Excellent staff and facilities, good pricing with Avfuel as well. Happy I came.

From Mark Antoine on 20-Feb-2013

Hawthorne has a nice and clean facility. Excellent linemen, $22+tip cab ride into Downtown New Orleans. $10 ramp fee for a single engine waived with a 10-gallon fuel purchase. Fuel is pricey as expected for the area. Looking forward to my next visit!

From Jim Mackinnon on 21-Nov-2012

Really great line service, new facility is back up and running after Isaac. Plane was ramped and luggage handled by the crew, very helpful. Cabs are the way to go in New Orleans don't rent a car if you are French Quarter bound.

From Bob Tridle on 20-Nov-2012

With all the comments, I doubt one more is needed, but let me add a very positive experience I had as well. We were here for a one-week vacation. During the week, a frontal system moved through. I called and they willingly parked the aircraft in their hangar for a very reasonable fee. Two very courteous ladies were there to greet us on departure and help with the last minute details.... Even down to offering cold bottled water to take with us. Thanks for all your care and kindness!

From John Guidry on 05-Nov-2012

We arrived a little later than planned, but the line guys were friendly and helpful. They pulled the rental car around and got us on our way very quickly. The only down side is that they are still in the trailers because of the damage from Hurricane Isaac but they said they will be back in the building this weekend. This is my third time here and will definitely be back!!! Thanks Hawthorne!!

From Bob Glennon on 18-Oct-2012

I landed at KNEW with a complete electrical failure, and Hawthorne's maintenance guy troubleshot the problem, replaced it, and had me going again quickly and economically. A very professional outfit!

From Sargent Caldwell on 01-Oct-2012

Last hurricane put them back in a trailer, but same great service. Car was waiting when we got there and plane was fueled and ready to go when we returned. They said they expect to be back in their building in a week.

From Gene Fraser on 07-Jul-2012

We stopped in for a 2RON with our C182. I don't think they noticed we were NOT in a Gulfstream. :D The service was ABSOLUTELY top notch. They had the requested car standing by the plane as soon as the prop stopped. Bird was fueled and ready to go on the ramp. Ladies in the beautiful facility we perfect. Fuel prices for the area very competitive. All the ATC agents were easy to work with getting in and out. AeroPremier is the place to stop if you are coming to New Orleans!

From Zach Dunham on 25-May-2012

Alley, the CSR was very attentive to meeting the needs to our visit. We are an air ambulance operator with usually a limited amount of time on the ground. Line service was good at bringing us a GPU prior to our departure and prompt on fueling us shortly after our arrival. A very nice facility. The Hangar and FBO is an old building that has been beautifully and responsibly restored. This shows as a testament to the owners their care and appreciation to aviation and the continued service to its needs.

From Erin Patrick Pierce on 26-Apr-2012

I've recently had the opportunity to do business with Jay Taffet and AeroPremier. I manage several aircraft from my Hammond Facility, Hammond Air Center (That's right, I own and operate a competing FBO at a nearby airport). Some of my aircraft owners live in New Orleans, so flying into Lakefront to fetch people is an operational necessity. Jay (the manager) is a fellow pilot, and has gone pretty far out of his way to make doing business at Lakefront easier for me. It can be painful for me to cross the lake to buy someone else's fuel, but at AeroPremier the top-notch service and enthusiasm make my trip enjoyable. These are airplane people, folks. It is a great stop, and I highly recommend them.

From Paul Davis on 12-Apr-2012

I have visited all the FBOs over the years at KNEW and by far AeroPremier is the best! They have always met me at the aircraft and provided top notch service no matter what it is. Jay Taffit and his crew have made the FBO experience number one in by book. My last visits were March 28 and April 1, 2012 and I appreciate the helpful folks at AeroPremier. Thanks Jay!

From Jon Counsell on 08-Apr-2012

We stopped in for the night on the way to work Sun N Fun in my C-170. The lineman, named Admin, went well out of his way to provide us supplies to clean up an oil leak. Assisted in tying down the plane. And when it needed to be moved the next morning to facilitate another aircraft's departure, he ensured it was properly tied down afterwards. The young ladies at the desk quickly arranged for a very reasonable taxi ride to the French Quarter hotel with an awesome $89 AeroPremier Rate. They set the standard in customer service.

