Deb and the crew provided outstanding service in the snow and cold and helped us get some required maintenance for N969BD. A very professional and very friendly operation. We will be back!

I have landed at 100's of FBO's and this one tops them all. Debbie and Evan are what GA is all about. Thanks for the cozy fire and cold beer;) I look forward to seeing you guys again.

I must recommend this FBO even though my experience with it is quite old... I have been an exchange student for 4 months in Olympia during last winter and I wanted to discover Washington from the above. When I arrived at JAS, Deb and her staff, Cameron and Fred welcomed me, as I had never been before. I discovered a skillful and friendly crew, which did everything in their power to help me achieve my request. Thanks to all of them, I got my FAA conversion license from my JAA one. There were always a friendly atmosphere in the pilot lounge and I'll never forget how kind they were. Although I did not fly a lot, I spent many time over there and it was always a pleasure to be with them. Should I also not forget to mention the many times Deb or Fred picked me up from Olympia or drove me back to spare me walking in the rain and taking the bus. I'll never forget them and their kindness!

Kudos to Deb and her staff. Talk about going above and beyond! I needed to arrange a place for the 99s to fly into and have a meeting. Deb offered the JAS meeting room and even arranged for a wonderful buffet lunch for our group. Truly, one of the most hospitable and helpful FBOs I've ever encountered. Although I didn't need to use all the facilities available, I did notice the comfortable pilot lounge, sleeping rooms and courtesy car. I highly recommend JAS to anyone looking for an FBO in the Seattle or SW Washington area!

These are the greatest folks around. Many of you may remember the Mercedes that was graciously loaned out as a courtesy care. Somebody (no names here) was very bad to a very cool car. It will cost a lot of money to repair, but with any luck it will be repaired and we poor pilots will once again get a chance to drive. Next time you are in drop a few dollars in the "fix the Mercedes fund" and know that you are helping everyone, not just the owners. Courtesy cars are a privilege, not a right.

KOLM is my home base (I'm in a flying club there) and I always get top-notch service from the folks at Jorgensen. Cameron from the staff gets special kudos from me for going above and beyond last week to help me out of a logistical pinch. I highly recommend Jorgensen for great customer service!

The Olympia Regional Airport is my home base, and Jorgenson Air Services has been my FBO since Debbie Jorgensen took over three years ago. Her staff is first rate and they always have the lowest fuel prices in the area. They have a Welcome Home attitude and will help out any way they can. They have a nice lounge with plenty of hot coffee, and pop corn. They also have computers available for flight planning. When passing through I would suggest that you take a short walk to the Olympic Flight Museum, they are open from Wednesday to Sunday.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Debbie and one of her line workers, both very exceptional. The courtesy car was great, and we kept it over night. Before departure she offered us all kinds of goodies-all part of the service. And of course all the usual FBO necessities were first rate. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great service there! Owner Debbie was a delight and had loaner car ready to roll. Fuel service was spot on. Atmosphere there above par in all ways. Ya just felt like you had come home!

Stopped at KOLM a few weeks ago, needed to go downtown for some quick business. Their courtesy car was down for repairs so Debbie was kind enough to drive me downtown. Talk about going above and beyond, these folks are great!

If you land at OLM, stop in at Jorgensen Air. Great service and prices. Upon arrival, we were led to parking and fueled. After opting to stay the night, Debbie (the owner) arranged for a hotel and provided transportation to and from the hotel as well as providing a plastic drop cloth to place over the aircraft (I forgot to bring the cockpit cover).

From Jeff Sconce on 13-Jan-2010

We enjoyed our trip to the Olympia Airport, however we were put off by the experience at Jorgensen Air Service. My family and I flew in from Portland and while we were in the lobby the woman who introduced herself as the owner started yelling and berating her servicemen in front of my wife and self. It was very unprofessional and stressful. I also left with a bill that was almost 6 cents more to the gallon than advertised. Overall not a good experience.

Response from Debbie Jorgensen, Owner, Jorgensen Air Service
Mr. Sconce's experience at Jorgensen Air Service is truly regrettable. Our top priorities are the safety, security and service of our pilots, aircraft and guests. We humbly and sincerely regret any unpleasant experience he may have experienced while visiting here and would love the chance to rectify his impression. If Mr. Sconce were ever to return we would gladly reimburse him any overcharge he thought might have occurred and offer him an additional 10% discount on his next purchase. We would like to thank Mr. Sconse for patronizing JAS and taking the time to post his comments.

We flew into Olympia for a mini vacation on August 25th. Debbie the owner was fantastic. She had our rental car ready and a tie down all set up. Very friendly staff and excellent service. I highly recommend Jorgensen Air Service next time you're in Olympia.

Great little FBO on east side of field conveniently located at end of Txwy F. Warm hospitality, hot coffee, popcorn, well-appointed lounge, flight planning room, meeting room. Highly recommended.

From Roy Gentry on 08-Sep-2009

I flew to Olympia a few months back and wasn't sure what FBO to use. So I picked Jorgensen Air Service. I had realized that I made the right choice when I had a problem with Exxon points. I talked to Debbie and was surprised that even though I had left and was 2, 000 miles away. She took a hold of the problem like I was standing there. So in return I will always recommend this FBO were ever I hear a crew or person needs a great FBO in the SEA area. Great job and prices, Thanks for being a GREAT place to do business.
