This write up is for the parts department. I ordered a part from the parts department and it turned out to be the wrong part. The refuse to take it back. Now I am stuck with an expensive part I cannot use. If the experience represents the rest of the management staff at ADI, then I would avoid them.

Stopped on a winter day. Car rental guy was out getting our car, nice guy and helpful. It was snowing, and I got an inside hangar $80 a night. With fuel discount. Seems expensive for my Bonanza. Line guys very helpful with transport to local hotel and dinner recommendations. I'll check ahead for hangar rates!!!

When I arrived at ADI on 10/12/09 I was meet with nothing but professionalism. The customer service was exceptional. They had my rental car warmed up and ready to go, including pre-printed directions placed in the car. When I returned, they asked me how my meeting went and even shook my hand. I will definitely be returning to ADI on my next trip. Very caring staff.
