We were in Omaha last week on two separate occasions. Stopped in at Elliot, service was absolutely excellent!! Not only did they service our aircraft great, they "offered a ride to hotel, and upon finding we were late for a meeting, offered to let us drop our bags at hotel, carry us to our meeting location! I will never use anyone but them while in Omaha. Departure was just as pleasant. Brent Snodgrass BE58P N58TR

Stopped here unintentionally due to a faulty oil pressure gauge. Line guys and staff were great. Mechanics took the plane right into the hangar and found out the problem very quickly and got me on my way within an hour. Loaned me the crew car to get a quick sandwich while they topped me off. Very good experience even though unplanned stop.

Came in with the King Air to drop passengers and quick turn. Called in 20 minutes prior to landing with a last minute catering request. The staff at Elliot had us topped off and ready to go within 15 minutes of hitting the ramp. They even went out of their way to pickup our crew meal (Papa Johns Pizza) when they found out that it would not be delivered until after our intended departure time. Facilities were right on par with the fantastic line and front desk staff as well. Elliot is the only place to go in OMA as far as I am concerned- we will be back. Thanks Guys!

We picked Elliott as a place to take a break on my IFR X/C trip. I fly an experimental and was treated just as well as the big boys. Great line and front desk and the facilities are great. Courtesy car to grab some lunch. Elliott in Moline is also a great stop, which we regularly make.

Line and desk staff very friendly and professional. Courtesy car here is nice (TAC Air does not have a courtesy car). $35/day for Hertz rental was great.

Took a friend to meet his commercial flight. Stopped at Elliott, borrowed a car to get him across to the terminal. Was greeted by friendly staff and awesome facilities.

My Bonanza and I were greeted by not one, but two, line guys on a very quiet Saturday afternoon. The person behind the counter arranged for a hotel; she went out of her way to make sure that I was getting a good deal and also arranged for a line person to drive me to the downtown hotel. That line person had glowing positive things to say about how Elliott treats its employees and how much he enjoys his job. Elliott must be a really good company to work for - it showed in the terrific attitude of everyone with whom I dealt at this FBO.

I landed May 4, 2007 in a Cherokee Six. Business jets surrounded me. I was treated royally as if I was in one of the jets. It was a first class operation all around: friendly, prompt, easy to obtain a rental car, fair fuel price ($4.59 total), great lounge and lobby, easy location for getting to downtown.
