I arrived at 9:30 AM local time during a busy push. Staff from the line crew to the manager was all very professional and polite. I was in a piston single, treated just as well as if I had been in a Gulfstream. Thank you to Richard and staff.

Atlantic is the only FBO at PDK that will let me stop on the ramp for <5 minutes to pick up/drop off passengers without dinging me for a $20 ramp fee. We don't usually need services from this location since we're based so close to PDK, but this policy ensures that I always choose Atlantic over other FBOs when I travel outside the Atlanta area.

We stopped at KPDK yesterday to drop off a passenger and refuel for the long trip home. The service was awesome. The line crew, concierge and management are all superb. They gave our passenger a ride to his meeting rather than calling a cab. Outstanding FBO in all respects.

All I can say is Atlantic has great staff at PDK but the Atlantic policy is a showstopper for me. Farewell Atlantic.......

Another great experience (and I was in a flight school C172). Line personnel were VERY patient with me this morning when it turned out the plane was covered in frost. They helped me reposition it better into the sun so it would melt. While I waited for the plane to defrost, there was plenty of warm coffee inside and a comfortable pilot's lounge to relax in. I will go to Atlantic again if/when I go to PDK.

Extremely friendly FBO - we flew in with my infant daughter (her first cross-country flight), and not only did Fred at Atlantic remember her when we returned, but he had pulled several plastic bags for us to guard against any baby "incidents" on our return flight. He had a baggage cart out to the plane before I could even get out of it, and called in on the radio to let my friend who was meeting us know to come out to the plane. The water fountain was broken, so the desk cheerfully offered us bottled water instead (we didn't even have to ask), and the manager insisted on helping us load the car, even while much of their staff was busy setting up for the NBAA the following week. This is not a cheap fuel stop, but it is certainly worth the money. I'll be back.

Stopped by PDK from my home base 10 minutes away to pick up a few friends. After looking at the weather decided not to go. Even though I am a "local" guy and did not pick up anyone, I was charged a ramp fee. I will definitely avoid coming here again.

First time to PDK on Sunday 6/27/10 around 1pm. We were met and expeditiously parked right up front by "Horace", a most gracious and pleasant line host, obviously well-skilled in hospitality and customer service. His smile and handshake was a true welcome to Atlanta. I placed a fuel order and anticipated two hours ground time for lunch with friends who met us there. FBO was kind enough to recommend nearby dining, which turned out great. When we returned from lunch, the aircraft was pulled up, fully fueled, and ready. I have not had a more pleasant experience! Atlantic will be my choice when visiting Atlanta-PDK. Make no mistake about it -- Horace as your front man is THE reason I'll be back. Give the man a pay raise and a day off!

After shutdown on the Atlantic Ramp, I advised the line service man at the aircraft that I requested fuel. He said to check-in at the lobby, which I did and requested 20 gallons for my single-engine at the front desk and even gave the woman my credit card. I arrived at 1:30pm, and advised them I would leave at 2pm. The fueler never arrived even though I was standing by the aircraft waiting. I then went back inside to wait, and they never showed up. I did see line service walking around and not doing much, and they even fueled another plane that pulled up after me, a turbo-prop. I left at 2pm without the fuel. Very poor service and they were NOT busy.Response from Richard Thacker, General Manager, Atlantic Aviation Mr. Lincoln, We are not accustomed to hearing about poor service at this location so I do take your comments seriously and offer my sincerest apology. I have addressed the issue with our staff and am assured that the problem has been corrected. If you would give us another opportunity in the future I assure you that the service you sought will be there and I will personally make sure the fuel discount is more than generous to help make up for our previous shortfall. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience should you have any questions or concerns. Warmest Regards, Richard D. Stopped in yesterday to visit a friend during his layover. After three hours I asked if there was a fee for my time at their FBO. Ramp fee for my single engine Bonanza was $60.00!

I brought my daughter and her friend to a convention (in Buckhead) Saturday morning and Atlantic was great! I had called in advance and Atlantic was the ONLY FBO at PDK that was willing to shuttle us to the hotel in Buckhead for the convention. (Signature was only willing to drop us at the MARTA station 2 blocks away) Once we were done at the convention that evening, they brought us back and the plane was fueled and ready to go. All this for 9 gallons of AVGAS in a C172... (No ramp or shuttle fees!) The staff was also very friendly. Next time I go to PDK, I will definitely go to Atlantic.

Our flight department recently visited Atlantic PDK after being contacted by Andria Jones. Our pilots were treated with exceptional service and the aircraft was very professionally handled by the ground crew. The pilots had nothing but good things to say about Andria and the crew that met our plane. Thanks for contacting me Andria and thanks for the excellent service provided to our crew and passengers. It's always a pleasure to see your kind of service still exists, especially in the economic times we all face. Keep up the good work and more importantly the friendly and professional service.

Very nice, comfortable FBO. The staff was all delightful and quick to drop me off and pick me up from MARTA, making this a great airport to fly into for quick business meetings. Service was great and fees were very reasonable, lower than the other FBOs at PDK. Oh, and those warm oatmeal-cranberry cookies! What can I say- WOW!

The staff at Atlantic is top notch! Great line and counter personnel. Easy ramp access right off the main A taxiway, near tower. Amazing rocker recliners in the pilot lounge w/ big screen and cookies! Our company is there several times a week and it is always a pleasure. Thanks!