From Sargent Caldwell on 31-Mar-2012

5th time with AeroPremier, 1st time in their new facilities. Very nice!

From Bill Hammack on 16-Mar-2012

Wow! If you haven't seen the new facility you need to check it out. Beautiful, lots of room and very accommodating for pilots and passengers. And the team at AeroPremier has always been outstanding. I've been a base client here for a number of years including the "construction" phase. Ro (operations manager) and his team on the line and Angie (customer service manager) and the staff at the front desk are helpful and knowledgeable. I've been at FBOs North to South and from East to the West in the USA and even across the pond through Iceland, Scotland, England and France. This place rocks with the best!

From Keith Fletcher on 15-Mar-2012

Awesome service and an outstanding, newly renovated facility! We recently stopped in for an aircraft swap with another crew and were met at the aircraft by professional line service personnel who helped us transfer baggage and gear for the aircraft swap. Customer service arranged discounted hotel reservations and ground transportation to the French Quarter for our RON. I highly recommend AeroPremier for your next visit to the New Orleans area!

From HW Cook on 12-Mar-2012

This FBO is clean, roomy, and well thought out. Any pilot will be very comfortable doing business here. Got a long sit time? You'll love the pilot lounge. The service extended me during my two day visit was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

From John Kramer on 12-Mar-2012

Outstanding service AND the best fuel price on the field! Flew in recently with about 250 lbs of broadcast gear. Two linemen unloaded the gear into a waiting taxi. Called Aero as I approached the lake. Taxi was waiting. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase. Parking fee is $12 per night. Spacious waiting area. Cold bottled water for each passenger. Great place to fly into. Recommend it highly!

From Bill Swatling on 03-Nov-2011

Excellent service. They had my Hertz rental car waiting for me planeside by the time I climbed out. Overnight parking was $10. $20 ramp fee is waived with a fuel purchase of any amount. Nice location right at the end of runway 9.

From Scott Sellmeyer on 18-Oct-2011

Nice, friendly service here. I called from the air about 30 minutes ahead of arrival and they had a cab there for us. Easy in, easy out, fair prices for parking and fuel.

From Drew Dampier on 09-Oct-2011

AeroPremier is most definitely one of the best FBOs I've been to. Even though they are operating out of a trailer right now, I'd choose them over any other FBO at KNEW. The service is top notch. Can't wait till their new facility opens in January!

From Danny Baker on 02-Oct-2011

Fantastic service with a smile!! These folks are great! Great experience- You'll be pleased!!!

From Jay Bell on 26-Sep-2011

Wow...What can I say about these nice folks. We were treated like royalty and the fuel price was the most competitive on our entire trip down from Montana.

From David Tonnies on 21-Sep-2011

Second time using AeroPremier. Both experiences were 5 Star. Rental car pulled up to plane and returned same way. I had actually messed up my Hertz reservation and had booked it for the wrong day but Angie knew I was coming, evidently changed my reservation with Hertz, and had the car waiting.

From John Landwerlen on 18-Sep-2011

First time to KNEW. AeroPremier is the deal. Great staff, fresh cookies, and they take AirBoss. Will be back.

From Phil Hale on 01-Aug-2011

Great FBO with very good service. Flew in for two days on my way to Airventure and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stop by again.

From E.D. Atkins on 21-Jul-2011

Full service at SS price brought me to their door...The great experience will bring us back. They arranged a cab ride ($45 for party of 5 to French Qtr area) and cab was there in a matter of minutes. Cab driver, Mr. Henry Adams (driving since 1952!), recommended Acme Seafood for dinner. It was great and he is quite the ambassador for New Orleans. Had to race against the weather the next afternoon but they had us topped off with only 20 minutes prior notice. Mr. Adams was waiting for us at front of hotel with 15 minutes notice. Nice FBO, nice people and a great stop.

From Brian Thompson on 05-Jul-2011

Excellent line crew and dedicated cab driver was fast and friendly. Will return again in the future and look forward to AeroPremier in the future.

