A very nice facility. Free WSI, wireless Internet, free courtesy car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and help me set up at a local hotel (Ramkota, excellent too).

Dan the weekend line person went above and beyond to provide great service. I called ahead from Billings to see how late they would be open on a Saturday night (Sept 15). Dan said they closed at 9:00 PM. It looked like I would arrive PIR between 9 and 9:30. Dan said he would be happy to stay until I arrived. He also made a hotel reservation for us. I arrived at 9:15, and Dan was there to park me, get me tied down and take my fuel order. I then learned that he had to be back in to work at 5:00AM the next morning. That's customer focus. He got a good tip and much appreciation from us. Thanks again Dan and Capitol City Air.

Good service and reasonable fuel, a little surprised on the $50 charge to hangar the plane overnight, but they need to make a living. They called the Best Western for a room, a little off the beaten path, but a nice room.

Jim, the owner, met us on the ramp. We had an alternator problem and had the aircraft moved to the maintenance hangar and the problem fixed in short order. They arranged for a room at the Best Western and a shuttle to the hotel. Hotel was nice and reasonable, but quite a ways from the central area.

Chased in by thunderstorms on our way to Rapid City and spent 90 delightful minutes with these friendly folks. They had wireless Internet access, good facilities, and reasonably priced fuel.

We landed at PIR on a cold, windy and rainy day. Yet, we got fast, friendly service, a courtesy car and very clean facilities. Thank you.

Just plain great service at Capital City Air. Lineman was there for parking and we arranged a car on the walk into the building. No prior arrangements were made. While we were in town an unexpected line of thunderstorms started coming in to the area and they pushed our plane into a hangar just in case. Both gentlemen we delt with were friendly and helpful.

They hangared our Archer overnight. Provided the hotel service. Called the airport van which picked us up the following morning. Topped off the fuel, oil on the way back and included some free bottles of water. What else can a person ask for? Great service, great folks.

Great service. Helped us find a Suburban to take six hunting. Put our plane in the hanger and had it out and correctly fueled on schedule. Thanks. Decent prices for fuel too, so we took as much as we could hold plus the bison meat.

Capital City Air was a great fuel stop. I arrived a half hour after their published closing time. When I called the lineman earlier that day he told me there would be a $25 dollar late charge. However, when I did arrive and payed the charge was waived. The gentleman working line was the only person there. Nice facilities and clean restrooms. The lineman waited while stretched my legs and was very courteous. The aircraft was filled before I even finished the post flight. GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
