Friendly management, nice FBO. Used crew car to drive to the steak house in Como, Must Try!

Great experience. Nice field, runway, and facilities for a rural airport. Called ahead to coordinate use of courtesy car. Drove 15 minutes up to Como for a dinner meeting, and had a great steak at the local steak house. Plan a repeat trip to take the family up soon.

Dec. 29 2012 stopped in for 100LL due to Oxford UOX being closed over the Christmas holidays... Had trouble with the card scanner, but worked after the 4th scan. This is a good alternate fuel stop when UOX is closed or is having a home game. I would recommend to anyone.

Diverted to here due to storms, thought the fuel was cheaper than it was. Self serve did not dispense a receipt, had to gather information from gallons read on the counter and wait for the proper amount to show up online on my credit card. No wi-fi in the FBO, I wound up getting weather and filing flight plan using 3G on my smartphone. We did get a needed quick turnaround and FBO would have lent us a courtesy car to get lunch if we'd had time. Service date was 5/30/12.

The sign on the 100LL pump says $5.00. When the ticket prints out it is $5.75. I would not have tankered as much fuel had I known the truth.