From Rickey Hodges on 01-Jun-2011

You would have thought our Cherokee was a Gulfstream V! Excellent and friendly service. FS fuel for the price of SS. Let us use a crew car for a couple hours and awesome cookies! Will visit again the next time in KNEW.

From Ben Huston on 15-May-2011

This is one great FBO. My Wife and I flew in on Good Friday in our C-310 and could not have been treated better. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I only wish they would waive the tie-down fee when you buy 50+ gal of 100LL.

From Sam Joplin on 08-May-2011

This is the only FBO to consider on KNEW. I've parked overnight here several times and am treated like family. Last week I needed a part for my airplane during busy afternoon and Wendy actually drove me to other side of the field to get it. Fuel prices always the lowest on field. Best customer service you could hope for.

From Frederic Roussel on 11-Apr-2011

I stopped in this weekend for fuel only. It was my first time to KNEW but won't be the last. It is just far more convenient for friends and family to pick me up. The price can't be beat, the staff was great, and although I didn't have time to pick one up, I was assured an excellent poboy shop was just minutes from the field.

From Mae Marquet on 08-Apr-2011

We had a very pleasant experience with Aero Premier as we do every time we go into New Orleans. This FBO is friendly, courteous and considerate. The fuel price was the reason I first tried them. I've not ever been disappointed since choosing them. They also have had courtesy cars available which can save me tons in taxi fees. Though they can be busy at times, I will still use them. I felt important in my little piston.

From Chris Trahan on 18-Mar-2011

Once again, very pleased with the great service at Aero Premier and the low fuel prices. This is the only FBO in New Orleans worthy of consideration.

From Steve Cantarutti on 27-Feb-2011

Flew in the 2nd weekend preceding Mardi Gras in my 2 seat Lancair. I received the excellent service that others mention. I was even greeted with a couple of cold bud lights upon arrival. This is what private aviation is all about. The only negative was a few fees I was charged... Tie down $10/night, ramp fee $15, and landing fee $6. I expected a tie down fee, but do not recall ramp and landing fees here in the past.

From Edward San Juan on 16-Jan-2011

The young and enthusiastic team at AeroPremier could not be more helpful and accommodating. This FBO is located furthest on the field from 36L/18R, but definitely worth the extra one-minute taxi time. Rolando Gonzalez and his team, Courtney at the counter and Admin on the line, made for a perfect overnight stay in the Big Easy. AeroPremier will be my FBO of choice at KNEW.

From Sargent Caldwell on 13-Jan-2011

Called ahead, they had the courtesy car on the ramp for us. Plane was fueled as requested. Very nice and pleasant to do business with.

From Nelson Minar on 09-Jan-2011

Great service for our single piston. Friendly folks, inexpensive gas, prompt parking. Particularly appreciated them knowing a local taxi to get us into the Quarter at a fair price. The FBO is in temporary buildings right now: permanent buildings are coming sometime in the next year. The temporary quarters are just fine, but nothing fancy.

From Miles Johnson on 08-Jan-2011

Worst FBO experience of my life. In town for sugar bowl 1/3 to 1/5. Paid for hangar but when plane pulled out it was covered in water and had standing water in the copilot seat. Office manager Wendy agreed it likely had been left out in storms. Battery depleted and jump start performed with tug and then GPU. Digital engine monitor got fried and it was then that I found out GPU set on 1000 amps, same setting they use for jets. Also found out tug had 12 volt battery even though my plane has 28 volt system. Operations manager, Rolando, states they use tug all the time, and never change current settings on GPU. Checked with my home field mechanic and avionics expert who both said this was improper and unsafe technique. Spoke with Keith O'Leary, president AeroPremier, who was totally unapologetic for the water in my plane or for his improperly trained personnel. He suggested I might need to perform some maintenance on my plane since the battery was dead. Really?

Response from Rolando Gonzalez, Operations Manager, AeroPremier Jet Center
We did everything possible to assist Dr. Johnson with his stressful departure. He requested his plane to be pulled when it was raining and had a dead battery. We provided an assisted start. He then had to shut down when he didn't have the required ATC slot. A bit later his battery was dead again and we provided a 2nd assisted start. With a burning smell coming from his plane after continuously cranking his starter for 5 minutes, he canceled his flight. After receiving his call we conducted an investigation. The 4 A&Ps we consulted confirmed that our NATA Safety 1st trained line techs could not have caused Dr. Johnson's mechanical problems. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We had several discussions with Dr. Johnson and sincerely regret we were unable to satisfy his concerns. We won't pay for a problem we didn't cause, even if it results in a negative comment. Our customer service team went over and above, consistent with our high standards and numerous positive comments.

