We're planning our 4th trip to Paso Robles this year and looking forward once more to fabulous service and friendly hospitality from Jet Center. They always go out of their way to do the very best. You would think they were one of 8 FBOs on the field vying for our business. They treat the two of us in my Husky as if we were 12 in a GS5. I cannot recommend PR Jet Center too highly.

I stopped in Paso Robles on Sat 2/5/11 a little after 3:00pm only to find that the rental cars in town all close on Sat at noon. The man from Jet Center made sure I was tied down in the proper place and had a way into town. I would like to let everyone know how much I appreciate the great service he provided for my wife and me. He was great. I will go back!

We flew in to PRB for a visit to Hearst Castle on a 95 degree day back in July. Upon landing, we taxied our 182 to parking behind the golf cart that met us near the parallel taxiway. When we reached our spot, we noticed they already pulled the rental car up with the AC blasting. They helped us push the plane back, put the cover on and got us on our way with no fuss. They even had a couple bottles of cold water in the car! The experience at the PRB jet center was just superb.

Looks like PRB is undergoing a bit of a renaissance with the arrival of the same folks who run the San Luis Jet Center. Self-serve 100LL price has definitely been reduced, and although Matthew's restaurant is no longer in business. The Jet Center has a courtesy car for local use, so you can visit Matthew's in town. Stop by the Estrella Warbird museum on the SE corner of the field if you have time; they've got some interesting aircraft.

We had to make an unexpected stop at PRB on a Saturday evening due to the weather (tops too high and icing). When we arrived at the terminal the manager already was waiting and showed us where to park. Then although we had no reserved car he gave us one of the rental returns at the field. He also spent some time showing us on the map where some of the hotels were in town as well as eating options. Next morning he towed the plane to the fuel island as a courtesy with no charge. Just for this and I would go back on purpose and not just as an unscheduled stop because of the weather.

Got in from KPAE at about 6:30 pm to find nobody around. Parked in front of the old Paso Robles Jet Center and called to find out where to park and how to pay the over night fee. There are no tiedowns so be sure to have your own chocks and tie downs if you are spending the evening. I got the same call center as previously stated. The girl on the other end was very helpful and called for a cab into town. The ride from KPRB to the Hampton in was about $20. Not much around in the area. The following morning we were greeted by a line guy who was very friendly and helpful. Topped off with 100LL from the self-serve pump and the overnight fees were waived. Not a lot for planning facilities, luckily I had done all that from the hotel prior to arriving at the airport. Overall not an outstanding experience, but I would definitely stop at KPRB again if I were in the area. The facilities were clean and well maintained and the fuel price was very reasonable.

First comment is that the line guy (Jim) is very friendly and helpful. Nice guy! The problem is that when you call Paso Robles Jet Center, you are actually calling San Luis Obispo Jet Center. I reserved a car for pick up in Paso. I called the day before the flight to confirm the vehicle. I even had a conversation with the lady on the phone about the Paso Robles Jet Center now being in the terminal, and how to return the vehicle after they close (7 pm), and the fact that she was in San Luis. Upon arrival at PRB, there was no vehicle. It was determined that the vehicle was in San Luis. Jim was able to contact Enterprise and arrange a car. My passengers got to their meeting; although a little late and in a sub compact.

I came in 19 pretty normal. Tie downs for prop guys are in front of terminal about 50 yards out - $3 per day. The Enterprise compact car I ordered was ready to go $45 plus $20 for drop off and pick-up. Great FBO the gentleman running the place was always asking if he could be of service.

I called Jet Center at 3pm on a Monday asking how late they would be open. They told me 7pm. Unfortunately, I showed up at 4:30pm to find out they had closed early and gone home for the day. Sign did not specify if it was an emergency or not...If it was, I can forgive them. If they were just being lazy, shame on them.Response from Andrew Robillard, Paso Robles Jet Center Ryan, I believe you might have gone to the old Paso Robles Jet Center. The old Jet Center is locked up and is not currently in use. The new Jet Center is located in the main terminal building, where the bar used to be. I can assure you that we were open on the day and time you visited. If you did come into the main terminal and didn't see anyone around it was most likely due to the fact that we were out fueling. If there isn't a line tech around you can always pickup one of the two courtesy phones to speak with a customer service agent who can connect you with the line tech. If you have any questions or comments please send me an email, Andrew Robillard (arobillard@sljc.net).

Flew in for an over night visit. Paso Robles Jet Center is out of business. ACI is working out of the terminal. Very polite and helpful staff. Enterprise will drop off a car at the terminal, but there is a 20-dollar fee. Great place for a wine and dine visit. Very nice people here.

I flew into KPRB for business Monday morning. Line crew at the Jet Center was prompt in getting me into my rental car. NOTE: Mathew's Restaurant is closed and out of business! Returning Tuesday afternoon was equally easy. Line crew pointed me to the self-serve pumps and said pumping my own would save me a bundle. So I did. The City of Paso Robles is currently taking bids for the FBO spot. The folks from The Jet Center at San Luis Obispo are temporarily operating the Jet Center. They are doing a great job and I hope they get the contract. KPRB is definitely a nice alternative destination when the coast is socked in low IFR. I was very pleased with my experience and will return again.

Stopped with a King Air on Sat, May 1st, due to a special event their staff was very busy. After about a 30-minute delay, they called in an extra employee to get our passenger on their way in a rental car. For the inconvenience, they gave us a discount on the fuel and the passenger a couple bottles of wine. Their effort was much appreciated. These are the same folks that give great service at SBP. I hope they make a go of it here.
