Terrific service from great friendly personnel. We had called a day ahead needing a crew car. Lineman directed us to a parking spot directly in front of the building and handed us the keys to the crew car parked 40 feet away. We were in the car and on our way within minutes of landing. Only possible complaint -- the fuel price listed on AirNav (which was updated one day prior) said $5.56 and the Michigan Aviation website stated 10 cent / gal discount with AirBP credit card which we used. My anticipation was that would equal $5.46 but we were charged $5.69 (25 cents a gallon more) on the credit card receipt that was provided. That's about a +$12 difference on the 46 gallons we purchased. The good service and free use of a crew car made up for it, but just mentioning this so others might check before leaving - which I didn't. Bottom line -- I'd return here.

We stopped in today to drop off a load of pilots-n-paws puppies. Had planned to get fuel, but forgot my wallet. Whoops. (Glad I didn’t get ramped). Todd was very accommodating and helpful with the dogs and folks picking them up. Nice facility, plenty of parking, easy access from the runways, and cheap fuel (which I would have bought if I had my wallet :-) )

Outstanding FBO! I don't have any first-hand knowledge about other FBO's on the field but I have never had a need to consider anyone else while in PTK.

I've been using this FBO for several years since our daughter moved to Michigan. These guys always treat us right. In late April I had a mag failure and they pulled me in immediately and diagnosed the problem. Had the parts in stock and I was on my way a few hours later. They always pull our rental car up to the plane and help us any way they can. Top Notch operation.

Needed to top off before heading off for the night to a nearby small field without fuel service. Even though I only needed 10 gallons or so of 100LL, and I arrived right at closing the guys were quick, courteous and had me on my way in just 15 minutes or so. Facilities were clean and nice looking. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

This is one professional FBO...Even for the little guys! Stayed for two nights, got the red carpet treatment. Helpful line guys who know what they're doing...Plane was staged for my departure as well. Easy to find off of 9R/27L and convenient to the road as well.

Stopped overnight at PTK (5th time) and Michigan Aviation (1st time). The service is great, they let us use a courtesy car overnight and everything was done perfectly. They're so friendly that you want to hang around and talk airplanes etc. Instead of heading for the blue! Mi Av is my first choice at PTK. AAMOF I'll be back in there later this week.

These folks are fantastic. They treated my C182 and I was treated as if we were a Gulfstream. They listened to ground control and were waiting for us before we even had a chance to call them on their Unicom frequency. They drove our rental car up to the aircraft as soon as we shut down. Treated us like gold, attended to our every need in a very friendly manner, free water for the flight out, and all with a great fuel price too. I'll make it a point to use these folks for a fuel stop in the future.