From Darwin Clark on 03-Jan-2011

Top notch. Arrived on a cold windy Saturday night with lineman waiting with rental car ready at shutdown. Nice clean facilities with LOTS of snacks and beverages. They were very busy on my departure, but organized and professional, and still very courteous. Will definitely make this my preferred spot in the Big Easy!

From Paul Jackson on 27-Dec-2010

Outstanding service! Called ahead to ask about local transportation for a few hours and on arrival crew car was available as promised. Bonanza was topped off when we returned. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Easy in and out of NEW.

From Jerry Kutsop, N759TS on 04-Dec-2010

Called ahead on Nov 22 with some questions ... All answered ...Arrive on the 23rd in our C182 ... We were expected, taxi to town arranged and waiting, service excellent, fuel prices great, $10 per night parking, plane fueled and ready for our departure 5 days later. Super FBO and city...Stayed at Monteleone on Royal, a class act. Henry Clay excellent taxi to and from airport $23. Will return.

From Heath Cliff on 10-Nov-2010

It's always a challenge to pick an FBO when there are several options at an unfamiliar field. I looked up KNEW on AirNav for my 10-30-10 arrival and I don't think I've seen an FBO with as many recent, positive reviews as AeroPremier has. Combined with an excellent fuel price, my choice was made. As we walked into the FBO that evening, Wendy pulled a pan of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. Wow, the three hour flight just melted away. Everyone at AeroPremier provided first class service. Don't hesitate, head straight to AeroPremier. Also, call them before your arrival and specifically ask for Mazal's Taxi - incredibly cheerful service with local knowledge, including the French Quarter.

From David Savage on 07-Nov-2010

Great service from first email before my trip until departure. Great fuel price. Arranged a cab that was waiting on the ramp for my group. Will definitely stop at AeroPremier next trip to New Orleans.

From Malcolm Donner on 18-Oct-2010

Great FBO in a great city. Fuel was completely reasonable and services were excellent. We enjoyed it all: KNEW, AeroPremier, New Orleans, French Quarter, and the great food and wonderful people. We'll be back soon.

From Kevin Brady on 13-Oct-2010

Great folks, great late night service, nice fuel price. Reasonable hangar rate as well. For sure the FBO to use in New Orleans!

From Bradley Spatz on 22-Sep-2010

Chose AeroPremier due to the positive comments...I made a good decision. Angie and linemen were super courteous, the full-service avgas price matched the competitors self-serve so I topped off. Landing/parking fees waived, only $10 for 2nd night. Quickly summoned a taxi with great service and good rates (thanks Mr. Henry Adams), Facilities are temporary (trailer) but very nice. Made my 1st trip to Lakefront a pleasure for this 182 driver. Highly recommend Lakefront and AeroPremier.

From Robert Staples on 21-Sep-2010

This was my second visit to AeroPremier at Lakefront and I must say this place is the friendliest and most courteous FBO in New Orleans. Wendy was terrific and really knows the GA and corporate business. Cavernous hangar space that could easily house several G-V's. I will always make this my stop for fuel along the Gulf Coast.

From Cory Dunaway on 21-Sep-2010

Super service, Wendy exceptional informative, polite and sweet. Rolando, Jessica and other staff very friendly and just good people. Fuel price and stay was competitive with others. Made me feel welcome. AEROPREMIER JET CENTER AT LAKEFRONT AIRPORT, Thank you again see you soon

From Nick O'Connell, President Pilots N Paws on 19-Sep-2010

AreoPremier Jet Center is the GREATEST FBO I have ever visited and as the President of Pilots N Paws I have visited many times. We recently flew a large number of dogs out of New Orleans during our Pilots N Paws Gulf Coast Flyway event. Rolando "RO", Wendy, Angie and the entire staff at AreoPremier went above and beyond to make every pilot feel at home. They provided and cooked us dinner the night before the flight. They cooked us breakfast the morning of the flight and at all times made themselves available. If you ever get to New Orleans, this is a must stop. If for no other reason then to watch the blur of this group as they move non stop to assist customers. Thanks Ro, Wendy and company for all your help in making this event a huge success. We now have 160+ animals on their way to caring forever homes! I miss you guys already!

