No frills but nice. Transient aircraft park at the blue cones -- which, coincidentally, are the ones that are hardest to get to and that are tail-to the prevailing winds.

Latest FAA update shows CTAF Freq to be 122.9 the airport manager is not aware of a change from 128.25. I will update this site as soon as I hear anything further.

This is one of my favorite airports! Easy to tie down, and easy access to the terminal. Love the area around it, and both approaches are fabulous! Especially flying over the road when coming north. Hope to go camping there soon.

Great little airport! There are "twin" tie downs near the north end past the "Biplane" hangar. The self-serve hose was a little short to get to the main tank on the far wing of my Cessna 421 when I taxied abeam the pump. Luckily, with the short runway, I did not need to add much gas and was able to put it into the aux tank on that side.

I flew in there last week. It's a semi-short runway but not to bad. There is a trail that leads into town. If you walk to the north end of the field, just cross the street and you know your on the trail when you look left and see the Fire Department. Very nice getaway, would definitely come back. Lets just say when I jumped back into the plane I had 4 or 5 real estate books. So if you are ever in the area stop on by and check it out!!
