I spent the past weekend in Seattle and my plane stayed with Castle & Cooke. Overall, a very good experience. Nice facilities, plenty of ramp space, very friendly people. Currently PAE taxiways and runways are littered with Boeing jets making taxiing difficult. I landed after tower closed and fortunately C&C were up on Unicom and gave me perfect taxi directions. Their ramp does not have tie-downs, so your only option is chocks and hope the winds don't kick-up. Their self-serve pump is located far from the FBO and is very slow. It took 15 minutes to pump 80 gallons (yes, I timed it). I'm not sure if there is a problem with the pump or if this is standard. We let the lineman know and it sounds like they're aware of it.

Very friendly staff and easy to use self-service fuel island. If you plan an early departure be sure to write down the gate code when you leave because they don't open until 8am.

Landed there last Wednesday evening - an hour later than we'd planned. The lineman and our rental car were waiting for us. Great place, excellent service, and enjoyed chatting with Tina and Terry before our return flight on Friday.

I Landed at Paine field last Thursday to attend a meeting in Mukilteo. A friend, who flies Kerosene burners for a living, flies his employers into Paine field regularly. When I asked his advise on where to park, since this was my first trip to Paine. He told me Castle and Cooke; clean, comfortable and friendly service. Well he was 100%. From the time the ramp attendant parked me to the time I departed, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again to Castle and Cooke, you guys are awesome!

Sunday evening, a mile above Whidbey Island enroute to Renton, my son and I decided we needed a potty break, and NOW. Ground gave us progressives to C&C below the tower. The lineman marshalled us in, chocked the tire, and held the door so we could use the men's room, then turn around and head right back out. I'm not sure when I'll need fuel from Paine since I'm based at Renton, but the courteous service even when we weren't buying suggests it's worth a stop for transient pilots.