From Robert Jones on 15-Sep-2010

First time in to KNEW and chose AeroPremier because of all the positive reviews. Was not disappointed. Excellent service from the line guys and maintenance personnel. Would definitely return next time in New Orleans.

From Chris Reed on 12-Sep-2010

I have been to KNEW a number of times. I recommend AeroPremier Jet Center. They don't have the nicest facilities on the field, but their 100LL price is unbeatable. I have also found their service to be friendly ever time I show up; I can't say the same for the other FBOs.

From Sam Matta on 06-Sep-2010

Stopped in on way back from Sun n Fun. Great service, excellent fuel prices. They made arrangements for transport to French Quarter, first class all the way around.

From Brendan Baldonado on 11-Aug-2010

We moved to AeroPremier from Odyssey and the first day Brandon a lineman sprinted in 80-degree heat to marshal us for parking, and then got us ice-cold water. The Service we received for the next month and a half we spent in KNEW was outstanding. We received red carpet treatment for our 182 and the staff was friendly and made us feel home away from home. Roe, Eden, Wendy, and Brandon provide an excellent service at an amazingly affordable price. I highly recommend using this FBO for any and all services in the New Orleans area! You must get your aircraft washed with AeroPremier we had ours washed there and it looked brand new! Great Service! Great People! Friendly and Helpful staff! They will take care of your every need!

From Peter G. Smith on 19-Jul-2010

Lineman met us then brought up the car. I had asked for 10 gallons a side and they ended up filling the tank. On the way to the airport they called to let me know the error. Tank was drained back to the tabs when I got there. I'll be back.

From Randell Clark on 19-Jul-2010

From start to finish, top notch service. Called a few days in advance and got all the help I needed in making arrangements for our long weekend in New Orleans. Line crew was waiting with red carpet (literally) and pulled the rental car they had arranged right up to the plane. The facilities are in perfect order, clean and spacious. Good flight planning computers, clean restrooms, clean lounge with satellite television. Great stop for SE Louisiana visit.

From F. Craig Albright on 29-Jun-2010

AeroPremier is a small FBO that provides LARGE customer service. Besides helping with luggage on a hot, humid day, they arranged for a taxi, made sure that we had bottled water, and moved my plane for convenient departure loading...All with a smile! I'd return in a heartbeat...

From James White on 31-May-2010

I enjoyed trip to New Orleans and in part to the wonderful staff. They did everything they could to help us enjoy our trip from taxi to cold water, coffie, cookies, to the flight line! Thank all of you.

From Radomir Zaric on 20-May-2010

Thumbs up for AeroPremier! They treated us great. We had an excellent experience with them. Arrived late on 5/18 and everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend AeroPremier and I will use them again when I am back in town.

From Mike Fooshee on 10-May-2010

Landed here on May 8th, cab for passengers was waiting, excellent service by line service and ladies inside. Hotel reservations made by Premier at Drury Inn was excellent and price was definitely right. Our King Air 350 was pulled up for departure with GPU and serviced as planned. Thanks again for the wonderful service and we will be back again!!!

From Jay P. Lozes on 09-May-2010

The best FBO I have used! Just returned from a wonderful trip in New Orleans. I arrived at about 2300 hrs on a Wednesday night. This was about 8 hours earlier than I had anticipated. This FBO was not only open, but treated me with great care. The rent car I had ordered for the next day was already waiting. Although I fly a single engine piston, I was treated with the same care and given the same amenities as the numerous turbo pilots at AeroPremier. The crowning touch was that the fuel prices were the best in New Orleans - FULL SERVICE. I highly recommend this FBO!

