We stopped at KONY on 10/26/2009. Avgas was 3.39. Self serve worked well.

Flew in on Monday for fuel, found the price excellent and the pilot's lounge comfortable. Air Tractor pilots were very friendly.

I made my first stop here Sunday 8/23/2009. Found the self-serve to work great. Fuel price is very competitive. FBO building was open and clean with restroom facilities. I would have like some vending service for water or other drink.

I made my first stop here in 1989 and have always had a pleasant experience. Self Service fuel has always been quick and easy, the ramp, taxiways and runways clear of F.O.D. And a pilot's lounge near the pumps has always been clean and comfortable. Also, if you get in a pickle, Stark's Aviation is a good place to be if you need work done on your airplane. I purchased a new NAV-COM and Transponder when my old transponder suddenly died. I used the airport courtesy car for a trip to town for a meal. Also, the fuel price for 100LL is VERY FAIR.

Arrived June 21 but no one answered Unicom to confirm fuel availability; sure enough, self-serve tanks were empty and inop. Only beverage was canned drink. Bummer. Next time I will use Graham for transient refueling, Graham has a nice FBO, hot coffee, monitors Unicom, etc
