This is a great place to get into for access to Park City with good instrument approaches and departure. We were treated very well by all, line guys very helpful with the airplane and baggage, and the Jeff the Line Manager squeezed us in their hangar for weather protection. There are the typical city fees and it is a bit expensive, but this is a resort airport. All and all I would choose TAC Air again.

Always great service at this TAC Air FBO. Linemen right on top of everything. The entire staff is very responsive to your needs. And Provo is a beautiful and easy place to get in and out of. Fuel prices are very good and surprising given that there is no competition on the field. Just a wonderful place to fly into.

Have been here a few times, and the staff is great. Arranged for Hertz rental through them, as the local counter is open during very restricted hours. They drove the car to the plane as we taxied in. Got stuck here for weather, and the CSR arranged for good deal at the Hampton Inn. Also we got to use a crew car to get lunch. Overall, the CSR's and ground support staff are great. Had a top notch experience, will be back.

Ground crew and staff at TAC were more than helpful. A nice touch was delivering the rental car right to the ramp, which was very appreciated since we were in frozen shock, flying from AZ to UT in December. They treated us like an exec jet, even though flying a humble Cherokee.. Seems like most FBO’s waive tie down fees with fuel purchase, but not here. That’s my only complaint, other than that, very happy with TAC air.

Exorbitant "handling" fee and expensive tiedown fees plus expensive avgas. A little local competition would be good or at least some other transient parking for those who don't need any services.

60 bucks. Stopped enroute today in a Seneca and picked up my niece and two nephews. As I walked in the back door of TAC Air they walked in the front door. But had to wait for several minutes ("slow computer") while desk worker asked for my tail number and aircraft information. Then she asked for my credit card and charged me $45 for a handling fee plus a $15 airport "infrastructure" fee, which she apologetically explained that the airport has them charge. She didn't explain what the "handling fee" was for. It took longer for them to take my money than it did for me to load and brief my passengers. On the ground for less than 15 minutes, required no services, and paid $60 for them to handle my credit card. I tipped the line guy for marshalling me in and chocking my nosewheel and he was great. I parked there about a year ago and paid $15 to park overnight. This time I paid $60 to not park. Next time I'll go to Spanish Fork or South Salt Lake to pick up pax.

Great service. I had an unplanned overnight there. The girl at the front desk quickly arranged a hotel and shuttle to pick me up. The next morning they found space in their heated hangar to defrost my plane at no charge. Very good customer service. I will use them in the future.