From Floyd Forster on 26-Apr-2010

Good service at this FBO and the best fuel prices on the airport. I used the same cab driver over 5 days. Mazal knows the area well and gave me a quick tour of the area I was staying without charging me extra. The fee was fixed. Extra info was helpful as NO is great town to walk around but has areas you want to avoid. The FBO also uses her alot and she can be requested. I will be parking here again. Thanks guys.

From Richard Jiles, N414NW on 21-Apr-2010

This is one great FBO. Before I had even shut down the engines the Taxi was waiting. The next aircraft was fueled and ready to leave as I arrived. Great staff, great line crew.... I will be back.

From Larry Grace on 12-Apr-2010

Landed at KNEW on 4-7, and taxied to Aero Premier. Had called them earlier to check on fuel prices, services, and so on. This is a first class FBO! Their service is great, fuel is FS at a SS price, and their focus is total service. They hangared our 182 for one night at $20 - the lowest price I've seen anywhere. When we drove up on Sunday to leave, the Operations Manager (Orlando) was on the flight line, we drove to the airplane, and Orlando helped us load the bags into the airplane. For many FBO's its difficult to find anyone to help, and here their manager is out serving customers. We'll definitely go back to KNEW and Aero Premier. They arranged a cab with Mazal's Taxi Service (504-473-4306), and she took really good care of us. One of the best flight experiences ever.

From Chris Stelly on 10-Apr-2010

Arrived here 4/8 and had a very nice experience. Courteous and prompt lineman and both days were greeted with excellent service behind the counter. I will be back!

From Hamilton Potter on 24-Mar-2010

Excellent linemen and customer service. Taxi, fuel and hangar readily available. Easy trip into New Orleans (Have dinner at Gelatoire's).

From Sargent Caldwell on 23-Mar-2010

Called ahead, they listen to the Unicom, and the lineman was on the ramp when we taxied up. Brand new courtesy car. We got back earlier than I had told them, and the plane was out of the hangar before I finished looking at the weather. This is a very very good FBO

From Clark Jernigan on 13-Mar-2010

I flew in 3/11/10 in a Cirrus. I was treated very well with easy parking, prompt cab, easy return to depart on 3/13/10, with plane ready. The plane was fueled for $4.05/gallon. Taxi out and takeoff were simple and pleasant too. I'll definitely use them next time I go to KNEW. Jessica is efficient and nice. Thanks to all that made our stay pleasant.

From Lane Flynn on 10-Mar-2010

I was in New Orleans last weekend and we used AeroPremier. They were very friendly and convenient - we called in on their radio frequency about 15 minutes out and they had a taxi waiting for us when we landed. And the fuel price is fantastic for FS, to compete with the other FBOs there that have SS pumps. The only negative mark was that they charge $10/night for parking even if you buy fuel.

Stopped in for the night on Jan. 31. Used to use Flightline First but there is no reason to go back there. Areopremier Jet Center has best fuel prices in the New Orleans area and the best service as well. This is true even if you are in a Cessna 172. N1089U will for sure be back (more than likely St. Pattys Day weekend). See you guys then!!!

Great service today from the crew. They had a car ready for us when we arrived. Fuel is Full Serve at SS price. Looking foward to visiting again soon.

From Paul Mandel on 03-Feb-2010

Great service! Called ahead about hangar space and other costs. Fuel was at SS prices for full service, the personnel could not have been more friendly or helpful. My Cab was waiting, check-in was a breeze, a cold bottle water and I was on my way. This is the place to stop at KNEW. I will be back! Thanks again for the exceptional service.

AeroPremier is a great FBO with first class service. My wife says it is her favorite FBO in the country. Still operating out of a trailer, service is nothing but top notch and first class. Landed, opened the door and the lineman said, "Mr. Brooks, your cab is coming thru the gate now, is there anything else you need other than the hangar." Wow! It is frequently hard to get someone to direct you to parking in many FBO's. Lakefront is a great airport with AeroPremier being a great FBO.

From Linda Coltharp on 20-Jan-2010

I just read all the other comments and find we are not the only ones to think Aero Premier is the best FBO we have been to. We arrived at night, in rain and clouds, after the airport was closed, to find the Aero Premier angels waiting for us. They hangared our plane (not a jet), called a taxi and had the taxi drive into the hangar so we wouldn't get wet, helped with luggage, all with genuine friendliness. We left some luggage in the cab, and Bethany tracked down the taxi driver and had it delivered, again at night. The list goes on. Thanks to Bethany, and extremely helpful linemen Clay, Roland and Admond.

