Flew in to OJC recently in a new Bonanza; line guys were very friendly and found space for my airplane in the hangar when I was not able to lock the aircraft door. Gals at the front desk were very friendly and connected me with a courtesy car for a quick errand.

Very nice people and facility. I almost regretted I didn't need any $5.25/gal gas (really). This seems to be the place for the little guy at OJC. Apparently if I needed service beyond the pumping of high priced gas it wouldn't be provided at KCAC since my plane is older than 18years.

I was in today on a business trip in my Lance. The ramp is a little confusing on where to park but a lineman did come out and marshal me in. I did not need any fuel but everyone was friendly and willing to help. I will be back.

Recently stopped here on a cross-country trip. The service was wonderful and everything there as friendly as could be. Highly recommended!

Decided to give them a try this visit. Very nice people, especially the front desk people. Hanger is cheaper than KCAC and they will negotiate on fuel. They could use a better sign out front on the road: the people comming to pick me up had trouble finding the driveway in the dark. The maint department is small and was too busy to help me so I had the plane tugged across the field to KCAC.

These guys really try to help! My wife and I are there often in our Duke, and Roger's team is VERY helpful. Real customer service is rare these days, but John, Josh, Adam, Roger and everyone else there try to take care of you. Thanks, I'll be back every time I'm in the area.

A1 service at Air Associates. They arranged rental car on Sunday (happened to have one on hand, but appreciated it) and everything handled very nicely: free ice-cold drinks, free ice; very pleasant lady running the desk gave top-notch help. Located just east of Rwy 18 threshold.

The folks at Air Associates took great care of me and my Citabria during a week long stay in Kansas City in August 2005. Everyone was very friendly and they significantly discounted my hangar and fuel charges. They run a great operation and I highly recommend them if you come to OJC. It's a great airport too! My hats off to the owner Tom, to Roger and the lineman team, and to LeAnne and the others working the front desk. I'll definitely be back.
