My wife and I had a very good meal at the Airway Cafe a week ago. Their sign says that business hours are 8am-3pm M, W-F; 7am-3pm S-S closed Tuesdays. With the view out to the runways and the good food, this is a worthwhile stop!

Recently dropped by in the afternoon only to discover they closed at 3. Moral: check the hours before you go.

Stopped here in August on our way from So Cal back to Oregon. Lunch was great and reasonably priced. Fast and friendly service. Well worth the stop.

I usually do a charter to Porterville about once a month. I always go into Michel's for breakfast. Last time in I had the Tower omelet. It was huge and best of all it tasted great. With coffee and tip I think it was about $11.00. I did not need to eat until dinner that night. I highly recommend.