I spent a few hours at NEW yesterday, and couldn't have had better service. In fact, line crewman Bud Portie called to my attention when I arrived that the nose gear on my Mooney Ovation2 had been turned tight enough to pop some paint on the contact bars. He wanted me to know that he was aware of the limited turning radius of Mooneys, and that my plane arrived in that condition. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT BEFORE! Bud was the first line crewman I've ever had call the nose gear matter to my attention. That was outstanding! I have called the matter to the attention of linecrewmen, but this is the first time I didn't have to initiate it. Great work, AeroPremier! I'll be back!

Wonderful service-we came in today in a Warrior that only needed 10 gal of LL but were treated like the biggest customer they have. Lineman was waiting and very friendly as was the entire staff, used a car to go downtown, no charge for anything but the LL and the price was the lowest FS I've seen. Don't pass this one up if your anywhere close, the service, people and prices are tops!

Lisa, Jessica et al. What great service. The comments posted here on AirNav do not go far enough in describing the entire experience dealing with Aero Premiere. This FBO goes above and beyond the call of duty on so many levels and all with a smile and professionalism!

I flew in to Lakefront last week and was blown away with the service from AeroPremier. I was in a Saratoga and was treated like I stepped off of a Gulfstream. Lisa, the manager, had a car waiting to take me downtown for a tight meeting schedule. I had to leave the following morning before a presidential TFR shut things down for the day. The plane was fueled and ready as I pulled up. It took only moments to settle up and step into the plane with cold water, a bag of warm cookies and a complimentary Wall Street Journal. The fuel is extremely inexpensive and landing and ramp fees are waived with purchase. The people and facility have made this my FBO for my next trip into New Orleans.

The crew here is great. I called ahead to schedule an oil change for my Piper Malibu. Flew in the same afternoon. An hour and a half later they had me ready to go. Great fuel prices and fast service will keep me coming back. This is the best place to go if you are going to downtown New Orleans.

Called in about 50 miles out in my BE33 about fuel prices - which were the best on field. The manager said, "so, we'll be seeing you, right?" Excellent and very friendly service. Courteous and knowledgeable line guys. Offered up a crew car and a recommendation for a place to grab lunch. A real pleasure and the right price on fuel.

We flew in on 06/11/09 for a multi-day photo shoot of the city. AeroPremier Jet arranged our rental car and hotel, both of which were nice. Their temporary building houses all the services that one could hope for in an FBO, but even more important is how they treat customers. We arrived late at night and called them on their ASRI frequency, and the lineman waited for us until 20 minutes after closing at no charge and offered us cookies and cold water after our 4 hour flight! Manager Lisa is also extremely friendly and energetic and will happily refer you to local attractions and hotspots. This FBO is a true representation of the spirit of New Orleans!

Get 100% world-class service at Aero Premier. We were flying from California to Orlando, FL, and needed a place to stay the night. Where better than New Orleans' Cajun culture and spice of life? This stop made our trip so much more than just a slog across the country. We will stop here every time we are going to Florida. It was a short 4 hours from Orlando, so we departed later in the day after a night of great drinks and great entertainment and great music on Bourbon St. and Frenchman St. We were offered fresh cookies, water, got us a wonderful taxi ride with the most professional driver I've ever ridden with, and reservations at the Holiday Inn on Bourbon St. For only $69.00. They put our C-128T in a hangar for $20/night and had our plane ready and waiting at noon the next day as promised. The let us print our flight plans on their printer in the planning room before departure. I've NEVER been treated so well! New Orleans will emerge from its challenges better than ever.

Sonny, you are a rockstar. Jenny, thanks for not calling me an idiot after you offered to print off directions, I declined subsequently calling you 5 minutes later and asking for directions. Can't wait for the new one to open it should be incredible. A+ See you all on Saturday.

This FBO is the as good as any FBO I have ever been with! The personnel really made us feel like they wanted and appreciated our business. They made a hotel reservation, had a rental car ready to go and they had printed out maps to the hotel. You cannot find a more cooperative and friendly staff than AeroPremier at NEW.

