Stopped for a few nights in my Bonanza. EA is the low-price arm of Ocean Air. Cheap gas and free hangar but nothing else. Line guys are nice, they come down of Ocean Air to let you into the EA building, which is the old terminal building, empty and not yet remodeled so it's just a ticket counter, waiting area and restrooms, no staff, no lights, all locked up. If you have passengers, they won't be impressed by this, better go to one of the other FBOs.
