I was initially very pleased to see Landmark move into the old Kaiser Air facility at KOAK. Unfortunately the staff at Landmark has proven to be less than competent with respect to rental cars, aircraft fueling, and credit card usage. On three separate occasions between January and May of 2012, I was either over charged or incorrectly charged for cars and fuel. On two occasions, I was charged for aircraft fuel purchased by another party. This despite having had conversations with Landmark's staff on prior occasions about the errors that were made and about how to correctly process charges in the future. As much as the Landmark staff has always been pleasant, I would highly recommend keeping very close tabs on your credit card if you choose to use their facility.

Landmark is absolutely the place for light GA. Landed a few weeks back, bought fuel had fee waived. They offered to help with transport to BART and treated me like a big jet customer. Will be using Landmark for every visit to OAK!

Both when I landed and when I left in a small single engine plane, there were plenty of other big iron planes around -- Citations, Pilatus and three fighter jets. The team at Landmark nonetheless treated me like any other valuable customer with fast service and courtesy. I was impressed and will return.

Great place to stop if you're landing in the bay area. Friendly folks treated me well even though I was in a little experimental. I'll be back. One night parking and ramp fee waive with 7 gallons fuel purchase.

I travel with some frequency to KOAK; this is the first time I used Landmark (they only recently opened). All of the staff was competent and went out of their way to be friendly and responsive. Excellent facilities. All of that for $15 the first night and $8 for the second night for my Bonanza. They get my future business!

Super Service, Excellent! C182 arrived and was met by a jogging lineman who tied down my plane, chocked it and asked twice if there was anything, anything at all, they could do for me, they waived all fees and made me feel very welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this FBO.

As fuel prices continue to soar @ OAK, it's nice that Landmark has come in as a lower priced alternative. Prompt response and great service. They can't take a credit card on the truck yet so for those who have a hangar on the field, you have to go into the FBO to put a credit card on file. No service charge or other gotchas. Due to huge disparity in fuel prices, I still try to refuel somewhere else before returning to OAK where I keep my airplane. But it's nice to know there is a lower priced alternative to Kaiser & Business Jets (without a reduction in service) when I need them.

Landmark has taken over the old KaiserAir facility, complete with piston aircraft parking, secure car parking, and a shuttle to the closest BART station!

For everyone that has been going to Kaiser forever, you'll want to start going here to Landmark instead. They took over the building that used to be Kaiser (and Kaiser has since moved). I arrived in a single engine piston (Cirrus) and stayed overnight. I bought fuel and they waived all other fees (No overnight fee or ramp fee or anything, just fuel). The staff was SUPER friendly. (Even though it was a holiday, when most people don't want to be at work..) Thanks to everyone for the great service!

My first experience with the new Landmark FBO at Oakland was excellent! I had phoned ahead to let them know I was coming in my Cirrus, and their "follow me" cart was waiting before I had even turned off the runway. They provided friendly assistance with our luggage and with securing the airplane for our two-night stay. At the end of our stay, I found that the fueling I requested had been accurately performed and that we were charged only $8.00 per night for parking. (There were no additional fees.) The folks at Landmark seem genuinely interested in customers in airplanes of all sizes, and I look forward to giving them repeat business. (The beautifully appointed lounge is also a plus!)
