When I arrived at ADI on 10/12/09 I was meet with nothing but professionalism. The customer service was exceptional. They had my rental car warmed up and ready to go, including pre-printed directions placed in the car. When I returned, they asked me how my meeting went and even shook my hand. I will definitely be returning to ADI on my next trip. Very caring staff.

I visited ADI on 10-19-07. We arrived in our 172's at about 8:30 EDT. As I was taxiing up to the ramp, line service was marshalling a King Air out. I waited a minute an pulled in where the King Air was, trying to make it easier on the line guy, as I am one myself. As I was pulling up the line guy started to walk away, and just gave us a thumbs up as our signal to stop. They didn't seem to want our business, even though they weren't busy at the time. I would recommend one of the other FBOs on the field. As ground said, " We have about 52 of them."
