Stayed the first time with the fine folks at TAC Air Provo the first four days of March 2013. Communicated via email with Kali Young prior to our arrival and she had everything set up in the computer, with our requests, when my wife and I arrived. Minimal time was spent at the Provo airport, as Larry and the line personnel took care of all aircraft movement, tiedown, fueling, warming and baggage handling once my Bonanza was on their ramp. It made for an enjoyable visit with family in the area. Thanks TAC Air.

Friendly, courteous service. We were in Provo to drop off a passenger in our Baron, got rapid fuel service and was offered a conference room to eat our brown bag lunch! Thanks, folks!!

Larry drove us to the Enterprise office, as they had closed for the weekend; He had arranged for the contract to be in the car, waiting for us. Plane was warm, hangared and fueled when we returned. Thanks!

When you're the only game in town...You're game doesn't get challenged! We arrived at the facility and no one marshaled us. We were finally chalked and greeted by an airport employee who was interested in our Phenom 100. We walk inside and were promptly ignored by the two ladies working at the desk. They were having a personal conversation and couldn't be bothered. I asked where the crew lounge was (signage is poor to non-existent) and was told, "its upstairs". That was the most effective communication they could muster. I would have understood the lack of attention if the place was busy, BUT it was very quiet! I have had several other experiences with TACAIR at other locations and found them very professional and service great, but KPVU was a real eye opener. They need a refresher in customer service!

Special thanks to Larry and the crew at TAC Air Provo. Mix up with Enterprise on the cars... Larry quickly resolved the problem, had the Boss, and crew on our way. Big thumbs up to the friendly professional staff at TAC Air. Great service guys!

Absolutely the poorest ran FBO we have been to. We requested a rental car set-up 3 weeks in advance, confirmed the morning of our arrival and when we arrived they looked at us like we were idiots for asking where the car was, a day later we got a rental car. When we went to leave we asked to be fueled and ramped by 1830, we confirmed this twice through the day with 3 different individuals, when we arrived at 1840 they decided that’s when they would go get the C414A, we ended up missing our customs slot in Canada due to the 20min extra delay. Very poorly ran operation.

The folks at TAC Air were very kind. A linesman was there to park us at a spot close to the terminal. Someone drove our rental car to the airplane and made us feel at home. On the way to PVU after a six day stay, I called TAC Air and asked them to fuel our Mooney. I was surprised to learn that they had discounted the fuel bill.
