I've been flying in and out of Opa Locka for some time now and I've had the opportunity of using the different FBO's on the field. I must admit that Orion has definitely provided me with the best service and pricing that I have received. I highly recommend anyone pilot to consider Orion on their next visit to KOPF.

Great and friendly service. Make frequent trips to Miami to watch DOLPHIN games. KOPF is close and convenient to SunLife stadium, while Orion always has rental cars ready with great support for a quick trip to the game, making game day easy. Fuel service and AVTRIP points all part of a good FBO experience. Phins up!

The exceptional thing about Orion is how the staff will always have a smile on their face and are always helpful. Yami and Alina behind the desk are always willing to help with whatever they can. It's nice to get customer service like you get at Orion.

The folks at Orion were very helpful and accommodating especially Priscilla at the front desk. We were there for the day in our Citation and Orion provided everything we needed. Good stop in OPF!

Orion Jet Center is by the far the best FBO in south Florida. They provide a top notch service and will bend over backwards for the customer. Everything is always done efficiently and correctly. All the men and women that work at Orion take pride in the job the do and it shows. I will not choose to go anywhere else.

Excellent FBO and probably one of the best in the Miami area. The line staff is top notch. Our rental car was brought to the plane within seconds of shutting down and our bags were loaded and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. The overnight fees were reasonable and so was the JET-A. Orion is the only FBO I'll use when visiting KOPF.

Had a good experience at Orion. Flew in with my Mooney and was treated well. Took on 10 gallons of fuel (price was quite high), but also used crew car and was gone for 2 hours. I told the staff ahead of time that we would be a couple of hours and they were fine. The extra price for the fuel was well worth the savings of having to rent a car or call a cab, as we had to drive to Hallandale Beach for a meeting. The cold diet coke was a nice treat as well. Although the building is only a trailer, it is very, very luxurious on the inside. I will return to Orion on my next trip back to OPF.

I checked the other airports is the Miami area and found that Orion was a no brainer, we saved approx. $1400.00 in fuel alone. They took good care of us upon arrival and speedily got the owners of our jet on their way. Then the Manager offers us (the pilots) a round of golf at their Country Club for free. They provided clubs and all. It was an extremely nice place, and an awesome round of golf. We loved it!!! That is going the extra mile!!!! We will be back and I will encourage everyone to visit!!!!!

If you don't have a jet, don't bother coming here. It is pretty apparent from the multiple times I have stopped here to fuel up and take a break, that they do not car about the business of small aircraft. I am a local CFII and fly to this airport often. I am usually in my schools brand new C182, and usually ask for at least 1/2 a tank of gas. Still I am treated like a second class citizen, and the pilots of the private jets are treated like rock stars. I have been to all the FBO's on the field, and I would recommend going to where you will be treated with much more respect.

The entire staff at Orion is top notch. Every time I fly in, they treat me like family. Paul, Nina, Danaisy, and Priscilla all know me by name. It's nice to have a home away from home.

Orion Jet Center is the best FBO in South Florida hands down. No matter if you're driving a BBJ or a Skyhawk the service is top notch! The line guys have redefined the term quick turn, and the guys/girls behind the desk friendliest, most helpful people I’ve ever ran into at an FBO. If you want to see great customer service and cheap fuel prices in the Miami area this is the FBO!

I went to Orion at OPF on Oct. 18th 2010 this is a great FBO! We flew our 'little' Cessna 152 up there between a lot of business jets and they still treated us really well! We got a nice courtesy car and we went to the city to grab something to eat. Luigi was behind the desk and he and his crew treated us superb! This airport doesn't treat us as 'small aviation' different than the jets and that was great! I would recommend Orion to everybody who visits OPF! Thanks a lot!

I can tell that Orion must treat its employees with great care & respect because it illuminates from them each and every time we fly into Opa Locka. As with most places, rates are competitive and the local acceptable. But what really stood out on our recent visit was the staff. The ramp guys on the ready. Luigi and Nina, the two staff members behind the counter, received us kindly; all seemingly going that extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable and taken care of. Almost seemed like the staff there are the actual owners of Orion! Just a great experience all around. Thank you to the staff at Orion for a most pleasant visit to South Florida. And kudos to the management of Orion for providing them an atmosphere where your staff can excel at customer service.

We get into Opa Locka regularly and have tried all the FBO's on the field. Orion shines the brightest of all. Great fuel prices, nice facility and outstanding line service office personal! Cleared customs recently and line service was there to help get our bags into customs! WOW, what service!!!

Orion called a taxi for me-after an hour and no taxi, they took me to town in the company vehicle. Great guys and gals - Albert, Nina, Priscilla-went out of their way to help. Aircraft service was perfect, mechanic fixed a cotter key, which had come off w/out even charging. We'll certainly be back.

Arrived Friday for a trip down to the Ultra Music Festival with my boys. Place is much nicer on the inside than the outside! Cold sodas, water and hot popcorn were waiting. Nice TVs, pilot lounge and Internet. Two things I wasn't crazy about - only one toilet in each restroom and I was charged $15.00 per night parking even with fuel purchase. People were all friendly though and rental car was brought planeside as previously reserved. Will be back.

Our training flight landed late at KOPF and we taxied over to Flightline. We found that it was closed and walked over to Orion's ramp (open 24 hours). Even though our aircraft, a PA-28, was parked on another FBO's ramp the Orion staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even let us use the crew car to make a quick stop for food. If that's any indication of their attitude toward customer service, then Orion will be around for a very long time. You’re my new FBO of choice in South Florida! Thanks again!
