Stopped in to PHF for the first time on the way to FL. Everything was excellent. Nice long runway very easy to spot arriving via CCV. Rick Aviation easy to find opposite Twy D even at night. Two line crew were waiting for us and had us parked and tied down in a jiffy then carried our bags inside and offered to give us a ride to the Hampton Inn and Suites. Top notch service and cheap fuel. Highly recommended.

Called in advance to find out about transportation options and location of FBO on field, and the person who answered was not helpful. Ended up going to Atlantic Aviation instead, and was very pleased.

Flew up for a day trip in my Cherokee 140 with my wife. Upon landing, received wonderful service from not one but three staff members, securing our plane, offering to help with bags, and processing the rental car. Landing fee only 5 bucks, and I wasn't required or even pressured to purchase fuel. Very polite folks and seemed genuinely glad you were there. We will be back.

Lovely people, Tina and Aimie were really helpful. Tina got us set up with a car rental. They had our car waiting on the ramp and treated very nicely. My only small complaint is that they didn't waive the first nights parking with the fuel purchase. We've stopped here before for fuel. Thank God, they're on the ramp, otherwise the other FBO would be really high on the fuel. They keep it competitive. We'll be back

Wonderful visit. My wife and I flew in for an overnight from Atlanta on our 182. We were treated with the utmost of care. Line crew was waiting for us as we rolled up. They helped with our bags, checked us in and took us to a local hotel. Next day the plane was fueled and ready to go. Very professional all the way around. Will definitely come back!

Courteous and prompt, even when I arrived unannounced. Complimentary ride to a local hotel. Great folks and very reasonable tie down fees.

Stopped in early evening unannounced, was met by the line guys who promptly took my fuel order. Very clean and modern facility. The folks at Rick graciously gave me a lift to a nearby hotel, and even picked me up on a Saturday morning when the hotel wasn't running it's airport shuttle. Very reasonable overnight fee for my Mooney. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for fuel on my way down to Charlotte. Nice facility, staff friendly enough, prices for fuel ok. All in all, a good stop.

Landed at PHF as JGG was below minimums. They guys at Rick were great! They were kind enough to give me a ride to my hangar at JGG. You have a customer for life. Thanks!

Great service from Rick Aviation again today. I've used them several times in the past. Flew in for the day and asked Maintenance to service the nose strut of my 172RG while I was there. Cheerfully agreed to do it and then didn't charge me. Just wished me a "Merry Christmas" and thanked me for doing business with them. Updated facilities are nice. Thank you, Rick Aviation.

My family and I flew in Newport News to attend my son's playoff game in nearby Poquoson. Rick Aviation treated us, and our little 170, like we were flying a Citation. Service driven personnel and spotless facilities made our stop great. I was expecting to rent a car, hoping to bum a ride, but I was thrilled when offered the courtesy van for a 3 hour period. I'm not saying we should ever expect to use a car for that long but it was late, the airport was dead and the after hours employees made a reasonable decision. Thanks!!!!

I am based at nearby Williamsburg Airport. Bill, the avionics guy at Rick Aviation does my radio work. He performed my Garmin upgrade and my altimeter and transponder inspections. Great, detailed work, that is always on schedule and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Whenever I am traveling up and down the east coast I usually plan my fuel stops at Rick Aviation. Their service is great and they have now upgraded and expanded their facility. Clean and spacious with a great flight planning room, pilot lounge, and kitchen. All new and without loss of the great service I have learned to expect.

Flew in early from KOFP for business and Rick Aviation staff were on the ramp waiting for me. I was charged a 5.00 ramp fee in addition to my 12.8 gallons fuel purchase but that seemed reasonable.

Arrived on a rainy Monday. Rather than a cab they gave me a ride to my destination. Above and beyond.
