness. We left some luggage in the cab, and Bethany tracked down the taxi driver and had it delivered, again at night. The list goes on. I spent a few hours at NEW yesterday, and couldn't have had better service. In fact, line crewman Bud Portie called to my attention when I arrived that the nose gear on my Mooney Ovation2 had been turned tight enough to pop some paint on the contact bars. He wanted me to know that he was aware of the limited turning radius of Mooneys, and that my plane arrived in that condition. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT BEFORE! Bud was the first line crewman I've ever had call the nose gear matter to my attention. That was outstanding! I flew in to Lakefront last week and was blown away with the service from AeroPremier. I was in a Saratoga and was treated like I stepped off of a Gulfstream. Lisa, the manager, had a car waiting to take me downtown for a tight meeting schedule. I had to leave the following morning before a presidential TFR shut things down for the day. The plane was fueled and ready as I pulled up. It took only moments to settle up and step into the plane with cold water, a bag of warm cookies and a complimentary Wall Street Journal. We flew in on 06/11/09 for a multi-day photo shoot of the city. AeroPremier Jet arranged our rental car and hotel, both of which were nice. Their temporary building houses all the services that one could hope for in an FBO, but even more important is how they treat customers. We arrived late at night and called them on their ASRI frequency, and the lineman waited for us until 20 minutes after closing at no charge and offered us cookies and cold water after our 4 hour flight! Get 100% world-class service at Aero Premier. We were flying from California to Orlando, FL, and needed a place to stay the night. Where better than New Orleans' Cajun culture and spice of life? This stop made our trip so much more than just a slog across the country. We will stop here every time we are going to Florida. It was a short 4 hours from Orlando, so we departed later in the day after a night of great drinks and great entertainment and great music on Bourbon St. and Frenchman St. We were offered fresh cookies, water, got us a wonderful taxi ride with the most professional driver I've ever ridden with, and reservations at the Holiday Inn on Bourbon St. For only $69.00. They put our C-128T in a hangar for $20/night and had our plane ready and waiting at noon the next day as promised. Stopped into AeroPremier on Sunday for a quick turn in a CJ2. Courteous, competent, and helpful. GPU was connected right away and fueling was efficient. Nothing fancy, but their service was top drawer and there attention to detail both on the ramp and in the FBO was much appreciated. Thanks!

Flew down to lakefront yesterday (Sunday) from Shreveport, LA. I called the day before and told them I needed the crew car to go to a kid’s b-day party at the zoo. When I landed, they took real good care of my plane. Had the crew car waiting along with a map having turn-by-turn directions to the zoo from their FBO. When I returned, they had a little box of cookies and bottled water waiting for my trip home. They got the best cookies on the field! Next time I'm in New Orleans I'll be using them.

What a GREAT FBO!! Friendly people all round and great service. The moment we pulled our plane onto the ramp, they brought our rental car right up to the plane and helped us unload!! Everyone on the ground from the linesman (Sonny), Customer Manager (Jenny) and even the GM (Keith) did their level best to give us one of the best experiences we've had in a looong time. I will definitely visit them again when I come through KNEW.

On November 1, 2008 we flew to NEW, our first time flying to New Orleans and picked AeroPremier based on the comments found on AirNav. We were and are extremely pleased with their service. Jenny suggested restaurants, made hotel reservations and arrangements for a taxi. Keith's team took care of the airplane and made sure that even the smallest detail was not overlooked. We definitely will come back and will also recommend AeroPremier!!! Cessna 172BW

Great FBO. The staff goes out of their way to make your trip as pleasant as can be. Rental cars were waiting when we arrived. Plane was on-line when promised. Staff is very courteous. Convenient location on the field. Well worth the visit.

What a fantastic FBO! We visit dozens of FBO's and this has been by far one of the best and personalized experiences we have received. I cannot even begin to list the extras that Corey and Jennifer and the line guys provided. Thank you very much for everything.

Wow! Carpet at the door, Car at the door with the air on, and a hangar for the airplane that night. Simply the best most professional staff at KNEW. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Great experience! Keith and Jenny emailed info during planning, met us with cold drinks on a hot, humid afternoon arrival, and had our Comanche in the hangar for us to unload in the shade.

Excellent service! Keith Holcomb goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I arrived late Sunday afternoon and I had called ahead for a rental car. When I arrived I realized that I didn't have my driver's license with me and Enterprise would not let me rent the car without it. Keith drove me to the Avenue Plaza and came back for me the next morning. He wouldn't even accept my offer of a tip! I will definitely stop here again any time I come through New Orleans.

This new, locally-owned and managed FBO provides top notch. Our arrival at NEW last Saturday afternoon in a Columbia 400 required that we have the engine examined to correct a hot-running cylinder. Aero Premier's general manager, Keith Holcomb, a former TWA pilot and a current A&P, offered to inspect the engine Sunday morning and report the condition. The next morning at 9am he called as promise and managed to correct the problem fast enough so that we could leave Sunday afternoon as scheduled. He also provided hangar space and topped off our 02 system at very reasonable pricing. In advance of our arrival, and during our stay in New Orleans, Aero Premier's front desk girls, Jenny and Cory, called us several times to see if we required any special services, thereby fortifying the tradition of Southern hospitality. Keith and his team work 12-hour days to make sure everything goes just right and so far their efforts have paid off handsomely in a tremendous customer service experience.

I stayed with AeroPremier Jet Center during a recent visit to New Orleans. I was initially concerned that they might not cater to piston aircraft but that is not the case. Their service was far above average. They provided a fuel discount, a reasonable hangar rate and good accommodations / line service. Four stars...

Happy to see lakefront airport growing up again, it’s very exciting for us trainee pilots to meet more people in aviation while we are growing in aviation! Good luck!