From Glenn Reynolds on 09-Jan-2009

We have flown our C182 across country four times and this FBO is the BEST! Jenny set us up with a great hotel (at a great rate); she had maps of where to go and what to do. Our stay in New Orleans was really special and the credit goes to AeroPremier for an outstanding job. This team gets my highest recommendation.

Stopped into AeroPremier on Sunday for a quick turn in a CJ2. Courteous, competent, and helpful. GPU was connected right away and fueling was efficient. Nothing fancy, but their service was top drawer and there attention to detail both on the ramp and in the FBO was much appreciated. Thanks!

Flew down to lakefront yesterday (Sunday) from Shreveport, LA. I called the day before and told them I needed the crew car to go to a kid’s b-day party at the zoo. When I landed, they took real good care of my plane. Had the crew car waiting along with a map having turn-by-turn directions to the zoo from their FBO. When I returned, they had a little box of cookies and bottled water waiting for my trip home. They got the best cookies on the field! Next time I'm in New Orleans I'll be using them.

What a GREAT FBO!! Friendly people all round and great service. The moment we pulled our plane onto the ramp, they brought our rental car right up to the plane and helped us unload!! Everyone on the ground from the linesman (Sonny), Customer Manager (Jenny) and even the GM (Keith) did their level best to give us one of the best experiences we've had in a looong time. I will definitely visit them again when I come through KNEW.

On November 1, 2008 we flew to NEW, our first time flying to New Orleans and picked AeroPremier based on the comments found on AirNav. We were and are extremely pleased with their service. Jenny suggested restaurants, made hotel reservations and arrangements for a taxi. Keith's team took care of the airplane and made sure that even the smallest detail was not overlooked. We definitely will come back and will also recommend AeroPremier!!! Cessna 172BW

Great FBO. The staff goes out of their way to make your trip as pleasant as can be. Rental cars were waiting when we arrived. Plane was on-line when promised. Staff is very courteous. Convenient location on the field. Well worth the visit.

What a fantastic FBO! We visit dozens of FBO's and this has been by far one of the best and personalized experiences we have received. I cannot even begin to list the extras that Corey and Jennifer and the line guys provided. Thank you very much for everything.

Wow! Carpet at the door, Car at the door with the air on, and a hangar for the airplane that night. Simply the best most professional staff at KNEW. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Great experience! Keith and Jenny emailed info during planning, met us with cold drinks on a hot, humid afternoon arrival, and had our Comanche in the hangar for us to unload in the shade.

Excellent service! Keith Holcomb goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I arrived late Sunday afternoon and I had called ahead for a rental car. When I arrived I realized that I didn't have my driver's license with me and Enterprise would not let me rent the car without it. Keith drove me to the Avenue Plaza and came back for me the next morning. He wouldn't even accept my offer of a tip! I will definitely stop here again any time I come through New Orleans.

From Steven Peretz on 25-Jun-2008

This new, locally-owned and managed FBO provides top notch. Our arrival at NEW last Saturday afternoon in a Columbia 400 required that we have the engine examined to correct a hot-running cylinder. Aero Premier's general manager, Keith Holcomb, a former TWA pilot and a current A&P, offered to inspect the engine Sunday morning and report the condition. The next morning at 9am he called as promise and managed to correct the problem fast enough so that we could leave Sunday afternoon as scheduled. He also provided hangar space and topped off our 02 system at very reasonable pricing. In advance of our arrival, and during our stay in New Orleans, Aero Premier's front desk girls, Jenny and Cory, called us several times to see if we required any special services, thereby fortifying the tradition of Southern hospitality. Keith and his team work 12-hour days to make sure everything goes just right and so far their efforts have paid off handsomely in a tremendous customer service experience.

I stayed with AeroPremier Jet Center during a recent visit to New Orleans. I was initially concerned that they might not cater to piston aircraft but that is not the case. Their service was far above average. They provided a fuel discount, a reasonable hangar rate and good accommodations / line service. Four stars...

Happy to see lakefront airport growing up again, it’s very exciting for us trainee pilots to meet more people in aviation while we are growing in aviation! Good luck!
