We arrived unannounced at 6:00 PM, 12/06/2011 in a C177RG, for an overnight stay on our way to CA. Susan, at the front desk, found us a decently priced hotel room downtown despite an ongoing pharmacist conference, reserved a dinner table at Emeril's and got us a cab to the hotel. When I mentioned I chose Flightline based upon comments on AirNav, she gave us a fuel discount. There's apparently a coupon online for an even deeper discount. Sorry for the late comment, but great service has to be recognized.

First time to KNEW. Line & CSRs were professional and quick to service and hangar the aircraft during our 4 day stay. Facilities are top notch with a wonderful pilot lounge and the best flight planning room I've seen to date with multiple stations and large screen monitors. We will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for the friendly welcome.

Stayed at Flightline for a 3-Day weekend visit in a C172. Facilities are 1st Class and the staff was even better. When returning to leave, I phoned ahead and they had the plane ready and parked right in front. Taxi pulled right up to the plane and 4 line attendants showed up to get our luggage. We only had 3 bags. Don't forget to ask for the AirNav special. The rate was better than advertised. Definitely will use Flightline on our next trip. THANKS.

We arrived at KNEW in rain and wind. The folks at Flightline First quickly arranged a spot in the hangar for our plane and were very helpful and welcoming. I strongly recommend these folks and will definitely be back.

I flew in late on a Sunday and even after I called ahead, the lineman were late on getting out to meet us leading to some initial confusion as to where to shut down. Part of this was my fault as I was calling them up on the wrong freq. (It's 130.8). That was the only issue I had. We were able to get a courtesy car for two hours, but be aware that it's like most places, first come first serve. They recommended a local Mexican place and we had no issues finding the place. The facilities were clean and tidy. The flight planning room had some of the biggest screen computers I have ever seen. We were topped off and on our way in under an hour. A little about NEW, which has nothing to do with Flightline First, but advisable. NEW is a bit nerve wracking with closed field operations. There was a lot of small GA traffic and expect to be getting off the ground in under 5 minutes if you call for your IFR release, or it will be void. Other than that, it's a good place to stop in at.

I flew into Flightline First just over a week ago to have dinner with a few friends. I have flown into KNEW many times before, but always ended up at another FBO. I tried Flightline out and will return again for sure. They have the best prices on fuel, and offered us their courtesy car for the evening. The facilities were extremely clean, and the front desk staff very courteous. The line guys had been worked pretty hard that day and were a little slow to respond to a smaller aircraft, but understandable as it was the weekend of a Saint's game. The manager of Flightline personally called me to say thank you for stopping by and apologize for the worn out line guys. He was the most involved manager I have ever talked to of any FBO, and I now understand why Flightline is so highly reviewed. The staff really cares about their performance.

Excellent service, very comfortable FBO, friendly, proficient, and exceedingly helpful personnel. A first-rate place and a real pleasure to leave my plane there and work out of there for several weeks at a time. They can also do any mechanical work you might need on your aircraft, get you a rental car and motel, they have high-speed internet and lots of computers to use, very comfortable lounge and work areas. They accommodated a large group of non-aviation people for our project and let us use a roomy office and a large conference room for about 10 days straight. Service above and beyond most FBOs, by far!

These folks will climb walls for you. That's right 15ft walls, go through a 3' by 2' hole at the top and hang drop 15' to the floor of the other side to open a locked door to a room I had to get into to inspect some logbooks. Saved me a day out of my weekend and $$$. The General Manger J Brayton Matthews no less did this for me (He is in great condition). Professional, great facility and nice folks. No other FBO at Lakefront for me. Feel sorry for the competition.

Parked at Flightline First on June 8th. Ordered a top off of the mains in my King Air and one quart of oil (BP-2380) in right side engine. While most everything was very good, the fellow punched holes in the can of oil with a screwdriver - a no no - then proceeded to climb up a ladder and remove the fuel cap. That's when I screamed. He was actually going to pour the oil in the fuel tank. Need I say more? Response from Brayton Matthews, General Manager, Flightline First There is no reason for not asking when you don't know ... I spoke at length Mr. Galloway and he is a fine gentleman and said he would visit our FBO again. He's truly a forgiving pilot. I thank you for that. The lineman was terminated; Flightline has "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" and in such an incident my line managers are required to file a written report and they both will retrain on procedure to prevent any recurrence.

As a follow-up to last trip to KNEW. Brayton Matthews at Flightline contacted me; he informed me that the Avionics shop and Maintenance were not part of Flightline and that they only rent the space. Furthermore, he additionally apologized for the problems I encountered. I personally find this refreshing that a manager follows up and makes sure customers are happy. It is also a testament to how excellent AirNav works; I will visit this FBO again to give them another chance.

Absolutely, the worst FBO experience that I have had. I flew in on a Sunday and informed them that my strobes were inoperative and I required service. I subsequently called everyday to check the status, I was assured that it was being worked on, after three days nothing was done and I was told since it was a French plane it would require more time to get parts. Well, fascinating since nothing was determined and the strobe is a Whelen. I subsequently moved the plane to another FBO and it was repaired the next day. Also, the plane was supposed to be hangared, after the second night, they moved it to the ramp to make room for a social event without informing me.

I've commented on this FBO previously, very nice facility - however the last two visits my car was not available upon arrival. The first time I spoke with a woman earlier in the day and was assured there would be a vehicle waiting. Upon arrival there was no vehicle or even a notation that I had called. The person at the counter did allow me the use of a nice crew car. Two days ago I sent an e-mail requesting a vehicle. Upon arriving at 8PM, I was not only told there were no cars, but that they never received my e-mail (which I have since verified was sent). At least the person at the counter took the time to find an FBO on the field that had cars. I moved my plane there. Flightline First is a really nice FBO, but the last two visits have been disappointing.

I flew in to Flightline First to pick up 4 passengers. They literally walked from the cab through the front door to the ramp. No services were needed and no fuel needed. Not even a bathroom break. I was charged $20 for the use of their door! Unless you are burning JetA, avoid this place. Other FBO's on the field are EAGER for your business. Don't patronize FBO's that deliberately try to deter piston singles like Flightline.

Landed for fuel and to stretch legs. From the lineman to desk personnel you could tell they like their job. Great attitudes and service from everyone. Fuel price $3.85 was the best on the field. I didn't mine to get this price I had to use the selfserve. I had a problem in the past with another FBO ripping my fuel cell, so I like fueling my own plane.Even though I used self serve, I was still offered a crew car and no landing or ramp charge. A+ FBO

We spent a July weekend in New Orleans and thought ramp tie down would suffice for my A36. I did ask in the event of inclement wx to put me in a hangar. While we were downtown a storm blew up and I called and asked to be put inside. They said, they'd already done it! Imagine that. I suspect the plane stayed inside for the duration. The gas price really is the best in town, the folks at Flightline First are really that: FIRST RATE. Go to New Orleans, they need your visit. The food's great, hotels are a deal and Flightline First will take great care of you in the Big Easy. You can relax if your plane is at Flightline.

The line staff promoted a professional appearance that left me more than comfortable leaving my aircraft in their hands. Upon departure, one of the linemen, a Braves fan (Go Braves!), stayed 30 min over for us. He was quick to be of service in any way possible. We took on fuel at the self-serve pump, which was in good condition, easy to use and an outstanding price.
