Very friendly staff. It's a little confusing as they are in the main terminal building now and when you call the phone number it actually rings in San Luis. The only way to call then is to call SBP and the girls reach the line guys in PRB via radio. Highly recommend

Led by the "follow-me" car (which was my rental car) to a parking spot, given the keys, and good to go. Return was just as easy. Helpful, friendly line guys, reasonable fuel prices. There is a new deli on the field that looked good, but didn't get a chance to try it--next time. DA40, KVGT

Stopped by on 12-9-12 for avgas and a lunch stop in town. The Jet Center is in the newer terminal building just south of the fuel pumps. Avgas was $5.29 self-serve (about the cheapest anywhere right now) and the pump was in good condition. The Jet Center kindly loaned us a crew car for the 10-minute drive to town. There's a 2-hour limit on the car, which is plenty for lunch. Note that there's now an Italian deli in the space where Matthew's used to be, but they are not open on the weekends during the winter (not sure if they plan to be open on weekends during the spring/summer/fall.) Anyhow, it was good to see plenty of activity today at PRB.

Superb is what describes the Paso Robles Jet Center service. Ken has elevated customer service to a new standard. Not knowing where to tie down, as soon as I taxied onto the terminal area he was on the radio guiding us to the proper location and suggested a space right along the big iron, nothing to good for my Diamond Star DA-40. As soon I shut down and opened the canopy, there was Ken with a big smile and those famous words we all like to hear "Welcome, how can I help you?" Within five minutes he our rental car in front of the plane with all the paperwork and then came back with the fuel truck, all before I could get used to this treatment. My wife had one word "WOW!" We like California Central Coast wines and generally visit the area twice or three times a year by car to re-stock our wine selections. This time on short notice we decided to fly and it looks like this will be the new routine. Thanks again Ken.

We're planning our 4th trip to Paso Robles this year and looking forward once more to fabulous service and friendly hospitality from Jet Center. They always go out of their way to do the very best. You would think they were one of 8 FBOs on the field vying for our business. They treat the two of us in my Husky as if we were 12 in a GS5. I cannot recommend PR Jet Center too highly.

I stopped in Paso Robles on Sat 2/5/11 a little after 3:00pm only to find that the rental cars in town all close on Sat at noon. The man from Jet Center made sure I was tied down in the proper place and had a way into town. I would like to let everyone know how much I appreciate the great service he provided for my wife and me. He was great. I will go back!

We flew in to PRB for a visit to Hearst Castle on a 95 degree day back in July. Upon landing, we taxied our 182 to parking behind the golf cart that met us near the parallel taxiway. When we reached our spot, we noticed they already pulled the rental car up with the AC blasting. They helped us push the plane back, put the cover on and got us on our way with no fuss. They even had a couple bottles of cold water in the car! The experience at the PRB jet center was just superb.

Looks like PRB is undergoing a bit of a renaissance with the arrival of the same folks who run the San Luis Jet Center. Self-serve 100LL price has definitely been reduced, and although Matthew's restaurant is no longer in business. The Jet Center has a courtesy car for local use, so you can visit Matthew's in town. Stop by the Estrella Warbird museum on the SE corner of the field if you have time; they've got some interesting aircraft.

We had to make an unexpected stop at PRB on a Saturday evening due to the weather (tops too high and icing). When we arrived at the terminal the manager already was waiting and showed us where to park. Then although we had no reserved car he gave us one of the rental returns at the field. He also spent some time showing us on the map where some of the hotels were in town as well as eating options. Next morning he towed the plane to the fuel island as a courtesy with no charge. Just for this and I would go back on purpose and not just as an unscheduled stop because of the weather.

Got in from KPAE at about 6:30 pm to find nobody around. Parked in front of the old Paso Robles Jet Center and called to find out where to park and how to pay the over night fee. There are no tiedowns so be sure to have your own chocks and tie downs if you are spending the evening. I got the same call center as previously stated. The girl on the other end was very helpful and called for a cab into town. The ride from KPRB to the Hampton in was about $20. Not much around in the area. The following morning we were greeted by a line guy who was very friendly and helpful. Topped off with 100LL from the self-serve pump and the overnight fees were waived. Not a lot for planning facilities, luckily I had done all that from the hotel prior to arriving at the airport. Overall not an outstanding experience, but I would definitely stop at KPRB again if I were in the area. The facilities were clean and well maintained and the fuel price was very reasonable.

First comment is that the line guy (Jim) is very friendly and helpful. Nice guy! The problem is that when you call Paso Robles Jet Center, you are actually calling San Luis Obispo Jet Center. I reserved a car for pick up in Paso. I called the day before the flight to confirm the vehicle. I even had a conversation with the lady on the phone about the Paso Robles Jet Center now being in the terminal, and how to return the vehicle after they close (7 pm), and the fact that she was in San Luis. Upon arrival at PRB, there was no vehicle. It was determined that the vehicle was in San Luis. Jim was able to contact Enterprise and arrange a car. My passengers got to their meeting; although a little late and in a sub compact.

I came in 19 pretty normal. Tie downs for prop guys are in front of terminal about 50 yards out - $3 per day. The Enterprise compact car I ordered was ready to go $45 plus $20 for drop off and pick-up. Great FBO the gentleman running the place was always asking if he could be of service.
